wow, ps2 owns xbox? The box is physically better than the ps2. Regardless of personal preference it just plain has better hardware capable of better graphics, etc. which is due in large part to the fact that it came out later, which raises the question of a possible reversal for the upcoming generation. Not to mention the hard drive. Me and my bro both had MVP Baseball 2k4 and I if we started up at the same time I could be in a game before his menu loaded. And don't even start with the issues...most of my friends are very adept at taking apart their ps2's and fucking around with the shit inside, because they have to fix the damn thing 3 times a year. I've never had a problem with my box and the only thing I've even heard of is the power cord recall. Meanwhile my bro has bought a 2nd ps2 because he broke his trying to fix it since it wouldn't read discs, a friend of mine has a whole routine down for fixing his when it stops reading games and dvd's, not to mention it fucks with the color on his dvds, and another friend has given up on ever trying to play some of his games again cause they dont read. The only argument there is is that the ps2 has more games and many are cheaper or at least drop price faster. Now if I recall, Chad is an RPG fan in which case, yea, the ps2 has a much better selection than the xbox. But in every aspect which does not include opinion (such as genre prefrences and a hate for microsoft) the XBox is better than the PS2.

I like to think I'm above such blatant fanboyism. Then again you're the one who found all those "issues" with BF2 also, I guess thats just what you do, find problems with things you don't like.
