get rid of the shoutbox. adds are all over it. it makes it look bad.

The shout box is good but the adds make the board look bad. We just need a new one. I'm just talking about the table at the bottem under the copyright where the Affiliates are (the scrolling stuff) is. lol

I was wondering when you post this here too.
The footer could use some work, yes. It was a temp thing, and then I lost alot of time and have had no time to fix it.
The Shoutbox is hosted on a free server. And because I use my free server alot, all my pages (including the Shoutbox) will contain a bunch of ads.
The only way to get rid of them is to pay for my hosting and unless you want to send me money, the ads will stay for now.

If you made the shoutbox go into a popup then would that make the adds near the shoutbox go with it (I'm not talking about the IF adds).

:) Hey, good idea-- :angry: except for the fact that in order to see the shoutbox, anyone with pop-up blockers would have to turn them off, leaving them exposed to wave after wave of the EEEVIL pop-up ads sent by the EEEVIL ad corporations who work for the EEEVIL council of conspirators who have an EEEVIL plan to take over the whole world!!! >:(

The only way that I could do this, is to make it into a link that would open a new window....
Now, That would work, but it would be more of a nuisance and would take longer to check if anything new has been 'shouted'.
