The goal of the Mystic Swordsman deck is to use Lv. 6 to get your opponent into a Mystic Swordsman lock. Your opponent will have to summon the monster they draw face up to get out of the lock. Meanwhile, you can keep summoning monsters.
The Mystic Swordsman deck has TERRIFIC facedown control. A standard Mystic deck also packs cards to put your opponent’s cards facedown such as Book of Moon. They can also use Warriors and Warrior support, simply because they are Warriors themselves.
