Deck seems almost too spilit between Spellcaters and Dragons. I'd suggest just picking one. Otherwise here are my changes:
1) Get rid of Kasier Glider. THere are much better cards and you are already tribute heavy. I wouldn't add a replacement monster. TOu might want to get rid of Dark Ruler Hades too since your deck has a lot of cards already.

2) You have 4 1900 attacks so you might want to add a Zombrya the Dark for extra attack instead of Luster Dragon or the twins. Since monsters don't stay on the field for very long, and you won't get to attack any really good duelist directly, Zombrya is a better choice. I'd suggest dropping a Magican of Faith too for perhaps a Sinister Serpent.

3) Magics are pretty good but you want your deck to be as close to forty as possible, so if you've had problems getting Mirage of Nightmare off the field before it becomes a hassle, you might want to remove it. If not, try to find room somewhere for an Emergcy Provisions. 2 Dark Cores is a little questionable too.

4)Change your Life Barriers to Waboku's. With 2 Dark Cores already, your hand is going to be bad unless you can get Sinister in your hand. Finally, have some good side deck options for cards that might not be that useful, like Magic Cylinder.

that's not much of a dragon/spellcaster deck lol... its more of a mixed deck

Yea i made it better but to many monsters makes me unprotected they just use mind control, change of heart, and snatch steal. maybe i should use mind controll for flip monsters and stuff it worked once.

what's mind control?

its a card that can take one of your opponents monsters but cant attack or tribute it but you can use the effect.
