I saw this video of the in-house alpha test, the story was this guy fires a missile right into a helicopter and it just goes through him, so they took a look at it and the video shows the missile going in one open door and out the other side :D

I figure we've got at least a year left before this game really dies. We could do CS:S after that...prolly about as close to TO as you can really get. BF would be kinda cool too, although Desert Combat is definitely better

i actually have my own opinion on these games, which is they all suck. but thats only because tacops is the game i've played the most and simply mastered for the past 4 or so years. always in the mood for some TO baby. ;)

i hate css just cause i dislike the feel of it. i never got into bf since the load time was always shit. i've been playin cod (call of duty) on my friends machine and that seems like my kinda game. only because the rifle is the shit lol. but i'll prolly play whatever u guys play if/after tacops dies out. i believe it needs more advertisement on tv but css is taking over most the first person internet shootin games. i dont like it but i guess alot of others do if u can have over 20000 servers. good ol days when tacops had 1000s of servers was great, but yea, its slowly slipping away and its not gonna be around forever.

Yo crow does kinda have a point. UT engine will always dominate and it would really suck to move to Counter Strike cause its a big leap. Id say we all get UT2k4 and get Frag-Ops. Its a Conversion Mod for UT2k4 and its along the same lines as Tac-Ops, its a mod now but if alot more people start getting into it then maybe it will go retail.

I agree with Scorch, but the downside is.. I bet most of you guys don't have the computers to even run UT2k4 well or even at all. Prolly a sad fact.

I own UT2k4 and play it. I've been learning trick jumping, which is a good thing to learn when you play against people. I use to play the original UT in a clan, and honestly, I can't see playing anything other game than UT engine type games. Besides, Frag-Ops was their TO for the newer UT's, and I liked it.. it was weird when it very first came out, but I haven't tried it yet for UT2k4.

The old UT clan I was in was the reason I got into TO in the first place, because it became a mod for UT.

I think we should be a UT2k4 clan when TO dies out, 'cause it owns. The game alone is just fun to play. Anyway, that's my two cents to add to Scorch words.

yeah that's how I got into TO too.... I was in a UT clan forever called {UR1} and then TO mod came out. I was hooked fast.
I have UT2K4 and have played Frag Ops. It's not as good as TO in my opinion.
But I would get used to it if we had too :D
