When played you can summon the monster, Libris, from your deck to the feild.

Dragon/effect/ritual
Libris must be summoned using the horn of libris.
When Libris is attacked the damage is sent back to the attaking monster.
Ex. blue eyes attacks libris.Libris doesn't get hurt.blue eyes gets his own # of attack dammage hurts him.
ATK=3500 DEF=9000

Broken...as in, too one sided.
Libris is a super strong monster, with a killer effect. and to summon it, all that is needed is one magic card. Kinda easy to pull off, eh?

lol....still...its not that hard to aquire some ultra cards :P...
the fact that their effects are killer makes 'em broken....Kinda like a few of the banned cards....(though i cant remember any off the top of my head)

What if you draw libris tho? lol... then nothing works... that would suck lol but i guess thats where cards like reload come in handy.... and dm, Monster Reborn is one of those cards in my opinion..
