Alex plundered down the steep steps keeping his steady pace till he reached the dungeon. Hesitantly he looked around spotting the looming door. Scowling he opened it and walked into…
“Welcome to detention Mr. Natsuki,” greeted the professor in a smug tone as alex handed him a slip and trudged over to an empty seat. The room was musty and dark with the only light source coming from the two torches on either side of the room.
Detention.
He still refused to believe that already he had gotten detention; quickly his mind replayed what had happened:
“Now class, continue practicing while I step out for a minute,” the professor said walking off. Alex twirled his wand thoughtfully letting it move through his fingers slowly. He looked up spotting a boy, Gryffindor, clumsily waving his wand unable to get the levitating spell. Alex smirked and waved his wand muttering, “wingardium leviosa,” just as the boy did. His book floated up and the boy gleamed with pride.
Alex smirked deciding to keep messing with the boy. With the wave of his wand and a few carefully muttered words the boys papers burst into flames. The poor Gryffindor fell back gasping as the students around him attempted to put the fire out. The whole class was in an uproar with laughing and panicking students. Alex smirked surveying the chaos, until he felt a hand on his shoulder, “Mr. Natsuki!”….
Alex scowled to himself, he hadn’t meant to get so caught up in the moment and forget to look out for the professor. Sighing he busied himself with watching the shadows dancing against the dungeon walls like spirits let loose.
After a few minutes of deep silence the professor got up, “be back Mr. Natsuki, behave yourself,” and with that he was gone.
Alex smirked; no way was he staying here. Pulling out his wand he listened carefully and headed towards the large door as though it was summoning him. Quickly he opened it and dashed out…
CRASH!
He bumped into someone falling back against the door, his wand heading in the opposite direction.

Cassie had also gotten a teacher detention. Lovely. Apparently no one appreciated a nice two in the morning wake up call. Or a blown up potions lab. Well what could she say she enjoyed having fun. There was no was in god's earth that she was going to stay in detentions. However she did hold the current record for most detentions and was very proud of that. The teacher snarled at her and gave her lines asking for ehr wand. Cassie tossed her a fake wand and as soon as she left did the lines magically. "idiot" she murmered ready to get out of here. She didnt know where she was going, but she was going on a invention. Cassie began to sneak down the hallway when SLAM. She bumped into Alex, crashing to the floor. "Sneaking out too." she said grinnign up from the floor.

Alex scowled looking up as he picked himself up ready to blow. But before he had a chance to see who it was a familiar vioce spoke. He grinned clumsily and shook his head, "Well im not so sure about the sneaking anymore but i sure ain't staying for detention," he replied giving her his crooked smile. He leaned foreward and offered her his hand as he looked down studying her.
"Didn't know someone as pretty as you got detention," he replied with a smirk glancing around quickly to make sure no one had heard them.

Cassie bit her lip and smiled up at him accepting his hand as she pulled herself up. "I'm not staying either...Wanna run away from detention together, try to figure out where to go" she said grinning brightly at him. "Don't let the good looks fool ya. I hold the record for most detentions." she said smirking. "Why are you here Alex...not already in trouble are ya" she said with a tiny laugh. She threw her hair up into a pony tail and tied her shoes a little bit tighter. "Ready" she asked.

Alex had to laugh at Cassie's enthusiasm, "yea sure anywhere would be better than here," he said motioning to the musty and badly lit hallway that they were standing in. The empty hallway was silent except for their voices which seemed to echo throughout.Surprised alex gazed at her, "Well that won't be for long," he replied with a smirk. He was pretty sure this wouldn't be his last detention especially since he was about to ditch his first one here. Also he doubted he could follow the rules for very long, especially when he got bored.Alex grinned, "Started chaos in the classroom by setting a Gryffindors papers on fire," he replied. Thinking it sounded foolish he added, "I was bored."Nodding his head he picked up his wand, "Ready when you are," he said letting her lead the way seeing as she probably knew the dungeon inside out.

Cassie chuckled and her infamous smirk grew on her face. "I'd like to see you try take my title. I'm not doubting you though." she replied. Cassie pulled her ponytail tighter then began to walk foward motioning for Alex to join her. "Setting papers on fire..nice...amatuer. I blew up the potions lab.... I got bored" she teased him raising her eyebrows for a moment. "Lets go to the kitchens. They always have it open for those who know how to get what they want. " she called softly behind her beginning to walkfoward. "Lumos" she whispered as her wand light illuminated the corridor.

Alex smirked somewhat interested, "Oh really and blowing up potions is your idea of fun?" he teased as he followed her through the dark hall. He decided the kitchen seemed reasonable and nodded his head even though he was sure she probably couldn't see it.
He walked until he was right next to her and leaned over whispering, "and you know how to get what you want?" he asked with a smirk lighting his own wand so the hall brightened up a bit more. He had to hand it to her she was beyond interesting.
Before he could walk any further footsteps echoed ahead along with the light of a wand. Freezing Alex wisked his wand so that the corridor lost some light and quickly grabbed Cassie pulling her into the closest door he saw.
There was no way he was getting caught and going back to the lonley detention room when he was having fun ditching it.

Cassie stuck her tongue out. "No...I;ll have you know I was working on an...experimental potion gone right" she whispered as his light joned hers. It was silent for a few minutes. She didnt realize where he was until he was next to her and she leapt a tiny bit, then stifled a laugh. "I know how to get exactly what I want" she said with a smirk, knowing he probablt couldnt see it. Cassie didnt realize what was going on until she was pulled into the closet. "Nice catch. I'm not going back" she said barely able to see him in the dark closet. "Why are the prefects patrolling...how long we gonna be in here" she said more to herself than her whispering so they wouldnt be heard.

"as long as it takes i guess" remy whispered softly then laughed as he took his invisibility cloak off while taking there wands from them at the same time. "I knew i was right to have the other prefects patrol all the hallways once i learned you had detention cassie" he snickered. He then looked at the newbie and frowned "and who are you and what are you doing hiding in a closet for surely your not trying to escape from a detention are you" he said as he waited for an answer

Cassie sensed something, or someone else in the closet when they had entered and Remy popping out confirmed that. "Rem...don't scare me like that. You know I'm a bit jumpy" she said casually giving him a hug. Remy was like her really annoying :P older brother at times. "oh, how rude of me. Alex this is Remy, Slythy prefect Extrordinaire, Remy this is Alex." she said introducing the two. "And no..we were Not trying to sneak out." she affirmed chuckling in the closet.

"Busted!"Twyla said as she came out of her hiding place behind the closet."Hey Remy"Twyla said."And no not trying to sneak out just trying to well um...We are just getting our dear Professor a present we had a little thing planned you see"Twyla said.

Lindsey had reached her detention shortly after Cassie and Alex left theirs. She hadn't seen them, but had followed their course of action and was ditching. Again. She had tried it once before and was unsuccessful. However, that was her first detention and by now she was fairly experienced. She was just thinking she might escape it, when she heard Remy's voice. She stopped, ready to take her punishment, when she realized he was in the broom cupboard next to her, not out in the hallway. But she was faced with the decision of trying to bail three of her friends out... or get away.

Snap, she thought. But she knew she should try to help, even if she knew it woouldn't work. So she opened the cupboard door and said,"Oh, there you are! Hey, Remy, um...Twyla's right. We were making a run to the kitchens to get the potions professor a, um, butterbeer." She smiled sweetly and knew he would never believe her.

"butterbeer huh?" he said smiling knowing full well that the professor who had assigned the detention was allergic to butterbeer but he kept it tohimself this was quite the story and he so loved good stories. "ok so you were all sent to get butterbeer is that what im supposed to believe" he said hoping one of them could explain why they all had to get the butterbeer and make it halfway believable.

Cassie almost groaned as Twyla showed up. Great...now she was here and trying to lie they were screwed. Then Lindsey showed up and she sighed. She loved the girl to death but she wasnt an awesome liar. Cassie slapped her forehead quetly. "Actually remy I dont know why Twyla and Lndsey are here. I finished my lines and met Alex in the hall. Since we missed dinner we were gonna get a snack." she said looking back at Alex for a moment and cracking her knuckles.

"hmm well i guess since you dont have detention you can go on your way cassie but your freind snuck out of detention according to these papers and he will be going back" he said sternly then stopped and laughed. "who gave you detention anyways" he said asking him then looked at the rest of the girls "actually i want to know who gave all of you detention and stop the lying".

Lindsey leaned over to Cassie and whispered so that only she could hear, "Thanks for bailing on me. You know I can't lie under pressure." She almost grinned until she heard Remy ask about their detentions. She grimaced and explained, "I, um, set the Transfiguration proffessor on fire... We were practicing charms I learned a long time ago, I got bored, and tried to light the chandelier above her head, missed and got her instead." She decided not to mention it was one of the few classes she'd attended all year.

Henry was walking on the........second floor and he heard some voices in the detetion hall. He then relised that some of the voices were Twyla, Lindsey, Remy, and Cassie.

He decided to walk into the room. He then heard Lindsey say that she set the Transfiguration Proffessor on fire. Henry chuckled briefly. "Oh. I set Leo on fire once. It was kind of funny." Hoping that Leo wasn't there.

Henry then saw Remy. Henry was guessing that Remy was the head of this detention. He looked at her. "I'm here Remy for just one reason. I don't really have anything else to do." Hoping that it was ok that he was there.

Remy looked at henry and rolled his eyes "Bridge this is detention not babysitters club so get to stepping" he said as he pointed his hand at the door. He turned back to look at the girls and shook his head "this professor whatever his name is that gave you guys detention is a moron for letting all of you escape but thats perfect because now all of you have detention with me and the fun is just about to start" he said as he smiled.

Remy told Henry to get to stepping, and he didn't know what he meant by that. Remy then said that they all have a detention with him now. He didn't mind because he had nothign else to do at the time. "Oh well. It's not like I have anything else to do. So what are you going to have us do today Remy?" Hoping that it wasn't that bad. At least it gave him something to do though.

Remy had already forgotten henry was there until he heard his voice again. Remy closed his eyes and began counting to 10 in his mind very very slowly hoping that by the time he got to 10 he would only want to injure henry and not kill him. He opened his eyes and turned around and looked at henry "you do not have detention at this time henry, i said all the girls had detention so unless you all of a sudden became a girl you are not a" remy stopped suddenly and smiled "wait im sorry henry your just bored right and im sure i can think of something you could help with. He pointed to a room and motioned for EVERYONE to enter it. He waited outside of hte room holding the door open for everyone to enter it.

Remy closed his eyes, and Henry gave him a weird look. "Why did Remy just close his eyes?" Remy thought. Remy then said that Henry doesn't have a detention and that it's just the girls. He said Henry would only have a deteniton, if he somehow turned into a girl. "Maybe I will turn into a girl." Henry joked.

Remy then pointed to a door for everyone to enter. Henry then walked over to a door and entered it.

Remy smirked as he heard henry say he would turn into a girl. "fine henry then your wish will be granted here put this on" he said as he handed him a protective suit with a dress attached to it. "sorry but its the only protective suit i could find please put it on so you can help me out in this detention henry" he said as he waited for henry to put on the suit with the dress or for him to say no so remy could then tell him to leave.

Henry slapped himself in the head. Henry was joking when he said he'd turn into a girl, and oviously Remy didn't relise it. He had to do that or leave, according to Remy.

Henry thought for a moment. "OK, Fine Remy. I don't really have anything else to do. So I'll do it." Henry grabbed the suit from Remy and he put it on.

He looked ridculouse. He was hoping he wouldn'g get laughed at by anyone else. "Ok Remy. What would you like me to do?" Hoping that it wasn't too bad of a thing.
