Remy was walking along the shore of the lake searching for his wayward pet. "moony" he yelled out over and over again, he was really worried about her as it was not like her to dissapear for this long. This was something he would have expected from blizzard as he was a more adventurous than other owls but not from his kitten. He had sent dream a message to meet him here and he couldn't wait to get her help. He began thinking of where they could be and hurriedly continued his search again "moony where are you"

Dream yawned sleepily and growled for what must have been the fiftieth time in the last twenty minutes. She'd been awoken by what really amounted to a summons from her bossy spouse, and she had been in the middle of a great dream. She was still in her bright purple PJ bottoms, but she'd pulled on a white sweatshirt and a pair of sneakers before leaving for the lake. She didn't even know where she was supposed to meet him! Then she heard his voice echoing over the still lake water. He was yelling for Moonlight. Dream made her way over to him quickly and rather than announce her presence, she just stood there watching him in annoyance.

Remy saw dream and yelled out her name as he ran to her side "dream i haven't seen moonlight in a few days and this isn't like her to do this and im a bit worried" he said talking quickly. She loves coming to the lake to look at the water so i was hoping she would be around here somewhere" he explained to her as he began looking again. He was almost at the edge of the lake and was worried moonlight had walked into the forbidden forest alone.

Dream winced as Remy yelled her name at her even thoug she was only a foot away from him. Her head started a faint pounding and she gave a quick prayer for her day to improve quickly. Then she heard the sincere concern in Remy's voice when he was talking about Moonie's whereabouts. Dream wrapped her arms around Remy's waist and gave him a comforting hug. "She's not a kitten anymore, and she's been through the forest enough times to take care of herself. Not only that but she knows how to contact me. I'm a lot more powerful than I was when she was taken those years ago, and I can hear animals from pretty far now. A lot farther than Moonie would have ever gone without letting me know, that's for sure." she told him softly. "Maybe she doesnt want to be found right now. Cats are very independant sometimes." she added.

i guess your right dream" remy nodded his head. If anyone knew more about his cat than he did it was dream and if she said nothing was wrong then nothing was wrong. "umm i guess i'll go back to the castle seeing as theres really nothing to do out here maybe i'll get a bite to eat in the great hall, you want to join me" he offered dream with a smile on his face.

Dream hoped that she hadn't been wrong when she told Remy that Moonie was probably ok. What she had said was true though. If she was in trouble, she should have been able to contact Dream to let her know. She forced herself not to start worrying, and instead sent a quick message to the rest of their animals, asking them to look for Moonlight and make sure that she was ok. Then she realized that Remy had invited her back to the Great Hall for breakfast. She grimaced a little bit, really sick of Hogwarts food. Then her face lit up hopefully as she had an idea. "Hey babe? Do you have plans today?" she asked.

Remy looked at dream and shrug his shoulders "no i dont have any plans for tonight unless you count walking around aimlessly down the halls late at night with a lantern and probably moaning while doing it doing something" he said then laughed as he pictured himself doing that. "I guess i could umm mow the lawn on hogwarts grounds if theres nothing else to do" he said rather bored then looked back at dream "umm why do you ask did you want to do somehting? he asked her.

Dream looked at Remy curiously. She didnt know why he was talking about tonight already when the sun was only just starting to come up. She gave a shrug of her own and said " Actually I was kind of hoping that you would want to go into London with me?" she asked hestitantly.

"london really" he said a bit suprised it was rare when she asked to go somwhere so he smiled "sure if you want ot go i'd be happy to go with ya" he said as he reached out his hand and grinned as his broom appeared suddenly in his hand. "i feel like flying with my broom today i hardly give it the attention it deserves" he said quietly as he looked at it. "hmm wait should i get dressed up" he asked her with a grin on his face.

Dream bit her lip a little as she waited for Remy's answer. When he agreed to go without hesitation, she rewarded him with a slow smile of delight. She reached into her purse and pulled out her own wand. After pointing her wand at it and engorging it to it's normal size, she looked over at Remy to answer his question. "No you don't need to dress up. We'll get everything we need there." she said happily.

Remy grinned at dream "so you have everything planned out once again" he laughed as he climbed on top of his broom. He hovered in the air and then put his hands in his pocket, he had flown long enough that he didnt need to hold onto his broom. He was about to say something to dream when he accidentally bit his tongue and forgot what he was going to say

Dream laughed at Remy's comment about her having everything planned out. She hopped up onto her broom and quickly flew up into the air. She circled around him once, looking down at him cheekily. "It's pretty easy to plan when I have your credit cards in my purse." she said with a wink. Then she made a beckoning gesture towards Remy. "Come on babe!" she said a little impatiently.

Remy saw dream climb higer up in the sky and he flew up higher than he already was to reach her. "lead the way" he said as he leaned down and made himself more aerodynamic to go even faster than would have been normally possible this was one of the little tricks his father had taught him to do before he discovered he could manipulate the wind. Remy smiled as he felt the wind on his face as he thought it was the best feeling ever.

Dream watched Remy do a trick to make himself fly faster than his broom allowed and he zipped right past her. "Hey! Wait up!" she cried out as she leaned down low against her broom and caught onto the tail end of his airstream. She flew for awhile, never quite catching up but not very far behind. Soon she looked around and realised that she didn't know where they were. Somehow they had made their way over the ocean which made no sense! "Uhm.. Remy? Where are we?" she called out. Just then something flew up into the sky and smashed into her. She lost her balance and fell off her broom, heading down in a bit of a tailspin. If she hadn't been so freaked out, she would have enjoyed the rush. She managed to stabalize herself so she wasn't tumblign around as she fell and she saw a small island looming up at her. "Oh god, this is gonna hurt." she muttered as she frantically tried to grab her wand so she could stop her fall before hitting the ground.

Remy turned around just in time to see dream falling down towards some island rapidly and he took off after her. He was too far ahead to reach her in time but he saw dream grab her wand and he knew she would do some kind of nifty spell to cushion her fall or keep herself from getting hurt so he scanned the sky to see if he could find out what had happen to make her fall. Seeing nothing out of hte ordinary he then took off towards the island again to see if dream was ok.

Dream got ahold of her wand and she pointed her wand at a large crysanthamum flower bush on the ground. "Engorgio!" she said. The flower bush grew rapidly until it stood well above the rest of the trees. Dream fell onto a huge crysanthamum flower, causing a huge cloud of pollen to engulf her. She lay still for a moment until she felt like she couldn't breathe through the pollen. She carefully climbed down the long stem of the flower until she was safe on the ground. Then she bent over at the waist in a fit of sneezes and coughs.

Remy landed and walked up to dream "you ok, what happen to you" he said trying to remember if he had ever seen dream fall of a broom before. He began to look around teh island and shook his head as he saw nothing of importance....sandy beach, rocky mountainy stuff, luscious green valley full of trees. He was ready to leave when he saw something strange and stared at it.

Dream looked up in surprise as she heard Remy's voice. She was relieved at the site of him standing next to her. "I don't know. Something flew up at me from the ground. It had to come from this island. I've never seen this island before, babe. Where are we?" she asked him as she dusted herself off. When she didn't hear a response from Remy, she looked up again and her eyes widened as she stared into the eyes of a beast that she'd never seen before. A loud growling was coming off the animal and so Dream wasted no time in trying to connect to its mind.

"what is that dream" he said as he looked at the strange beast. He had no idea if it was a viscious animal or just trying to protect something from two strangers who had dropped out of the sky. He looked around some more and though he wasn't sure if force would be needed his hand nonetheless still moved to his wand

Dream shook her head in confusion at Remy's question. "I don't know!" she said, surprise evident in the sound of her voice. She tried to connect again, this time pushing even harder and she stumbled back in shock as not only was she unale to connect, but the animal pushed against her own mind as though it wanted to read her! "What the hell?" she stammered as she moved closer to Remy. The animal growled even louder and made a menacing movement towards them. "Where the hell are we?" she muttered to Remy.

Remy shook his head in response to dreams question but he wasn't sure if she could see him, not if she was watching this strange animal as closely as he was. He looked as it tensed up ready to leap at them and he held his wand tightly in his hand ready for anything. The last thing he wanted to do was hurt it but he wasn't going to let it hurt him or dream either.

Dream saw Remy grab his wand and she quickly did the same thing. That's when she realized that behind the beast were two miniature versions of it standing just behind it. "Remy look. Babies?" she said questioningly. It certainly made sense as to why this animal was being so agressive. She took a couple tiny steps back, wanting the animal to see thatshe wasn't attacking, but not wanting to move back in a way that would make the creature think she was going to run from it, therefore triggering its need to hunt.

Remy looked at the two tiny little things behind the animal and thought to himself ...clones? but then nodded as dream said they were babies. He looked at the animal then quickly looked towards its feet not knowing if he should stare at it or not. He wasn't too good with animals so he hoped not staring at it would be the thing to do.

Dream saw Remy nod and she took another couple steps back, pulling Remy along with her. She still had no idea what kind of animals they were, so she decded to try to reach into the minds of the baby animals. The adult animal gave a roar of rage and started to charge towards them. "CRAP!" Dream said in horror. She didn't understand why her power wasn't working, but it was very clear that the adult animal knew exactly what she was trying to do. "Remy! Get us up into the sky!" she said urgently as she threw herself into his arms and buried her face in his neck so she wouldn't be able to see the attack coming if Remy wasn't able to get them safely away.

Remy grabbed dream and turned around making enough of a wind to enable him to float up into the air with dream and at the same time kicking up some dirt to provide them with some cover. He was about to say something when his eyes grew wide as he saw the animal flying towards them. "what in the heck is that thing" he said out loud.

Dream felt the tug in her stomach that let her know she was in the air and she opened her eyes, sure that Remy had gotten them to safety. She was about to thank him and congratulate him for his quick movement when she heard his exclamation. She slowly turned her face away from Remy's neck in order to look behind them and she stared in disbelief. "You have GOT to be kidding me!" she cried out as she saw that the beast had taken to the skies and was coming after them. "It's gaining on us Remy! What the hell are we gonna do?" she asked him worriedly.

Remy knew that sometimes the thing you hated to do was the only thing left so he turned to face the creature and closed his eyes making the wind around the creature suddenly stop. He watched as hte creature flapped its wings in an attempt to stay in the air but smiled as he saw it float down to the ground.

Dream held onto Remy tighter as he turned them around. Her hair was whipping around them both as she turned her head to face the creature as well. She saw the creautre start to fall and she realised what Remy had done. "That was smart baby. But what about us?" she asked him as she realised that al of the wind around them had disappeared now too. Her stomach dropped as she prepared herself for the fall that she thought was inevitable.

Remy grinned and pointed down at the floor. While he had been flying he had taken them over hte ocean so when they fell they simply fell into the ocean and only got wet but not injured "what now red" he asked his wife as he looked at her wondering what they should do next.

Dream stared at Remy in disbelief as he pointed down to the ocean below them. As they started to fall and she heard his question she said "I think you better have a better idea than us landing in that ocean water. Think of our hair!" she wailed as they started falling quickly. She really wasn't looking forward to falling into ice cold saltwater and she was starting to wish that she'd never gone on this trip and had stayed home in her cozy bed with her husband in their warm, cozy castle.

Remy wondered if the bubble head charm would do any good wehn he heard the second part "cold water? he asked then quickly had his wind come back. He guessed the fear of having messed up hair had given him an extra boost of power. He made them land near the edge of the water on a sandy beach and grabbed a seashell with a smile.

Dream gave a sharp gasp as she went from falling to flying again in the span of two seconds. She gave a huge sigh of relief as her feet touched the ground of the beach. She would rather stay out of the air for a few hours so her stomach could recover from the unexpected ups and downs. She saw that they were still on the same island, but the beast seemed to have disappeared finally. Dream looked around for a few minutes before turning to watch Remy pick up a seashell. "Ok so now what?" she asked him, wondering if he was up for a life-threatening exploration or not.

"i guess now we find out exactly where we are and why we were brought here" he said as he had a feeling fate had brought them to this island for a reason and he had to determine what that reason was. He threw the seashell back on the sandy beach and walked up to the land. He stared at the forest and looked at dream "lets not go into the forest just yet i want to see what else is here first" he said

Dream bit her lip as Remy said he wanted to look around. She really should have known what his answer would be, and she would have said the same thing if the positions were reversed. She just couldn't help but be a little frightened of this island. Dream had never not been able to talk to animals before, and the fact that she couldn't talk to an animal that was large and threatening made her really worried. The only good thing that she could think of at the moment was that Remy's Elementalist power was still working. "Alright then. Let's take a walk around the island on the beach then." she suggested, forcing herself to sound nonchalant.

Remy smiled and took off walking along the beach shore. He walked along the shore keeping an eye on the forest and every now and then glancing to look at the ocean. He stopped thinking he had seen something in the ocean but shrugged it off and began to laugh as he ran his hands through his hair as he always did.

Dream sighed as Remy started walking. She grudgingly took a step after him, and soon had fallen in step next to him. She looked down at their legs and smiled when she saw that they were walking in perfect unison. It was something that a girl was sure to notice, but a guy would probably never even think about. She noticed Remy looking at out into the water a few time with a curious look on his face, but each time she looked over to see what he was looking at, all she saw was water.

Remy stopped once more to stare at the water when he felt a rock whiz by him. "hey dream why did you throw that at me" he asked her. He stood staring at her when he saw another rock land near both or there feet and he turned towards the forest. "hmm i think someone is trying to make us not go into the forest" he grinned.

Dream heard a strange sound buzz past her ear and then Remy ask why she had thrown something at him. She took a breath to protest when a rock landed in front of them. She turned to look at where the rock had come from and saw that it was coming from the forest. Just then Remy said what she was thinking and she nodded in agreement, a scowl crossing her face. "How come you always think it's me when something happens to you?" she grouched at him as she put a quick shield charm around them so they wouldn't be hit with any thrown objects. Then she looked into the forest again with a cocky look on her face. "I guess it's time to go into the forest then, my love." she said calmy as she turned and began walking towards the huge trees.

Remy smiled as dream asked him why he had thought it was her and shoved her playfully "maybe cuz most of the time it is you ya punk" he said happily. Then he looked into the forest and got a more serious look on his face as he took his wand out. He was not normally as anxious as he was now but this place was different than any other forest he had been in and he hoped nothing like that othere animal were in it.

Dream responded to Remy's playful push by falling down into the sand where she surreptitiously grabbed a small rock and palmed it in her hand. She got up to her feet, dusting herself off as though she'd fallen to the ground on accident. "No it's not and you didn't have to push me." she complained before pushing him back. She pushed him in front of her and then the rock in her hand at his back. She threw it softly, not wanting to hurt him, but wanting to make her point. Then she drew out her own wand and followed him into the forest.
