Pay half your Life Points. Select 10 monsters in your deck that are level four or more. Decrease the level of all 10 monsters by 3, then place them back in your deck. The deck is then shuffled.

if u use this on high-level monsters (like the Blue-eyes White Dragon), u can get them to the field easier!
