im sure its basically the same thing to do on CS as it is on CS2

you didnt really specify any colors so i just used black white and green.. if you want specific colors or a quote or something just tell me and ill add it in or make a whole new one

made another one...

get the square marque tools and select the whole sig the go to select (ontop like where file is) then hit border and depending on the sig u want u make the pixels. now if u want just a line or something then just use stroke path but if u want a square type border put in w/e color u want in the box then deselect
