He has silver angel wings, silver armor w/ a black trim and silver black trimmed greaves and gauntlets. He is wielding a scythe. The scythe's blade is silver but the stick is made of a black wood type of thing. He has a silver tattooed crescent moon on his forehead with a black star inside the crescent)

(looks like a city-kingdom resting ontop of a glittery silver cloud and the kingdom is made of silver and angels and demons are flying around it and little fairies and imps are doing casual stuff we do)

This card cannot be destroyed. Increase the ATK of all Light and Dark monsters on your side of the field by 900. Decrease the level of all monster cards by 2. All face-up monsters cannot be targeted by an opponents Spell card.
