My brother just bought Half-Life 2 and it came with CS Source and I wanted it on my computer too, but it requires a CD Key. Has CS Source been cracked yet? Any help would be much appreciated!

Okay, so I talked to my brother again and he told me that downloading CS: Source will be the easy part, but now I need someone that can generate a CD Key for me which is very rare to find. Again, any help you could provide would be awesome!

ya raxx, it was cracked b4 it even came out! I had the game workin ONLINE perfectly about 2 weeks b4 it was out in the stores. the crack is bein updated i think monthly, or whenever Steam finds how ppl r crackin the game. so far there is like 9 updates, and they r pretty big, like 400MB all together. my friend told me u only need 5 - 9 and u should be fine. Im missin the last 2, my friend has all of them, hes gonna give me the all the updates on a cd like 2moro.
try to get hold of me on msn or somethin, i'll give u a link to download the game, and hopefully i'll be able to supply u with the cracks and the updates for them, they r also available on some torrents site, but they r not downloadin for some reason...

do u know how to use torrents? f u don't its not hard, all u need is to download a program called Azureus from download.com and then download those files and double click them, and they'll load into Azureus and start downloading. The updates for the crack r still not downloadin for me except for 6 and 7 i think :cussin: , i think imma just take them from my friend, grr <_<

To my surprise, and my brother's, we tried one last option before going your route DX. I installed the game on my computer and my brother logged into Steam on my computer and it allowed me to play even though my brother was also logged into steam on our other computer. It didn't ask me for a CD Key number!

Geez, who would have thought that the easiest option would have worked, lol. I thought they would have had that covered, but I guess not. I'm playing CS Source now! Woohoo

Well to be honest, TacOps runs way smoother on my comp than CS: Source does, but the graphics and detail in CS: Source are miles ahead of TacOps.

If I want to play CS: Source competitively, I'll have to upgrade my video card though :(

tac ops graphics may be worse than CS: Source but CS: Source will always suck donkey dick that shits just too fuckin homo, they want it to be something it never will be. enuf said no arguing

umm, I really like tac ops better, but u gotta admit it, CS:S is nice too, nice gfx and everythin, and the ppl who play it r like 10x the number of ppl who play tac ops, so I guess it is what they want it to be :rolleyes:

Hahahaha if i would have seen this topic i would have told you to do this a long time ago. You dont even ahve to download the game all you need to do is install steam and then activate Counter Strike Source. But watch out though cause i think if you get into the same server as your brother would be in it will boot both of you.

I only bought it to Play Half Life 2. CounterStrike sucks ass I think.

As long as its on the same router it has the same IP address and you are able to play in differnt servers but when you and your brother go to play in the same server it will not allow you to join me and my sister figured that out

was cracked a while back it was called SiX-Steam as I can remember they're updating it after it got patched over and no longer worked

Actually, what I did was just installed the game on my computer, and it worked fine, you just can't play it at the same time, that's the only thing.

I thought the same thing of TO when it first came out .... oh well -- you give it a good chance and it'll grow on ya ...
