Like I said a few weeks ago. A lot of up and down. He thinks he's found the right girl, then he finds out he can't trust her, then he think he was wrong, then he thinks he was right to begin with. Its going to drag out for a while.

I'm not sure but I think their next scenes are when Jason tells Sam what he's found out about Claudia and debates on what to do about it. I"m not sure if that's this week or next though.

So Robert comes back for lame ass Teethan but not when his Luv was having a total mental breakdown? I hate this effing show.

I don't think he knew Robin was having a nervous breakdown. They have to track him down to tell him about Ethan. He's off playing secret agent.

Is that true? Once upon a time Emily and NL was the only one allowed to have a story other than Sonny, Jason and Carly. What happened that that all changed?

Don't know, and don't you dare say I shared this on the other board but when they get to the editing room, if they are over, and they are always over, these people have their scenes cut first. Don't know why. But that's just the way its done.

Ali - why do you think liason was ended?

All that kind of unfolded before my time so I can't say for sure but from what I've been told it was never meant to be 'the story." They planned on keeping Jasam and LL2 together with a baby between them. Then Kelly was talking about leaving, they lured Sarah back, the strike came on, and the whole story just got garbled and they finally decided to cut their losses. That's what I've been told but once again, before my time so I can't say this is definitely what happened. Its just what I've been told.

Do you think that Jason will interact with Jake?

Honestly, no I don't.

When they decided to wake Michael up and turn him into a hell-raiser I think any hope for the Jason/Jake story ended. When Dante was going to be the bad-seed,which was the original plan, then it was like OK it didn't help him to not know his dad. But now he's Mr. Citizenship and Michael is a thug in the making so that pretty much plays against Jason ever wanting his son to know he's the daddy, imo. Of course, I could be wrong. It could change somewhere down the road. But, you asked what I think. That's what I think.

ABC Hotsheet

For the week of 5/04:
Michael flatlines! Maxie tries to seduce Spinelli.

This week presents yet another dilemma for Carly and Sonny (and Jax), as they wrestle over whether they should sign off on an experimental surgery for Michael. Patrick and the other doctors are very direct: they believe that unless they operate ASAP, Michael doesn't stand a chance of survival. It's a tough decision for his parents -- but ultimately, they decide for the surgery. Patrick, despite his own anxieties, starts the operation and then ... Michael flatlines.

Not helping anything is the fact that Claudia is insistent upon being by Sonny's side during all this Michael drama. Which just serves to tick everyone off, most especially Jason -- who is keeping his convictions regarding her guilt in Michael's shooting to himself. For now.

Meanwhile, Maxie's plan to win back Spinelli's affections by pretending to get mugged backfires spectacularly, with Johnny having to come to the rescue ... which just makes Spinelli feel worse. But Maxie's not giving up, opting for a more straightforward seduction to win Spinelli back. Maxie, will you ever learn?

The love quadrangle with Lucky, Rebecca, Nikolas, and Elizabeth clears itself up this week, as Lucky and Rebecca decide to end things so they can be with Liz and Nikolas, respectively. In fact, Lucky and Liz admit their feelings for each other and agree to try to give love another go! Look for Nikolas and Rebecca to resume their odd courtship, despite the fact that Alexis is still digging for dirt on Rebecca. Seriously; Alexis is determined to get something.

All this, PLUS: The much-anticipated results from Luke and Ethan's DNA test will be revealed. Don't miss it!

Martha did not leave ATWT of her own choice. They rejected her counter offer on a contract and then began looking for a replacement. Martha will not be the center of a story on GH, she will be a catalyst.

SOW: Patrick Operates On Michael

JT says Patrick is trying to get everyone focused and pushes for it to happen that day. Michael's MFD levels are dropping rapidly, which means his brain is starting to shut down. To keep his vitals steady for a successful surgery, they have to operate while the MFD levels are high.

(Don't try to translate the medical jargon, JT admits that GH uses a fictional justification for dramatic purposes.)

The originator of the procedure, Dr. Hensen doesn't think it'll be a problem but the more research Patrick does, the more he thinks it is and they need to the surgery ASAP. Everyone is on Dr. Hensen's side, however, since she is the pioneer of the surgery.

Even the unlikely duo of Sonny and Jax agree and are against operating. It's frustrating for Patrick because he doesn't have solid proof but he's a smart enough doctor to realize it has to happen now.

He bends Carly's ear and tells her he's gone over this and he's done surgeries equal to this with success. She needs to trust him, it has to happen now.

Finally Patrick finds an ally in Jason and then Jason gets in Carly's ear a bit and tells her if it weren't for Patrick saving him with his surgery, he wouldn't be here right now, so they should trust him.

Those are the magic words and Carly agrees and because Carly agrees everyone else goes along with it.

A family emergency sends Dr. Hensen back to Europe and Matt tries to talk Patrick into waiting. Matt thinks it's doomed to failure. He was okay doing it with Dr. Hensen there, but now that she's left he's totally against it. He thinks Patrick is going to wreck his career and lose his license.

Patrick finally convinces him he can do it and Matt joins the surgical team along with Liz and Epiphany.

He needs all the help he can get because Michael flatlines in there.

**********

Then there's a weird box about when Patrick Met Jason, detailing Patrick's surgery on Jason. Um. Er. Okay then.

A Closer Look: Spinelli

SOW notes that Maxie's scheme with the photographer pretending to attack her goes awry when a real mugger comes along and Johnny must save her. What is Spin's reaction?

BA says that he's disappointed that she had to scheme him to start with and that even after she set him up to save her, he wasn't there. He failed when it was supposed to be an easy setup. She's got so little faith in him that the only way he could possibly rescue her is if she plans its. It proves to him, once again, that she and Johnny seem fated to always to one another's side. It sets them back even further.

SOW asks if Spin is even concerned that she was in real danger?

BA says he was. He thinks it's silly that she did it. He tries to get the fact that she could have been in real trouble if Johnny hadn't been there, through to her. It's really depressing for him because actually has to thank Johnny for saving her. It puts him further into his funk.

SOW asks if Maxie tries to explain her intentions.

BA says that tries to explain that she misses him and doesn't care about Johnny. More of the same stuff.

SOW asks if he's still unconvinced.

BA says that with Maxie there's *always* scheming and that will never change. She'll always be drawn to Johnny. What Spin wants from Maxie, she'll never give him because she doesn't have it to give. It's just not worth barking up that tree again. He doesn't want to put himself in a position to get hurt again.

SOW notes that's exactly where Spin winds up when Maxie approaches him about another issue.

BA explains that one of the layouts for Crimson has been hijacked and Maxie comes to him to investigate. At first he thinks it's a scam and tells her he isn't falling for it again. Lulu also comes for his help and he accuses her of perpetuating the ruse. He doesn't understand why she'd try to help Maxie with this. He thought she was better than that and they were better friends. But he soon realizes that Lulu wouldn't do that and that the layout issue is real. So he decides to help them but only for Lulu's sake. He won't do it for Maxie's sake.

SOW notes Spixie stake out Crimson.

BA says they set a trap by putting a tracking device on another layout and they're waiting in the garage for the tracking device to move.

SOW asks if that's when things start to heat up for them.

BA says Maxie asks him to explain how the tracking device works and they're on his laptop watching the beeping dot and are very close in proximity and he can't help himself. Of course, that's what Maxie has been waiting for, not because she's attracted to him but because she wants his attention back to her. So she responds. There's kissing.

SOW asks if it's a hot make-out session.

BA says as much as it can be while on two separate front seats of a Range Rover with a computer in between of them.

SOW asks if he's drawn back to her emotionally, as well.

BA says Spin has been trying really hard to stay strong but once again, he gives in and he can't help but be happy about it. It's what he wants. And when she responds the way he wants, he can't help but be wrapped up in it. He finally allows himself to be hopeful again.

SOW says so naturally it cannot last...

BA says that as they're kissing the tracking device starts to move. Maxie notices and calls Spin's attention to it. They realize only too late that the perps have probably walked right by them. They start following the tracker in the car, and that's when the chase is on...

SOW: Editor's Opinion

So Maxie wants Spinelli back in her life - in a physical way - again? Well, it looks that way. At least this week. One suspects she's making her relationship decisions by plucking petals off a daisy. "I love him; I love him not." Oh, did I say love? I meant, "He's my essential person; he's not my essential person." Maxie talks a lot about maturing, but we need to see her acting like a grown-up. If she keeps mooning over her obvious match Johnny while stringing along lovesick Spinelli, she's going to jeopardize her status as a "person of interest" to me.

SOW: The List

First Response.

Sure, Jason does Sonny's dirty work, but handling the pee stick from Carly's pregnancy test - *that* took devotion!

SOW: Winners & Losers

Winners:

Losers:

SOW: Buzz

Jerry is back in GH's Port Charles at a most inconvenient time. With his wife undertaking a difficult pregnancy, the last thing Jax needs is his dastardly brother playing games because he's bored again. "Jerry is very conscious of what he's doing; he just can't help himself," laughs SR. "It's his compulsive nature to do bad. He just finds himself in these situations. He *could* stop it, but he's compelled by something. Who knows, maybe it's a mental disorder." Or maybe he's just greedy and looking for a payday. "There's profit and there's thrill," SR explains. "First it's about the money, but then you get hooked on it."

SOW: Sneak Peeks

Jason confides his suspicions about Claudia to Sam.
Claudia suffers from abdominal pain.
Elizabeth and Lucky reconsider their future together.
Things heat up between Nikolas and Rebecca.
Luke asks Lulu to cozy up to Ethan.

Can't Miss - Thursday, May 7. Luke and Ethan get the results of their DNA test.

Next Week: Carly won't give up on Michael. Spinelli uncovers a secret. Jason confronts Claudia. Holly's back!

Upcoming Jasam scenes are laced with references to their history-- from keeping secrets that don't end well to Sam waiting to get pregnant because they were avoiding Carly's predicament.

I will say Sam and Jason's talk about taking risks and his own brain surgery occur before Jason goes to Carly to convince her let them operate on Michael.

Kelly's schedule finally seems to be working in Jasam's favor.

I don't get info on other's because honestly I don't ask for it.

RJJ - May 2, 2009 01:58 AM (GMT)
I saw that there was information on spoilers. Not sure if this goes here, but I saw on the BUB thought I would bring it over.

•From Senior Writer/Editor Joe Diliberto: Kimberly McCullough has been asked to play a lot of strange, unsympathetic stuff as part of Robin's struggle with postpartum depression on GENERAL HOSPITAL (Stuffing baby Emma into a tree during a blizzard? Really?) And while the storyline is far from over, in my book McCullough's finest moment came on April 28, at Robin's intervention. When told that she must go to a special facility for inpatient care, Robin looked gobsmacked, and cried, "You're trying to get rid of me?" McCullough delivered that single line with perfect pitch and a crack in her voice that broke my heart. There's a difference between sending her away for her own (and her family's) good, and just getting rid of her, but McCullough's delivery made both options seem equally unthinkable. Bravo to McCullough for seizing her opportunity to turn Robin into a vulnerable, confused (and misunderstood) person.

Kelly was taping one day a week at most. It surprised everyone how little could get done in that time. Believe it or not-- it's not all about Kelly. They have other scenes to tape to ensure storyline continuity.

Kelly taped 4 and 5 days a week for the last 2 weeks.

The road trip was taped in 4 1/2 days. It starts to air week of July 27th-- hence why neither the road trip NOR the Michael/Kristina on the run story was talked about yet in SID. IT'S TOO EARLY.

Last week Kelly taped material that will air in August when Jerry Jacks comes back into the picture.

She leaves for Africa this week, will be gone for 10 days and then will be back to work full time.

Insider - what about Liz and Nik and Jason/Jake?

Liz and Nik is not going away anytime soon. I think Liz fans will be happy with her increased story and airtime. She has quite a bit coming up.

Any idea if JE will be on at all in July or August at all? Has she been taping at all or do you only have info on kelly? Will it pick up for her when TG gets back?

With Julie's taping schedule reduced to 2 days and Lulu's story on hold for the time being, I can say pretty certainly that Tracy will not be around much (if at all) until the Fall when TG returns.

So what is Lulu story going to be when Jmb gets back?

I don't have an answer to that. It really depends if Julie sticks around. The plan was Dante/Lulu. Dante's now spending time with Claudia.

And Dante does not know Sam -- as you will see next week when they meet at the PH.

This is my last post. Word of advice-- keep it civil if you want to keep your boards and insiders.

Ooops - had to pop back in and correct myself.

Sam DOES know Dante. they are researching Dominic Perelli and Sam recognizes "Dom" when she meets him next week at the PH when he comes over to talk to Jason.

Sonny Puts the Moves on Olivia:

Despite a passionate kiss that stirs her own long-suppressed desire, Olivia is determined to give dogged Sonny the kiss-off.

“It’s a pretty classic setup of ‘I want you, but I can’t have you,’” sets up LLC. “Sonny knows her well enough to know that when he kisses her, she’s enjoying it; that’s something she can’t hide. There’s no question that on some level, she’s into it. She’s been sitting on her feeling for him for 20 years.”

And then there’s the fact that he’s married to Claudia. “Quite frankly, Olivia sees it as more real than he does, because her belief is that a marriage is a marriage, whether the circumstances are optimal or not,” LLC explains. “She says, ‘I don’t care what kind of mob business got this marriage started; you’re still a married man.’ He seems to be more willing to throw the marriage under the bus than she is.

“But on Olivia’s part, it’s not going to happen,” she vows. “It’s not a healthy attraction, and on many levels it’s dangerous to her and the person most important to her, which is Dante.”

After extricating herself from that potentially sticky situation, Olivia does her best to keep Dante from getting entangled with Sonny.

“She doesn’t want Dante anywhere near Sonny at all. The closer in proximity he is to Sonny, the more likely that the s--t hits the fan. There’s nothing about Port Charles that she wants him to deal with. She doesn’t want him aware of her relationship with Johnny. She doesn’t want him involved in Sonny’s business. LLC notes. “Of course, Dante is as stubborn as Olivia is.”

And later, Liv’s stubborn streak is in full effect. “Johnny walks in on moment between Sonny and Olivia, which is very uncomfortable,” LLC groans. “Sonny says, ‘Beat it, kid; this doesn’t concern you.’ Olivia is real clear; ‘I never said I was going to do anything with you, Sonny. I never agreed to us being a couple in any way, shape or form.’”

But Sonny doesn’t get the message, and keeps plugging away. “Does he come over with a pretty dress and a tiara and say, ‘I want to take you to the opera’? He does not,” laughs LLC. “He does come over a few times to keep making his point. We’re trying to make each time different; otherwise he would look like this masher, coming over to this lady’s house.”

But will the friction between the two reignite that long-smoldering flame?

Happy New Year, General Hospital! Everybody who hasn't been abducted by Franco, take a celebratory sip of champagne -- not so fast, Sam! And Carly. And Lulu. Seriously, Franco goes on a kidnapping binge in the first few days of the year, and it's going to throw all of Port Charles into chaos. Not surprisingly, it's going to be Jason who takes it upon himself to save the day. This is what he does. And considering Franco's made this whole criminal crusade all about Jason anyway, it makes sense. He'll have some help in the form of Dominic, though. It'll be interesting to see how that partnership works.

In fact, the whole Franco affair is going to come to an explosive climax this month, and we sure do mean that literally. Look for a big warehouse explosion by mid-month -- we can tell you not everybody pulled out of the rubble will be alive. When it's all said and done, Jason will get a chilling ultimatum, one that may change everything we know about Jason, going forward.

Meanwhile, just because a psycho artist is kidnapping women and blowing things up doesn't mean the business of certain undercover cops doesn't continue. Dominic is still hot on Sonny's trail, and he's determined to get the proof he needs that Sonny killed Claudia. Of course, the closer he gets, the closer he comes to inadvertently revealing Michael as Claudia's real killer. You know Michael..his BROTHER. Except they don't know that..yet. But how much will it complicate things when Sonny tells Dominic he wants to give him the business?

Here's what we can tell you: By the end of the month, an arrest is made, and the fallout from that is going to be severe. You can't miss it. Sonny, Dominic, Michael, Olivia, Johnny -- lives are going to be turned upside down.

And - sooner than you think (seriously, it's not far off) - Sonny is going to discover the truth about Dominic. The WHOLE truth.

And they're not the only ones. Look for a major turning point for the simmering Lucky/Elizabeth/Nikolas triangle. It starts with Lucky overhearing Nikolas admit to being in love with Liz. Which is hard enough. Nikolas resolves to leave town, but before he does, it finally happens: Lucky. Finds. Out. The whole truth and nothing but the truth. Talk about fallout! Guns and booze and YELLING!

All this, plus Lisa continues to manipulate Patrick and Robin for her own purposes. We shudder to think what could happen when Robin and Emma leave town to visit Anna. Meanwhile, Kristina's crush on Ethan blossoms a little more. And Carly and Jax prepare for Josslyn's Christening. As you might expect with any such event in Port Charles, it happens just as a shocking development goes down. (Sorry, we can't tell you. Except to say somebody gets shot!)

What are you most excited for in 2010?

In retaliation for betrayal, Sonny aims his weapon pointblank into Dominic’s chest and fires away. Then, he’s told that the person he just (thinks he) blew away is his son Dante, with Olivia. Don’t worry, Dominic/Dante survives the bullet.

I don't think that Sonny will be shooting Dante. At least rom the sounds of it, he won't get a chance to do it before he is arrested.

The action builds up over the next few weeks to a confrontation
between Sonny, Olivia and Dante.

"This definitely sounds cheesy, but you won't want to miss it. Dominic, Oliva and Sonny are all in the same room when Sonny gets arrested..The biggest obstacle in what Dominic has to do is Michael...The moment he slaps the cuffs on Sonny is huge. Who's going to react and how? Sonny can't kill Dominic once he finds out he's his own son."

Posting this here because SD is on my last nerve.

Jasam agree not to move in together but then are left with no choice.

Sam and Jason both wear black to their big occasion on Feb 19th.

Same week Elizabeth tries to take her car off a bridge. Wish she were thinking about her boys who are in the backseat. But maybe she had help? It is Lucky's other brother that saves them. Not Nik. The other one.

News: Lucky Saves Baby Aiden!

Just when General Hospital's Elizabeth needs a hero, she gets one. This week, Lucky puts his cop skills to good use and tracks down her missing newborn. Will his building bond with the baby result in one big, happy Spencer family, complete with daddy, son.....and mommy Liz?

The In Depth Story: Unaware that he really is Aiden's father, Lucky pretends to be the child's devastated daddy when he comes face to face with Franco's mom, Karen. "Because Lucky can't tell if she's completely sane or not, he decides that pleading with her on an emotional, personal level is better than getting a SWAT team, explains JJ. "He's as honest with her as possible, but he also says that he is Aiden's father."

And, of course, that means this isn't the easiest mission Lucky's ever taken on. "It's almost like he's reliving what he wishes had happened on some level," the actor admits.

Lucky's tactic works, and he returns the baby to a grateful Elizabeth and the assumed father, Nikolas. But he later confides in Maxie that his time with Aiden affected him profoundly and stirred up honest emotions....like wanting the newborn to be a Spencer! "He talks a good game about being over it, but deep down, he sort of wishes Aiden was his," Jackson says.

But does he also secretly desire to be with Aiden's mom? "I think it's the whole thing," JJ answers. "I think he wishes that things hadn't exploded and gone to hell. He spent so many years wanting that, desiring that, and trying to make that happen with Elizabeth," he declares, but points out that Lucky may not realize what he truly wants. "All of that is subconscious. On the surface, he says that he can never be with Elizabeth again because of what happened between her and Nikolas. But as humans, that's what we fight with....what we want to think as opposed to what we are feeling."

Of course, if he really wants a chance with Elizabeth, maybe he shouldn't follow up his confession to Maxie with a kiss!!

'General Hospital:' A Parent's Worst Nightmare, Times Two
Two of Port Charles' youngest may not survive the week
By Deanna Barnert
Special to MSN TV

"General Hospital" is often rocked by explosive weddings, sadistic kidnappings and mob wars, but this time, Elizabeth, Lucky, Jason, Carly, Jax and their families will be shattered by real-world dangers that are every parent's worst nightmares. Young Jake Spencer is taken down by a hit-and-run driver Thursday, March 17, 2011, and their parents' nearest and dearest end up on the suspect list. At the same time, baby Jossyln Jacks is hit by something just as frighteningly real: cancer. Jake's on-screen dads, Jonathan Jackson (Lucky) and Steve Burton (Jason), talk to MSN TV about unleashing the heartbreak.

MSN TV: "General Hospital" fans have been bracing themselves for this.

Steve Burton: They should prepare themselves. It's intense, for sure. The set is very somber.

Jonathan Jackson: There have been some pretty heavy days.

Steve Burton: From what Jason learns, Jake opens the door, wanders out of the house and into the street and gets hit by a car.

Jonathan Jackson: Elizabeth calls 911 and then Lucky gets a phone call. He's with Siobhan [at their wedding ceremony] and has to rush to the hospital to find out what's happened. Elizabeth has wanted to be with Lucky ever since their marriage exploded, so he feels the call from Elizabeth is an interruption to his time with Siobhan.

When does Lucky realize how serious this situation actually is?

Jonathan Jackson: He doesn't know whether it's a life-and-death thing or [not], so he has to travel to the hospital with that big cloud of unknowing before him. When he gets to the hospital, he can see the fear on Elizabeth's face.

Just before the accident, Elizabeth receives Aiden's paternity results. Would the revelation that Lucky is Aiden's father help her case for a reunion?

Jonathan Jackson: It would certainly change the game. To have a child with Elizabeth would do something to Lucky, especially since Cameron and Jake were from other fathers. The fact that this miracle came out of such a tragic situation would certainly open up the door, at least symbolically, for a new beginning and a divine purpose for them being together.

As Jake's biological father, how does Jason fit into this?

Steve Burton: I don't think you'll see Jason in more pain than you will this next couple of weeks, ever. Ever.

Jonathan Jackson: Lucky is Jake's father, but there is a deep, spiritual connection between Jason and Jake. There's also a lot to play between Lucky and Jason.

Steve Burton: They have an interesting relationship because of Jake. It goes beyond cops and robbers. Lucky's going to be devastated, and [I'm forced to face] my feelings for Jake, being an inadequate father and not being there for him, supposedly to keep him safe from my job, but now his life is on the line after a whole 'nother accident.

Jason and Sam have been talking parenthood. How might this affect Jason's position on starting a family?

Steve Burton: The million-dollar question becomes: If he's away from me and not safe, then why can't I have my kid with me? It's probably too soon to be thinking about it at this point, but it will be raised.

How involved will Lucky and Jason become in the search for the hit-and-run driver?

Steve Burton: At first, Jason's too grief-stricken. He's letting the cops do the legwork.

Jonathan Jackson: Lucky's involved, as well as Dante. It's not a good scenario for a detective to be so close to the situation, but he can't keep himself away.

Sam, Luke, Sonny and Brenda, Carly, Lisa, Robin and Theo all become suspects. What is it like to face a list like that?

Jonathan Jackson: It's already such a tragic situation. To throw that on top takes it to another level.

Steve Burton: Carly comes to me and says, "I think I'm the one," which would be absolutely crazy. I don't know who it's going to be, but it would be a too much if it were Sam, Carly or Sonny. At that point, Jason would just have to kill himself. His life's just not working.

Carly is on the road because of a scare with Josslyn. What's going on there?

Steve Burton: That comes into play after Jason gets to the hospital. Everybody's destroyed about Jake, and then Carly tells me Josslyn is going to die. She has kidney cancer and needs a kidney right away for a chance at survival. It is a total nightmare. I am in the middle of what really is a firestorm. It seems like I'm in the middle of everything, all the time! Can't Jason just have his own life, please? (laughs)

How does Franco's (James Franco) call to Carly on Friday, March 25, play into the action?

Steve Burton: It's just yet another thing that Jason has to deal with, the ongoing threat of Franco and what he's going to do next. Hopefully, I'll get to shoot him one day.

Have you recovered from playing these wrenching stories?

Steve Burton: We're still in it. The aftermath doesn't lighten the mood. The last couple of weeks is the most I've ever been challenged on the show. A couple crew members came up to me after two days and said, "Dude, I don't know how you do it. I'm emotionally worn out and I haven't done anything." After stories like this, I don't ever want to have emotional stories again, frankly, but that wears off after a couple months and you're ready to go again.

Jonathan Jackson: Whenever something like this comes, most of us don't want to have to go there. It's emotionally and physically draining. As hard as it's been, there are a lot of great moments. At the end of the day, hopefully, it's not mere entertainment. Maybe there are moments that can help people through things they've gone through in their own lives.
