Nak finds his dads raven Night wing and gives it the invites and sends it on its way hoping people would join him so he wasn't alone there. Nak takes a seat on the steps and thinks to himself waiting for anyone to arrive so he can talk to them as opposed to wandering the halls alone.

Scarlett received the raven with no surprise. She had been with Nak when he had gotten word of his father's dead. Scarlett changed quickly from a bright trendy outfit to something dark and somber befitting the occation and then made her way to the owlery.

Scarlett saw Nak sitting on the stairs and she reached out to put a comforting hand on his shoulder, "I am sorry for your loss," she said the age old litany of mourners rolling off her tongue giving her time to think of something else to say.

Sardine

"Shoot! I can't believe I forgot about Spike. I'm such an idiot!" I mumble to myself and slap my forehead, walking into the Owlery. I look up and notice Nak looking rather sad and dejected. Lowering my hand from my head, I walk over to him. "Hey," I say, searching his face. "What's wrong?"

Nak smiles "Maybe but i still have him he visits me in my training area now" he says and sighs deeply "It is coming soon and he can't go near graveyards or funeral homes either." he then gets up "Hope night finds the others ok but this is gunna be a long trip to the location" he adds looks down the stairs "His wand exploded by the way" he says looking to Scar Oh and he said no crying at the funeral because well it is a time of celebration not mourning" he seemed to be confused as he said it and hands her a photo of him and his dad it was recent too then looks to Sardine "Funeral trip for my dad wanna go?" he asks still sounding alittle down

Sabrina ran into the owlery wearing her long black dress with her little black sweater over it.
"Nak! I came over as quick as I could! You ok?" she went to her friend and hugged him tightly.
Her red hair slightly curled from the humidity outside. She was wearing flats and had on only a little makeup. (She was never a big fan of cosmetics except for mascara.)

"I'm real sorry.." she said softly to him. "Does Cara know?"

Cassie had just gotten back from her trip with Khai when she saw a letter on her bed. She was ready to pass out but still picked it up and read it. She gasped quietly in her room. Looking down, she was already wearing all black, a cute pair of black skinny jeans and a black tank top. awning she grabbed the letter and with the little strenth she had ran over to the Owerly. Once arriving she noticed eeryone there. Stifling a yawn she waved. She hugged Nak then sat down "Heyy All....Sorry Nakka she whispered.

"Hey Cass you ok" he asks hugging her back and nods to her apology. he looks as Nightwing arrives and pecks him softly "Ok truce till after the funeral he says to the jet black raven and waits "Cara is the only one missing and our spare invite" he says and sighs looking around then to Cassie

Sardine

I look at the photo as the others come in. Looking up and Nak, I put my hand on his shoulder. "I'm not one for hugs, so you won't get one," I say, squeezing is shoulder softly. "I'm also not one for 'I'm sorry's ', so I'm not going to say that," I look him in the eye. "But I am here if you want to talk. Sometimes talking to someone you hardly know helps," I smile softly. "And yes, I will go with," I hand the photograph back, removing my hand from Nak's shoulder.

"Hey, Nak," sil said, rushing down the stairs dressed all in black. Having spent most of his early life in Tibet among Buddhists, Sil felt as if he should be wearing yellow, but Faustus's letter had said black was customary in western countries. "Sorry about your dad. I just found out from my brother; I didn't even know he and your father knew each other, but I guess they did."

Scarlett waited quietly while everyone arrived. She looked at the picture Nak had handed to her and was comforted by it’s still beauty, showing father and son together.

Scarlett half listened as people began arriving absorbed as she was in the picture. Scarlett’s interest was piqued when Sil showed up talking about how his brother had known Nak’s father. Scarlett silently wondered what other ties the boys had to one another, since both of their families had been involved with Grindewald. Scarlett dismissed that train of thought from her mind and turned to Nak. “How will we be getting to the funeral site?” Scarlett asked him.

Nak looks to sardine "Thanks and i am guessing that means he can't come?Or he will meet us there?" he asks sil looking him over "Go with whatever your used to i say." He looks to scarlete "You'll see when we get there" he says and looks at them all "Well Cara will meet up with us but i need to know how many of you plan on crying at the funeral?"

Cassie sighed. "no prob. Just got back from vacation and got your letter" she said quietly sweeping her hair out of her eyes. "I rushed up here as soon as I had haerd." she smiled. She stood up and walked over to Nak and stood beside him. "I'm not a cryer... onyl when things het really bad" she whispered in his ear smiling softly.

Sil shook his head. "Sadly, he's out of the country on Ministry business. But he sends his regards."

Sil looked around curiously when Nak asked who all planned on crying at the funeral. "Crying?" he asked. "Is that another western custom? Where I grew up, a funeral is a celebration of life--the past one and the new one the person is about to embark on."

"I believe I can keep my eyes dry, especially if it was a last request from the deceased," Scarlett assured Nak. The truth was that she had not cried at her own parents' funeral so she was pretty sure she could make it through a strangers with out running her mascara.

Sardine

"Sure," I say softly. "I'll try my best at not crying," I say. "Although I can't promise anything, I'm afraid. I could always wait off to the side?" I suggest. "I don't really know you, so maybe that would be better crying or not."

A huge snowy owl flew into the window of the owlery and landed on Nakutro's shoulder, hitting him gently on the back of his head as it folded it's wings into itself. Nakutro, of course,and a few others in the room would know that the owl was Cara in her animagus form. The owl hooted softly as it- er, she, walked from side to side on Nakutro's shoulder a few times. This was meant as hellos to everyone in the room, even if they couldn't understand her.

Nak takes Cara off his shoulder and hugs her but keeps her facing everyone else. "Well we are ready. I also called in a favor to get to the funeral. It will resemble muggle transport to an extent but thats germany for ya." He then starts down the starts down the stairs "Meet me on grounds when you are ready, dress casual for the trip and get some rest you have some time an hour tops so i will see you then "Cara you need to get anything while we wait for the transport to arrive? Or you ready?" he loosens his grip so she can fly or transform back if she wanted to join him out as a human and looks at cassie "Get some rest you need it"

Cassie nodded to Nakka. She stood up and smiled softly at him. "I'll be fine Nakka. I just need some caffine" she said taking a peer into her bag. She found a small can of red bull. She popped it open and took aswig. "This will keep me" she said,

Thanks to the nearly miraculous bag that Ankaa had given Scarlett for her birthday (This lovely magical item was like a portal to Scarlett’s closet that let her pull anything that was stored in her wardrobe out of the bag) she was always packed to go somewhere and the clothes she was in were comfortable enough for a journey. “I’ll hang out here with you Nak and walk with you to the meetin’ place, unless you’d like to be alone.” Scarlett offered.

CJ looked up at Nakutro, and transformed herself back into human form, taking care to land with two feet on the ground. After regaining her balance, she said "I'm all set, I got everything before I came out." She smiled over at Cassie, then at Scarlett. "Hello you two. You know what? I think I like it better up there." She added the last part to Nakutro, then turned back to an owl and climbed up Nakutro onto his head, where she spread out her wings, hooting happily.

Sabrina smiled deeply at Nak, in a heart-waring way. "you know me Nak, I'm definately gonna' cry." she smiled a little more and said, "What do you mean by casual?" she asked. "Should I change into black jeans?" she stifled a giggle.

Sardine

I follow Nak out, staying a few steps behind. I was already dressed casually. I'm wearing dark blue/black jeans, a dark blue top and my black robes pulled over the top.

Nak looks at them then Sardine "Um you might want to pack and as for everyone in black they won't let us on if we look ready for a funeral so get changed and meet me by the lake." He says and heads off with cara on his head it seems he was also using it as an excuse to be alone with her for a moment.

Sabrina smiled. "OK!" she skipped back towards the dorms.

when she arrived in the slythy dorms she grabbed her fav. purple suitcase and tossed 4 pairsof jeans and some undies, bras (etc) into her bag. no makeup excpet mascara, and an extra pair of sandals. she quickly changed into her blue levi's and her 'read heads rock' t-shirt. then she put her black ensemble into her bag as well and slipped on some flip-flops. She also grabbed a [air of sunglasses and packed them nicely and her bag. She put her Nora Roberts book in her side pocket on the bag and closed it up. She also had her toiletries in thwer as she rolled the bag out of the dorms and back towards the owlery. She waited with the others.
"When do we leave?" she asked sweetly. she absent-mindedly tied her hair up in a loose bun.

Cassie nodded. Since she already had packed from her vaca she acciioded her suitcase. A large green suitcase flew at her and she caught it. She waved her wand over her body and she was in a pair of skinny jeans and a red vintage ACDC tee. her hair was let loose and she ahd her carry on in her hand. "I get window seat...." she said raising her hand nd grinning innocently.

Sardine

I Nod and shrug before making my way past Nak and towards the Hufflepuff dorm. I could've gone to the Slytherin one, but I didn't feel like all the stairs. Humming to myself, I wonder down the corridor.
