i think what shonk means is since our current chatterbox does not work half the time then you should look at this chatango box as an alternative

Me too! Our current chatter box is always either not posting, double posting or giving me the Internet Exploror error message and tries to tell me that I'm not online even though the rest of the LC is loaded up just fine. Bah.

Wow. I didn't know that the chatterbox was so despised. I know its given me problems from time to time, but never as much as you all are describing. But maybe that's because I don't use it as much anymore, I'm not sure.

But I'd have to think about this becasue despite all, there are things about the current chatterbox that I really like. I'd have to investiage this new one and see what it has to offer.

Don't get me wrong though we love it too. we have so much fun with it. it's how we talk to our buddies, but man when it doesn't work... You can only hate something some much if you love it too. Except Voldemort, I just hate him.

Ok I compiled a list of pro's and con's for this.

Pro's:

Has all features of current chatter plus more
Easier to change things such as colour, font, bold, itallics, etc. which is a feature that can also be turned off if wanted.
Automatically loads new posts, no need for refreshing
Better and more smilies which you can also increase and descrease the size of before posting
Can have icons to your name
Tells you how many people are on and who they are, if name is logged in
Haven't noticed any bugs like with current chatter

Cons:

Slightly slower to load for those with slower connections

Well when you put it that way, it does sound like a good idea. Thanks Shonks for getting that list together. :) Could you post the link again so I can take a closer look at this new chatterbox?
