Well, I normally search Google and make my own pics, or I ask someone here to make me one. If you go to the bottom of the main page, you'll see Ron's Darkroom. You can request signatures and avatars there (be sure to read the first post of the thread; it contains details and requirements).
To upload a picture, first upload it to www.photobucket.com or www.tinypic.com . I prefer tinypic- less hassle. Once you've done that, copy and paste the link with [IMG][IMG/*] (except it doesn't have a *) in it into the signature window here. Upload it and voila!

you can request a banner from one of our artists at the LC I think either Dream or Leo are the most active, although you may have to wait a little while as they are very busy ladies! :P
