Ok lets see........When I power up my PC, everything turns on, but the monitor stays blank and it is ON. The orange light doesnt turn green! The Fan is working, im certain the CPU is properly inserted in. The HD is running and I can hear it working. The keyboard lights up. Whats the problem?! :cussin:

B) are you sure u have everything hooked up correctly? Is the switch on the power supply set to optimal voltage? Is your vid card working?

ok i got some audio troubles. The sound works perfectly but I cant get the mic to work. It aint broken. I even tried using my sis's audio pci card on this crap mobo but still no worko. Should I just get a damn new mobo? lol again?


Forgot to mention, its one of those Realtek AC97 Onboard audio

are u sure ur mic is enabled on ur pc?

ok

1) Never get another mobo thats not Abit or Asus unless your sure its damn well good

2)When ever you make a new pc you always have to install drivers for every damn component

3) Make sure its connected properly

3) If the card requires power make sure you have the right power supplying it

4) You could have screwed up your motherbaord or sound card with static

right click on your volume icon in the lower right hand corner .
Open volume controls and make sure your mic is not on mute.
