I really dont know what I'd pick. Oh ya, I put "baby" so you can know the creature from its childhood and you get a stronger bond...

I would love to own a pheonix.
Let it live, it gets older....then it dies....and soon...*poof* I have a (the same) new pheonix :D

ya thats true...
but what i mean is:
a baby dragon(not the card) of any type. Dragons CAN speak any tongue! They live for hundreds of years and are just plain awesome!
a phoenix can protect you with its flames(useful for barbeques)and basically never truly dies!
a griffin becuz their cool :up:
and the demon was for something extra... :)

well technically Demons never die by age either... speaking theyre kinda already dead... Throw a little holy water on them and bye bye tho lol.
Dragons are useful at barbeques too... but think of how much that guy would eat... they have really big stomaches... Dragons and Pheonixes are probobly the best ones up there

I wish I could change my vote...DM has a great point about Phoenixes. Oh, and, as an added bonus, if you DON'T let the phoenix come back from the ashes, and instead mix the ashes in water, you are supposed to become immortal (at least, that's what the Ancient Romans and Greeks said)!! YAY

lol...that changes things...but have you ever read the book, "Tuck Everlasting"? they were immortal, and could make anybody immortal, but they were STILL unhappy...sad ending, too.. -_-

ya I saw it but they couldnt just make you immortal with a wave of a finger, you gotta drink some tree water. and ya they were unhappy because they knew that they were the only immortals and wars would brew just to drink from that spring.
It would be cool to set your death age and you cannot die(until you reach your time) or feel any physical pain and regenerate any lost bodyparts.
I would set it to about 250 or less.
Oh ya and you still look as if your 18-21(but your hair does turn gray and you gain scalp hair instead of losing it)
