Emma walked into a filled, noisy Great Hall for dinner. The 4 tables were bustling with students and you could smell the delicious scents of the food. Gracefully, she walked over towards the Ravenclaw table and sat down amongst her fellow housemates. The ceiling was a dark shade of blue with glistening stars scattered across.

Pulling off her jacket, she folded it and sat it beside her. She was wearing her blue Ravenclaw sweater with kahki pants. She looked exactly like a school prep. She had parted her brown hair to the side and straightened it. It wasn't her usual look, but yet somehow she could still pull it off beautifully. Grabbing the ceaser salad bowl, she put some on her plate and began her dinner.

Emilie wandered slowly into the Great Hall. It'd been a long day and she was pretty hungry. She walked over to the Ravenclaw table and sat down. She looked up at the ceiling and saw that the stars were already out.

She flipped her long braid over her shoulder and reached for a roll. She had on a short jean skirt and a light blue jacket over a darker, navy blue T-shirt. She looked around and realized she was sitting next to Emma. "Hey Em. How's it going?" she asked, pilling some pasta on her plate.

"I'm good. Though the teachers are loading with homework, don't you think?" she said to Emilie, and eyed the pasta she was getting. "Can you pass that over here when you're done? It looks really good" she asked politely.

"And remember, you can always slip into the Room of Requirements if you don't feel like class. How will they know?" Logan flashed one last charming smile at a group of Hufflepuff first year girls. They giggled amongst each other, and nodded. Seeing that his job for the day was done, Logan stood up and began walking over to the Ravenclaw tables, despite the sad little faces of the first years.

He approached the table and took a seat next to Emilie, swiftly kissing her cheek. "Hey Emilie, Emma." He grinned and glanced to the platters beside him. There was a heaping bowl of macaroni and cheese. His eyes were growing wide, so he reached over and picked up the bowl. "I haven't had this in forever!" Logan smiled, and began to scoop some on to his plate. "So, how's it going?"

Emma turned around to hear Logan telling firsties to skip class. "For christ's sake.." she muttered under her breath, getting up to go talk to the firsties after Logan left. After warning them not to do that or they would get into trouble, she walked back to the Ravey table, and sat down.

"Logan, do you have to make my job harder?" she asked, throwing him a sly grin. "I'm good. Emilie and I were just discussing our classes." she said as she took a bite of her salad.

Cassie had been walking into the hallway heading towards her meal. And boy she was hungry. Unfortunatly she had a following. She grinned and turned to the group of first years. "Er...I um have to eat" she took a step foward and they followed her. She then dodged and began to run them following her. She was able to hide behind Emile. She plopped down next to her friend and tugged on her green hoodie. "HEy all"

Emma looked behind her to see Cassie being chased by firsties, and then sititng down next to them. "Oh my god, does everyone have to mess with firsties." she said under her breath, before taking a sip of her water. "Interesting of you to stop by Cass. I would have guessed you would have been with the snakes, or did they get tired of you?" she said teasingly. :P

Cassie laughed. "Im hiding from the little snakes" she said quietly. "They idol me and it is completly ridiciouls. I wanna be like you Cassie" she said mocking them. "Someone must hjave told them I am looking for a new squue" she said laughging. " see Logan has his following too" she saidsmirking.

Logan just grinned when Emma went off to go tell the first years otherwise. He couldn't help that they found his advice so enticing. Je nodded when Emma asked about making her job difficult. "I'm just spicing it up. I mean, if everyone followed the rules, there would be no need for Prefects, right?" He ate a heaping spoonful of macaroni and cheese as he watched Cassie come in and hide behind his girlfriend.

Swallowing, he addressed his Slythering cohort, "Nice to know you're popular then, Cassie," He grinned. I have a following? Logan asked himself. Slowly turning his head to the side, he saw a group of younger students from the Gryffindor table smiling at him. The girls giggling, and fluttering their eyes, the guys trying to master the grin. He quickly turned his head back to Cassie. "Room for two down there?"

Emma rolled her eyes and left Cassie and Logan alone, discussing their following. While they were talking, she reached into her coat pocket and pulled out two rubberbands, that were covered in a white kind of powder. "Hmm..might as well see.." she said softly to herself, before strapping the first rubberband around her fingers and shooting it up into the air, right about Logan's head. As soon as it hit its peak, it exploded and tons of white powder came out and poured down onto Logan. She then did the same thing to Cassie.

"You gotta love the twins." she said to herself with a small giggle, before taking a bite of the pasta.

Logan had slipped onto the floor next to Cassie, behind Emilie. Just when he thought that he was safe, he felt something hit him the back of the head. "Ouch!" He exclaimed, bringing his hand up to the sore spot. Soon, white dust sprinkled all over him. Puzzled he looked around, and heard Emma giggling about something. "Em? What's the big-ACHOO!" He sneezed, some of the powder flying off of him. "What the devil is this-ACHOO! white pow-pow-ACHOO! der?"

Emma laughed.."I have no idea what it is." she said, watching as Logan basically became white. She then watched as one exploded right above Cassie. Some other students walking by, stopped and muttered about it snowing. "Here try to wipe it off." she said, giving Logan a napkin.

"Tha-CHOO!" Logan accepted the napkin. He first got the dust off of his nose, and around his lips.he shook most of it off of his head. The clothes would be a challenge, but he figured that he would just watch them later. He sat back up at the table, and grabbed his plate. "Well, nothing works up an appetite quite like being stalked and going on a sneezing fest."

Grinning, Emma took a sip of her water. "So what's up?" she asked. "Did you hear that some new classes are starting up?". She was extremely excited, hoping that Transfiguration would be on the list of new classes. Hopefully Potions would be also on that list, along with Care of Magical Creatures.

Logan scooped some spaghetti on to his plate and nodded. "I was hearing that. Can't wait to begin Potions again." He grinned, beginning to twirl some spaghetti around his fork. "Aside from tha-tha-ACHOO!" He paused, taking out his wand and muttering a spell to eliminate the powder from his clothes. "That's better. Anyhow not much else has been going on. Trying to find ways to get everyone excited for the match against Hufflepuff." Logan ate some of the spaghetti.

Henry walked into the great hall and saw Emma, Emilie and Logan sitting at a table. He sat down. "Hey everybody. What's up?"

He then heard Logan say that he couldn't wait for potions to begin. Henry was excited for that class too. "Ya, I'm excited for that class too. But you know what class I'm excited for even more? Defence Against The Dark Arts. I love learning and practicing spells."

Henry then grabbed a chicken drumstick, and began to ate it. "Can someone pass me the fries please?" They weren't in Henry's reach. Henry really wanted classes to start. "Does anyone know when classes start?"

"Soon Henry." Emma said to his question about classes before turning her attention to the co-captain of their quidtich team. "When that match will begin, god only knows." she said to him with a grin, "But we're prepared and ready. So I'm not even that worried." she said with a shrug, catching her mail from her owl as the owls went by overhead.

Emma said that god only knows when the match will begin. "Good thing." Henry said to reply when Emma said that they were ready for the match. The owls then began to fly overhead. Henry just continued to eat his food, and waited for his mail to drop to him. He was hoping he'd get some exciting mail.

Logan nodded in agreement. "You could say that again." The team had been practicing for what seemed like years. He continued to twirl and eat his spaghetti as he watched the owls overhead. Soon enough, Logan's own owl, Rechace landed on the seat next to him. In his beak was a letter from his grandmother. "Thanks bud" Logan said, feeding the owl a small bit of lettuce from the center of the table.

Deciding to open the letter later on, he placed it in his pocket.

Hedwig then came flying above the table, while holding something. It was a piece of paper, shaped like a pyramid. Henry had never seen it before. Hedwig droped it to Henry, and he caught it. "I wonder what it is." Henry opened it and then it cause an explosion. Luckily Henry threw the piece of paper, before it could do any serious damage to him. "What was that?! Is everbody ok?" Someone was trying to hurt Henry, he was guessing.

Kim jogged in the Great Hall and skidded to a halt searching for a place to sit. She saw some of her friends sitting a ways down the Ravenclaw table and decided to join them. She walked over to where they were and planted herself in the seat across from Emma.

"Hey everybody! Looks like a good spread tonight." she said as she dished out some pasta and grabbed some garlic bread. She realized that there was a girl at the table she had not met yet. "I'm Kim, by the way." she told the girl seated next to Emma. The owls had aleady begun to deliver that night's mail by the time she was situated. Just when one of the school owls had dropped her a box of chocolates from her sister, a huge bang went off that made her jump and nearly spill the trouffles on the ground.

Henry then saw Kim coming. "Oh Hey Kim. Nice to see you again. What's up." Henry didn't want to forget about him almost getting killed. So he turned to everyone else. "So who here at hogwarts, would try to get me killed?" Henry was just like that he/she/they failed. Otherwise they wouldn't be having this conversation.

Emma rolled her eyes when another thing exploded at Henry and he began to ramble about someone trying to kill him. "Henry no one is trying to kill you." she said with an exaggerated sigh and the only thing that kept her from going over and hurting Henry herself was Kim who had just joined them. "Hey." she said, before looking back at Henry who was still talking about the letter. "Henry, it was a postcard from Egypt. That's why it was shaped like a pyramid." she said before picking up the postcard that was now laying under the table and handing it to Henry.

"So what's up?" she asked Kim.

Kim gave Henry a look that clearly said you need help! when he once again claimed that someone was trying to kill him. Her look turned to a smile when she realized Emma was speaking to her. "Oh, homework mainly." she replied to Emma's question, "That's why I was late to supper." She took out a trouffel from her box, she could never resist eating dessert first, and placed it on the table. "Anyone else want one?" she offered looking around at the group. Her sister had sent her a very large box, no doubt she knew that a small box would have been devoured within a matter of minutes. "How is everybody?"

Emma smiled at Kim, and said a quick thanks when she grabbed a piece of candy before going back to her own books which were sprawled across the table and seat near her with her scribbling quickly down at the paper. Luckily for her she could write perfectly without looking at the paper, so while maintaining a perfect conversation with Kim she wrote her essays.

"I am studying, writing finals, extra credit and quiditch strategies." she said, pointing to every paper and picking up the strategies one sine both of the boys would probably jump on the paper to read it.

Henry Bridge

Emma said that no one was trying to kill Henry. "Whatever." Henry wasn't fully convinced though.

She then told him why it was shpaed like a pyrmaid. "Ok. Makes sense."

Kim offered everyone a triffel. "Ok thanks." Henry took a triffel and began eating it. "Yum, good." Henry thought of what was happening in his life. "Nothing much Kim. Just still really sad about my dog.

Henry then heard what Emma was doing. "Oh cool." Henry liked the quidditch idea. "Good idea. Maybe I'll do that." Henry looked over to the quidditch strategies.

Feeling Henry lean forward over the table to her quidtich strategies papers, she snapped them up and held them close to her, the blank side of the parchment facing Henry. "No, no. My strategies. I make them, Logan approves them and then you get to see them." she said, before handing them to Logan to approve. They were mostly beater strategies so he would probably find atleast some interesting. :rolleyes:

OOC: HAHA!!!

BIC: Emma was being snappy kind of, about her strategies. "FIne don't let me see them!" Henry said angrily. He began to crack up laughing, because he was pretending to be mean but he was just joking. "Just kiding Emma. It's ok if I can't see the strategies." Henry didn't care too much about them. Henry loved pretending to be mean to his friend Emma. Hopefully she would know he was just joking.

Logan took a truffle and grinned. "Thanks Kim," He smiled, popping it into his mouth. He avoided the topic of someone yet again attacking Henry. It happened so often that he simply lost track. Too bad I'm not in that position. It'd be fun to have a legitimate duel for once, he mused, as he chewed the truffle. "Wow, those are amazing Kim, you can give my compliments to whoever sent them!"

Once Emma handed him the quidditch plans, his eyes grew wide. He barely heard Emma explain the process to Henry as his eyes raced over to the beater plans. Nodding a few times, Logan handed them back to Emma and grinned. "They look good. No one's going to stand a chance against us." He smirked confidently at the two quidditch players before turning to Kim. "Have you given any thought to the team, Kim?"

Henry nodded at Logan. "Ya, we're so going to win. We are the best." Henry raised his hand, to give Logan a high five.
Logan then asked Kim if she gave any though to the team. "Ya Kim you should join the team. I don't know what position you'd play. But it's not a bad idea. Huh?" Henry just hoped she wouldn't replace him for some reason. Henry enjoyed being the seeker very much.

Kim nodded politely when each of her friends told what they had been up to. "Thanks Logan. I'll be sure to pass the message on to my sister." she replied when the boy complimented the truffles. She then began to tuck away some pasta as she listened to the rest of the conversation.

The subject of quidditch came up, as it often does when there is a table full of quidditch players, and her ears perked up. She had never played quidditch for an actual team, but she had often scrimaged with her sisters and cousins. Her slim body-build allowed her to have lightening speed, while her strong limbs were good for passing the quaffle. "Yeah, I have thought about the team, Logan. Any chance tryouts are sometime soon? I think I might give caser a try." she said hopefully.

Henry Bridge

Kim mentinoed her having a sister. Henry had never known that. "Kim you have a sister? Hmmm.....I never knew that. Cool beans."

Kim then asked if tryouts are soon. "Uh.....sorry Kim. But I think they already started. I'm sure we can get you in somehow. I'd talk to Emma if I were you. She is the team captain afterall." Kim also said that she thinks she wants to be a chaser. "Ya, I think you'd be a good chaser Kim."

Logan thought about it and looked back to Kim, "Well, final approval does go to Emma, however I'm sure we'd be able to fit you in as a Chaser. We still have plenty of practices to get in before the game." He smiled and took a bite of his spaghetti. He grabbed a roll from the center of the table and tore off a small piece of it and dipped it into his sauce.

When Logan gave the papers back to her, she took them and began to make small little changes on them with a red quill while the others talked more about quidtich. Once everyone had become quiet she looked up, "If your interested, then just come to one of our practices and we'll check you out." she said to Kim before grabbing some pasta and resuming her work.

Henry began to eat some steak tips. "Um.....these are very good. You all should try them." Henry said to Logan, Emma, and Kim.

Henry was getting bored. "I'm bored. Want to have a duel?" Henry just wanted to do something else and fun.

"Cool!" Kim said in response to Logan and Emma's comments. "I think I'll come by next practice and try it out." She smiled at her classmates and twirled her noodles absent-mindedly.

Her thoughts were just about to drift off, as they often did when she was eating, when something Henry said caught her attention. "Henry, honestly, we're eating right now. Why do you want to duel in the middle of dinner?" Kim couldn't imagine why anyone would pass up such a good meal at the end of a long day to duel for no apparent reason.

Henry Bridge

Kim asked Henry why he wanted to duel while they were eating. He wasn't really sure why. "I don't know why. Good point, never mind then."

Henry then remebered that he had a dare to do. He moved some of the food away from the table, to make more room. He then climbed onto the table, and did the chicken dance. "Anyone want to join in?" Doubting that anyone would want to.

Smirking to herself, she looked at Henry, "Hey, if you want to duel go duel somewhere else. I dont want my food ruin because of your missed spells." she said as she tossed her hair over her shoulder and looked up at the ceiling as it turned into a nights sky. "Well, it looks like tonight will be another great night to go on a walk." she said more to herself, but looked over at Kim invitingly.

twyla walked to the great hall during dinner one night and sat at the ravenclaw table sitting next to her friends Kim and logan she stared at Henry and said "henry what do you think you are doing?".She grabbed some of the pasta that some other people were waiting and said "mm this is de-lish".She also grabbed some veggies and some broccoli and cauliflower and drizzled her whole plate in cheese sauce."So what are we talking about?"Twyla said after sollowing a bite.

"Nah, no duels right now. Then all the other houses will get jealous and want in." He explained, while shoveling spaghetti into his mouth. What could he say, the boy loved his spaghetti. As he looked up to grab a napkin, he noticed Twyla came down to join them. Logan waved to Twyla and swallowed his food. "Hey Twyla. We were just talking about the quidditch team. Then dueling I think."
