Title: Queston On Quick-plays

Can quick-play Spell cards be activated directly from my hand even on my opponents turn? Me and my friend are having a little debate on this(we are even beting decks for the answer outcome).

Quick-play spell cards can only be activated from your hand on your turn. If you want to activate one on your opponent's turn, then set it and you can chain it as a Spell Speed 2 card. (like a normal trap)

It can only be used to destroy a continous Spell/trap as well as an equip spell
