This is probably going to be a long one since Light is my favorite attribute and people say that I Know a lot about them.
To begin with, 50 cards is just way to big. Also any deck with twice as many monsters than magics (and trap cards combined!) is too unbalanced. I will be going over each section and making revions then, chaging it more to a beatdown light with some swariming and burn capablities.
Tributes
Blue Eyes White Dragon is good, but not as good as it used to be. I wouln't suggest it out of a BEWD deck so we'll be dropping both of these. To replace them we'll add one Airknight. Thats all for the tributes, but you may want to be packing a Zaborg or another Soul of Purity and Light to your side deck.
Non-Tributes
We'll be dropping alot here since you already have alot of monsters. First off, we'll drop all of the Element monsters. They're to situational and would require more support that we don't have room for. Without the Blue Eyes there is no place for Kasier Sea Horse. Now heres a list of the rest of the drops following with an explantion
Absorbing Kid from the sky- not a life point gain deck
Z-Metal Tank- we'll be adding better monsters
Divine Dragon Ragnarok- we'll be adding better monsters
White Magical Hat- not enough support to be a hand disruption deck
Mecha-Dog Marron- doesn't fit with theme
The Unhappy Girl- doesn't fit with theme
Spirit of the Harp- we'll be adding better monsters
same with Guardian of the Throne room
Agent of Wisdom - Mercury- not good outside an Agents deck
Rogue Doll- why?
instead we'll add +2 Thunder Nyan Nyan, +3 Shinning Angel, which functions like a Mystic Tomato for light monsters and will be good for swarming and defense. Then +2 Agent of Creation- Venus, you have a good thing going with this and it will be good for swarming after I add +3 Mystic Shine Ball. Its good for swarming which will make sense later.
I've got more to say but since am such a terrible typer i'll save it for another day. If things don't make sense now they will later
