A while ago on JKR's offical site she posted a little bit of the 6th book.

no clue whatsoever! actually i'm kinda thinking it could be the new DADA teacher (or potions teacher - snape for DADA!! :P ) and his name could be McClaggan, the new character that is going to be introduced. but i bet i'm totally wrong on that :lol: . i don't think it's godric gryffindor for some reason, but maybe he's a decendant (sp.?) of his? mayb the new teacher that comes to school will be described like this, his name being McClaggan and be a decendant of gryffindor's? :unsure:
or he could have something to do with the ministry of magic. could be be the next minister?
maybe he just has a smaller role, like someone working at the hospital or so and JK got us all worked up over a description of a healer :lol:

I think he has something to do with Gryffindors, his description strikes me as lion-like. The new DADA teacher? The HBP?

By the first line I was going to say Dumbledore but I dunno about that. Does Dumbledore have yellow eyes? Maybe this is that new character in Book 6? McClaan or something like that?

I think it sounds like Godric Gryffindor. I dont know how he would fit into the story because he should be dead. But you never know!

I think this is a totally new person......somebody who hasn't been in any of the books yet....i am positive though that this new person is the half-blood prince!! :D

I think it has something to do with gryfindor too, the with the lion thing...that just seems to fit. Maybe he's the DADA teacher, but like sa said, maybe he just has a small roll..but then he could have a small roll, someone they meet in diagon ally or something..who knows!
