<B>Pros:</B> It's low level lets it get under Gravity Bind and Level Limit Area-B, and with 1600 attack it can go on a small offensive too. It's effect is good as well, any damage from an effect becomes 0. Can you see some possibilities in this card?

<B>Cons:</B> Its low defense doesnt make it a card you want to leave face-up in defense mode. It won't last long. I, personally, wouldn't use this card unless I had either Gravity Bind or Level Limit Area-B up on the field.

<B>Available Combos:</B> It's effect allow it to be useful with cards such as Ring of Destruction, Dark Snake Syndrome, and Tremendous Fire. Making the damage those cards give to you 0.

<B>Type of Deck(s) to Run This Card In and Against</B> This card works both ways. Though it is considerably good against Burn Decks, it is also very helpful when running a Burn Deck! Other than those two types of decks, it would be a good idea to throw this card into a side-deck.
