Heres a way to get a few more attackers out ... I know its old but its a good one but maybe it will help someone,
Start out with Giant Turande and Premature Burial in your hand and a few monster in your graveyard.
Play Premature Burial bring back a attacker then play Giant Turande to put Premature Burial back in your hand then play it again and you instantly have 2 extra attackers or a way to bring out a Trib monster.

Yep, however it does work very well with Call of the Haunted.
