OOC: Before anyone else posts, just allow Emma and Henry to post here so that we can set everything up.

BIC: After the plans had been settled back in the dorm, Logan eagerly anticipated midnight. When the clock struck 12, he crept down to the Gryffindor tower, waiting for Emma and Henry. He shrank the fireworks down and slipped them into his pocket. Hoping they would arrive soon, Logan looked around the area trying to find the best set off spot. There was a small nook in the area near the staircase that he was beginning to grow fond of. However, he was growing slightly paranoid about the fact that he was there by himself. Where the heck could they be? They were following close behind. Hurry up guys!

Emma had been following Logan the whole time as they walked to the Gryffy hallway right in front of the house entrance. With her invisibility cloak clasped tightly she looked around at all the red and tried to resist the urge to puke.

"Hi Logan." she said in a whisper, still not positive if they were alone. Taking off the invisibility cloak she stood beside Logan in a pure black outfit with many pockets where fireworks were stashed. "You ready to let some loose?" she said anxiously, trying to figure out which one she would let go first and where she should put it off.

Henry walked out of the Ravenclaw common room. He began to head down to the fireworks. He was very excited for the fireworks. He then saw Logan there. "Hey Logan, sorry If I was late. Is Emma here ye...." He then saw that Emma was there. "Oh sorry Emma. I guess you are here then." Henry chuckled. "You ready guys. This is going to be aswome."

Emma nodded to Henry in acknowledgement before going over and crouching behind a statue, and putting the invisibilty cloak on. She quickly lit a few fireworks and let them off, watching as they zoomed around the hall, one actually heading towards the Fat Lady who screamed for her life and ran from her portrait. Laughing slightly, she looked both ways to see if anyone was coming before stopping and let the others let some loose.

Dream said goodnight to her housekeeper. She had been lax in attending to her house lately and so she'd decided to stay at Hogwarts tonight. She was going to miss being next to Remy but to be honest she was looking forward to some quiet time with her Gryffyz. She opened the locket and touched the picture of Remy inside. Instantly she was teleported back to Hogwarts directly in front of the Gryffindor Common Room doors. Her eyes widened in surprised rage as she heard the Fat Lady scream and watch her run out of her picture to dodge a firework that was aimed right for her. Dream quickly yanked out her wand and deflected the firework. She saw others as well and noticed the three Ravenclaws standing there. She used a simply banishing charm to send the lit fireworks out of one of the windows and sent them straight for the Ravenclaw Treehouse. She hoped that the fireworks would start a fire big enough to burn all of their possessions. Then she pointed her wand at the three Ravenclaws in front of her. "Accio fireworks! Expelliarmus!" she said. "WHAT DO YOU THINK YOU'RE DOING? I knew that ravenclaws were stupid, but you three really take the cake!" she said to them stormily. She turned her eyes on Emma first. She was most disappointed in Emma because she had given the younger girl a lot of her time in order to try to mold her into a good prefect. But a good prefect understood that one of the most important things at the school was protecting the houses yet here Emma was trying to deface one of the most important parts of Hogwarts history.

Emily was hiding behind a statue her vintage invisibility cloak which she had managed to find and claimed for her own was draped over her. she watched as Dream attacked three of her housemates, she had to restrain herself, Dream was being truly vicious towards them, Emily wondered if Dream would of done the same to her. "no doubt" Emily muttered to herself drawing her wand just as a precaution.

OOC: This thread is for me, Emma, and Logan ONLY. I'm disregarding anyone else's posts.

BIC: Emma lit a few fireworks and they went off. "Ooo those are pretty cool Emma." Some were blue, some were red, some were green, and many other colors. Some of them made shapes. One of them almost looked like a small robot to Henry.

Henry then looked at some more fireworks, that hadn't be litten yet. He took out his wand, he had a good idea. He waved it, and then lit the fireworks. It went off and read, "Henry rules." In blue and Red. "Yes, just like I wanted." Henry said to himself.

OOC: This thread says its an open thread but Logan asked for everyone else to wait to post until Emma and you h Since Emily adand I have both done that, I am going to completely disregard YOUR post. You really need to learn how to read other people's posts completely Henry.

BIC: Dream continued to look at Emma, waiting for some kind of response. That was when she realized that she couldn't see Emma's feet! She frowned unsure if she be concerned or not. She was about to say something about it when she remembered that Emma owned an old passed down invisibility cloak. Dream looked at Emma even more closely and realized that there was a silverish sheen that was covering her. She started to giggle as she ralized that Emma was wearing her invisibility cloak and that the so called smart Ravenclaw girl hadn't even noticed that her cloak was going bad! Dream was so happy in that moment that Remy had the one true invisibility cloak in the world so it would never go bad. Dream decided not to say anything about it to Emma. Maybe she would continue to walk around the school trying to be sneaky and instead be a constant source of amusement to Dream instead. Thn Dream turned her attention to Henry and Logan. She grinned at Henry spitefully. She really couldn't stand the little punk. She had tried a long time ago to get along with him, thinking that he'd been so immature because he was so young, but even now as a fifth year he was the same as always and just seeing his face was enough to make Dream want to puke sometimes. "Henry I am going to happily see about getting you expelled from Hogwarts for this little stunt." she said happily. Then she looked at Logan and shook her head. She didn't know what was up with this Ravie. He disappeared for weeks on end and then reappeared out of nowhere. She was beginning to think that he was really sick or something and had to leave all the time to go see healers and stuff. She didn't really want to be too mean to him if he was dying from some weird or fatal disease but at the same time, he couldn't get away with thinking that it was ok to spend his time back at the school by defacing school property. Especially not Dream's tower. "Logan I think you should go back to wherever you came from because if I see you doing one more stunt, of any kind, then I'm going to show you what the word punishment means. You get away with a lot around here and don't get in trouble for it. Your free ride ends tonight. You picked the wrong house and the wrong prefect. All of you had better get out of here right now." she said. Then she looked back at Emma one more time. "I had really pushed for you to be a prefect. Now I'm going to be making a formal recommendation that you lose that position." she said.

It all went by so fast. Logan had just prepared to send one of the fireworks spiraling around the hallway when he felt the firework and his wand pulled away from him. He froze as Dream walked out. Sure he knew that Dream was the Gryffindor prefect, but he didn't think that she'd stop them. If anything he expected some sort of hex on the Ravenclaw dormitories. He was about to speak up, but thats when she turned to him.

He refused to look guilty or hurt because it was true. He did have it coming. What with the babbling potion last year and the faux gold tongue potion. Not to mention that time with all the firewhiskey in the Room of requirements. So, Logan just kept a steady disposition about himself as Dream said what she needed to say.

He looked over to Emma and Henry. Although they each had an equal hand in the prank, he didn't want to see them get in trouble. Henry was all ready in hot water as it was, and he would hate to see Emma, who he was sure was the only reason he didn't end up in detention or expelled, lose her prefects position. Sighing, Logan looked back at Dream. "Let them go back. It was my idea."

Cassie stood in the shadows watching Dream confiscate HER fireworks. She had been secretly giving them to the Ravenclaws for weeks in preparation for this event. yet she managed to keep a few in her pocket. SHe whipped her wand out and set one up making a huge firedragon zoom around the hall. then smash into the wall and a rain of sparks. She watched Logan take the blame and walked out throwing her arm around Logans shoulders. "I cant let you punish them all. Do you honestly think that any of these three would be able to create fireworks to this extent? I gave them all my fireworks and created new ones. Which you better be careful with that silver one...its still experimental" she said pointing to a silver one she had accioed. "So Let Emma and Logan and Henry go, actually expel Henry, but let the other two go. Im the supplyer. I shouldnt have them the stuff....and watch out for the lime green one too" she said ading it as an after thought. Leaning over she whispered to Logan,"Rule one...never get caught"

The smoke from the fireworks that she had put off in front of her was actually beginning to show her appearence which she realized when Dream looked over at her. Sliding off her invisibility cloak that was now slightly dirty from the smoke, she walked over to Logan and Cassie, leaving Henry out in his own little world.

"Dream we were just having some fun. Celebrating classes ending and a new term beginning, and we were slowly moving our way up to the astronomy tower." she said calmly, trying not to laugh at Cassie's comment about the rules.

She highly doubted Dream would calm down. She actually silently casted a shield charm around the group, not wanting to be punched in the face by Dream or having a spell shot at her. She moved over slightly to allow Emily to come and join them. "They were nice fireworks Cassie." she added, looking over to her friend in a very casual manor. She wondered if anyone else had been awoken up from the fireworks, and was beginning to hope Melie or Scarlett were deep sleepers because she knew neither of them liked being woken up.

Melie woke with a start, bolting upright in bed and looking around. Pipa was sound asleep, Melie was pretty sure she could hear a low snoring coming from the dog, and saw the lump that was Mark and Gigi on his bed, sound asleep.
"What the....?" Melie asked as she grumpily got out of bed, grabbed her wand and stomped over to the door and whipped it open. She stepped into the hallway to find a sleepy first year rubbing his eyes looking bewildered.
"What was that?" he asked Melie.
"I'll go find out, you go back to bed," she whispered to him and went down to the common room. There she could hear a commotion just outside the portrait hole and it opened as she approached.
Melie stepped through and glared at the group assembled. Her eyes falling on Henry and she grabbed at his sleeve.
"I should have known you would be the one stupid enough to wake a sleeping lion Henry!" she growled and looked at Logan and Emma and Cassie with Dream fuming mad. "Or are you all that stupid?"

"You're kidding right. You're gonna expel me for this?! It was more of Emma's and Logan's idea than me." Henry thought that she was getting a little too carried away. "So are Logan and Emma going to get expeled to then?" He wasn't sure if she was serious or not.

Henry was extremly shocked by what Dream said, and now Henry thought she was getting even more out of hand. Henry was also getting even angrier with her now. He didn't know what was up with Dream lately.

Henry was really shocked that Dream wanted to take the postion of prefect away from Emma. He defenetly needed to step in. "Wow! Take it easy Dream. I don't think you need to go that far. It was just a prank, that doesn't mean Emma should lose the postion of a prefect just for this." Henry knew she wouldn't listen to him but it was worth a try.

Henry then looked at Logan. "Can you belive this Logan." He whispered to her. Logan said to let them go, and that it was his idea. Henry didn't know what to say. He knew Logan was a really nice person, but still he was shocked by all that had happened really quick. "Dream. We weren't going to hurt anyone. We were just going to be very careful and set a few fireworks."

Henry was shocked by what Logan had said to Dream, but he was even more shocked by what Cassie said. Cassie admited that she gavwe them the firworks, and that they shoudln't be punished and that it should just be her. "How about we all just get a detention? If you really want to punish us. It's not like we made a crime or anything Dream."

Emma tried to tell Dream that they were just celebrating classes ending. Henry then interupueted. "Save it Emma. I'll go back to the Ravenclaw tower, and pack my bag. I guess I'll go back to my muggle world tommorow." Henry then turned to Logan, Emma, and Cassie. "I'll say bye a little now. Then say bye to you and everyone else later. Hugs?" Henry opened his arms and wanted to see who would want a hug first.

Remy saw dream leave and he left to go back to his dorms as well but loud noises and flashes of light from gryffindor towers changed his mind. He raced over hoping the castle was not under attack and he got there just in time to hear Henry say he was going to be going back to the muggle world tomorrow and all he needed were some hugs. He looked at the crowd wondering who would hug him first as he walked over next to melie and whispered. "what happen who was attacking the tower"

"Don't let the door hit you on the way out," Melie snarled at Henry when he said he was leaving. It was always a dangerous thing to wake Melie up when she was sleeping well. "Good riddance to bad rubbish I'd say," she muttered only loud enough for Remy to hear. "And no one was attacking the tower. These three idiots thought it would be funny to set off fireworks. In the tower, in the middle of the night. I mean seriously!"

Emma stepped back slightly when Henry said he was leaving and wanted hugs. She did not want to hug him because she wasnt a big huggy person, so instead she looked at Logan and gave him a quick nod of the head to hug Henry that was barely noticeable. "We'll miss you Henry." she said through clenched teeth while trying to smile.

She looked over at Dream and gave a raise of eyebrows.

Henry saw Remy come down. "I'll miss you Remy. Maybe I'll still be able to talk to you by owl." Henry wasn't sure if Remy knew what was going on. "I'll give you the summary of what's going on. Dream wants to expell me. I'm not going to fight with her. I don't want to leave hogwarts, but I guess I kind of have to.

Henry couldn't belive what....Melie said. She just told him to not let the door hit him on the way out. He didn't really know her well, but still he'd think she would care somewhat that he's leaving.

Emma told Henry that they'll miss him. Henry didn't want to cry but couldn't help it, and began to. "I'll mi-I'll miss you too Emma." He was saying while crying. He then looked at Logan and cried even more. "Logan. I'll miss you a lot. You are one of my best friends. I wish this small prank wouldn't get me expel but oh well." He then looked at everyone. "I'll miss you all."

He then turned to Dream, and tried to stop crying. "I'm sorry Dream about this prank. I know it was stupid to do. But now I have to deal with the consquicence of me being expeled." He was still crying a little. He really didn't want to leave hogwarts, and all of his friends he had made.

Never get caught... Words to live by. He gave Cassie a sheepish look, but nodded. However, that was when things started to go downhill. Before he knew it, Henry was in tears about being expelled. While he didn't want to hurt Henry's feelings anymore, Logan just shook his head. "Henry, you're not expelled." Well, officially that is, he thought to himself. "No one said you were yet." He turned back to face the group.

He wasn't sure what he could say. The story was out...not that it wasn't already obvious what they were going to do in the first place. He sighed. "Okay, so it wasn't a well thought out plan," Logan said carefully, "but did we physically harm anybody? No. In any case, we're all sincerely sorry. It was just for a bit of fun. Everything was so crazy before the term ended. It was a release." That's why Henry's "expulsion" was so much more difficult for him to comprehend. No one was harmed, so why should the boy have to leave.

Emily was still watching at a distance, seeing the events unfold she watched as Henry was crying, apparently he was leaving due to expulsion, Emily got excited, but she new it was too good to be true.
Emily then emerged from behind the statue and walked over and stood next to Emma watching Henry cry his little eyes out even more saying his final goodbyes.

Logan then told Henry that he wasn't expelled yet. "What?" Henry tears then went away. He then said very happily. "I"m not expelled yet. YES!!!! Thanks Logan, that made me happier." He was still crying, because he knew that Dream was still going to want to expel him.

Henry could tell by Logan's expression, that he didn't think it was fair. It wasn't fair, for Henry to be punished the most. He didn't get why Dream hated him so much. Logan tried to appoligze to Dream, but he knew it wasn't going to work. "Logan you can try. But Dream's not going to listen. She just wants me out of the school. But I really really don't want to leave." Henry was crying even more now.

Sardine

I frowned when I heard bangs and blasts going off somewhere in the distance. Sitting up slowly and willing myself not to fall asleep, I managed to piece the sounds together with what could be fireworks. Frowning even more, I get out of bed, glancing at the clock. "Midnight?!" I screech, now fully awake. "Who the heck sets of fireworks at this time of night?!" I don a cloak, some shoes, and a beany (black fo course), and make my way out of the tower.

I didn't know where to go, so I just followed the sounds as best I could. After walking around for a while, getting more and more grumpy, I notice that voices have replaced the banging. "Must be close" I mutter, turning a few corners. I spot people and slowly walk over to them. "Well hello all," I say when I'm behind Emma and Emily. I notice Henry crying, and Logan going on about some plan. "What's going on?" I direct my question at Emma.

Emma stood quietly beside Emily, watching everything happen in front of her. Feeling someone walked up behind her and ask what was happening, she turned around to see Sardine.

"Well us Ravenclaws set off fireworks here, and then the lions woke up and got mad. Right now Henry is crying because Dream told him he would be expelled, and Logan is trying to smooth things over." she said, not taking her eyes off of the scene in front of her. She would speak up once things began to calm down.

Cassie stepped back and grinned wickedly at Emily and Melie. "Sayonara Henry." she was sort of happy tht he may be expelled. Then again she may be too but at least she had her career ahead of her. she watched the fireworks sitting in Dreams hand and bit her lip nervously. If she did even one thing wrong they could all blow. Some of them exerimenyal as she noted before. She couldnt help but to giggle at Henry's crying and moved back to Stand by Emily and Sardine. She tried to catch Emily's eyes to show how happy she was even though she was in trouble.

Remy looked at Henry and smirked. "your not expelled yet, but dont think for a second that this is going to go unpunished. Logan may have been foolish enough to think that by saying it was all his idea that the others would just walk away scott free but UH UH i dont think so". Remy looked at the culprits and shook his head "You may all have started this thing as a joke but i dont see any of the lions laughing at the moment and by the looks of it you woke up quite a bit of people with your shenanigans" he continued as he flicked his hair. "the only thing you got going for you is that no one was injured by your utter disregard of the rules" he finished.

Remy said that Henry isn't expelled yet, but they will get punished. He said that they shoudln't have done this as a joke. "Look, we're really sorry. We didn't mean for anything bad to happen, or for anyone to get in trouble. We were just celebrating for another term finished. And like I've said, we're really sorry. Doesn't that count for something?"

Remy couldn't believe how much henry whinned "Henry stop it the only thing your sorry for is being caught" he said as he watched dream walk up to Remy and hug him as she glared at henry hatefully. Remy knew how dream felt as he would have been extremely upset if anyone had tried that trick on slytherins' dungeons which made it all the more confusing that emma was a part of it.

Logan rolled his eyes, wishing that Henry would just drop it. The four of them had all already tried apologizing, which clearly didn't work. The boy was just digging himself into a hole, and if he continued he probably would annoy Dream or Remy enough into expelling him. "Henry, it's not gonna work. Give up." He told him quickly. There was not much more that any of them could do or say to relieve the situation. He looked around, and just shrugged his shoulders. Standing there, Logan just waited for whatever would happen.

Logan and Remy both wanted Henry to drop it, and so he did. He didn't want to annoy anyone, enough to get himself expelled or susbended or anything like that.

He just did the same thing as Logan, he shurgged his arms and just waited for whatever would happen next. For some reason he just felt like sitting down.

Sardine

"I see," I see quietly in response to Emma's explanation. I walk backwards and lean against the wall, arms crossed, watching the exchange between everyone. "Sorry only counts when you mean it," I say quietly, but still loud enough for everyone to hear.

Sardine just said something that made Henry really mad. He said that it only counts if you mean it. "Are you kidding me Sardine?! I did too mean it!" Henry took out his wand and aimed it at Sardine. He was going to jinx Sardine, but Henry was in enough trouble so he didn't. He put his wand back in his pocket.

Sardine

I raise an eyebrow slightly, "Oooh, I'm soo scared," I say in an expressionless voice with an equally expressionless face. "I suggest you be careful, Bridge," I say, my voice now serious, "Don't say or do things unless you can face the consequences."

Emma looked back and force from Henry and Sardine, and was ready to draw her wand at Henry if he pointed it at anyone else. "Both of you just drop it, please." she said, trying to stop the bickering that was going on between the two people. She watched and waited silently along with everyone else to see what Remy and Dream would decide.

Being a impatient person, she got bored after about a minute or two so she decided to confidently walk over to Remy and Dream, "And your thoughts of this are...?" she asked, prepared for Dream to rip on her and decide some horrible punishment for the group, which both prefects knew Emma would serve and she would serve her punishment well.

Emily looked sideways at Cassie and grinned at her evily she was so up for mixing things up and im sure cassie felt the same, Emily sometimes did think she should have been a snake as she can be very evil when she wants to. Emily then spoke up " well you see guys, I'm here because Henry told me to come so we can cause trouble, I didn't want to it was ALL peer presure you see" Emily said innocently.

The situation had just slid from hopeless to completely doomed. Logan internally groaned when Henry pulled out his wand. He desperately wanted to vent his frustration with the boy at the moment, but that wouldn't help anything. Instead, he closed his eyes and just began to count slowly so that he could at least redirect his focus from anger at Henry and the situation to trying to get the story straight.

Oh Emily... Logan watched as the girl tried to work more guilt against Henry. It was starting to get a bit annoying, but there wasn't anything he could say. He was hoping that one of the prefects would choose the punishment already. What was left? They heard the story, they knew who was angry, and they knew that waiting around only resulted in other external drama.

Emma told Henry and Sardine to just dropped it. He took his finger and moved it acrossed his mouth like he was zipping it shut.

Emily just made something up, that really made Henry mad.

Henry looked at Emily angrily. "Are you kidding me Emily?! Why are you making up more lies to get me into trouble?!" Henry just wanted to punch her in the face, but he didn't want to get into more trouble.

He looked at Dream and Remy. "Emily's making this up. See she's lieing? So she should be getting into trouble." Henry was going to be really mad if Emily didn't get into trouble and Henry, Logan, and Emma did.

Cassie was fuming angrily as Henry continued with his anoying rant. FInally she couldnt take it anymore. Throwing a sympathertic 'i-know-you-dont-want-me-to-do-this-but-i-have-to' look she called her fist. Marching over to where Henry was she grabbed him with one hand by the cuff of his shirt and raised her fist with the other. "Bridge. You say or do one more thing that threatens or annoys any of my friends and I swear to god I will take my fist and shove it down your throat. Slowly. Got it. Good" she said releasing and walkng back to Emily grinning.

Remy looked on and tried not to laugh as he stared at emily. "okay so let me see if i understand this correctly your saying you were so pressured to come and do this prank that you felt you had no other choice but to do it? is that right?? he said wondering if she knew or remembered just who she was talking to. Remy and Dream were two of emily's closest freinds and could see through her lies more often than not. His smile dissapeared though as he saw cassie grab henry "let him go cassie your in enough trouble as it is already you dont want to annoy me any further" he finished.

Cassie just threatened Henry. "Ok, but I didn't do anything. Emily's making it all up. I didn't do a thing to her." Henry gave Emily a mean look.

Remy told Cassie to let him go. "Thanks Remy." He said to Remy as he smiled. Remy said that Cassie was in enough trouble as it is. Remy was wondering how she got into trouble. But Henry thought it best not to say anything.

Emma had her wand drawn and raised, pointed between Cassie and Henry, ready to fire if either of them began to fight. "A detention isnt worth fighting Henry, Cassie." she said as her friend came back over near her. Slowly she lowered her wand and leaned over to Emily. "You really want to get Henry in trouble dont you?" hse asked almost breathlessly and without moving her lips, making it so no one could hear her.

Dream continued to watch everything unfold in front of her and she couldn't help her smirk when Emily said Henry was to blame for her being there, and Cassie threatened Henry with bodily harm. She personally would have taken a detention in order to hit Henry if she'd had the opportunity. She got a little disappointed when she heard Remy tell Cassie to leave him alone, knowing that the girl would listen to her prefect. She heard Remy's questions to Emily and knew that he didn't believe her, so as her bestfriend Dream felt obligated to mention one small fact on her behalf. "Well personally I would believe something that Emily told me over anything that Henry had to say to me." she said to Remy matter of factly. She was enjoying the fact that everyone was squirming so much while they waited for punishment. They were stirring up all kinds of drama with each other and Dream was content that she and her lions were getting a unique brand of justice as the Ravies fought amongst each other.
