Sabrina pulled on her jacket back at the dorm. She was excited to be meeting Khai at the rink. She grabbed her skates and made her way outside to the rink...


After arriving at the rink she pulled on her skates and began skating around the edge of the ice. She sighed and let her hair blow in the wind.

It really looked like a romantic winter wonderland... :wub:

She smiled and closed her eyes, throwing her arms out slightly like a bird.

Khai walked out to the ice rink, throwing his jacket on as he did so. As he reared closer he saw Sabrina, skating around and waved to her. He leaned on a tree to the right of the rink and laughed, "nice skating" he said

Sabrina skated over to him, "Than-WHOA!" she tripped and to fell onto her but on the ice, almost like in slow motion...
after all she did have her share of clumsy moments.

"OW!" she yelled and turned red a little. "Oh...by bum hurts..."

Khai raised one eyebrow methodically. Then with a smooth grace he skated over and offered her his arm. "You okay" he asked grinning at her.

"I am now..." Sabrina smiled at him and stood up with him.
"C'mon..." she began to skate slowly, pulling him along lightly.
"So... what made you take up akating. I am pretty sure they don't have snow very often in Australia..." she smiled slyly at him and signaled for him to put his am around her, giggling.

Khai wrapped his arm around her. "I don't skate. In fact I am horrible. Thank goodness for balancing spells" he said giving a light chuckle. "I've really only seen snow three or two times before" he admitted.

"Oh...see I would never even have known that!" she lauighed herself and laid her head back a little. "Isn't it beautiful outside today?" she smiled.
"I thought it would be prefect for skating..." she smiled afectionately at him (almost slyly) once more.

Khai grinned skating slowly. "Ya it is. Bit cold btu I'll have to adapt. I can do a polar bear and not this. Squirt and Bruce would have a jabberfest with this" He murmered more to himself.

"Those sound like funny names..." she giggled. "Who are they? your best buds?"

OOC: i will post as much as i can in the next five minutes. but expect me online at *:oo o'clock at night on the east coast. what time is it there?

Khai chuckled. "yea...you could one of them that. Squirt and I go way back but ya know. And Bruce is a shark man" he said a grin on his face. "we got the nicknames from an American movie we say....er, Finding Nemo...I think"

"Oh my god! I LOVE finding Nemo!" Sabrina said excitedly. "Maybe we could watch it some time..." she giggled and snuggled closer to him as they continued to skate around the ice. The wind blew through her red hair softly.
"Well, we'd have to go find a place to meet cuz we are in different houses though..." she sighed and said, "the room of requirement is always best... what'd you say? Tomorrow? at the room of requirement? same time?" she asked and smiled up at him. He was a few inches taller than her.

Khai laughed. "Sure...maybe we could invite some friends turn it into a whole movie party thing" he said an idea forming in his head. "I do love that movie."

"Well..." sabrina began, looking up at him slowly.
"I was thinking it would be...just the two of us..." she smiled weakly, hoping she didn't sound foolish.

Khai grinned. "Thats sounds nice as well." he said skating in front of her smirking softly. "My favorite part of the movie is when they reach the EAC"

"i can figure out why..." she grinned slyly and skated to catch up to him.
She giggled as she spun around and faced him again, in one graceful move, and nearly fell. She wrapped her arms around him so as not to fall on her butt.
"teehee..." she giggled and leaned forward on her tippy toes to kiss him on the lips.
"Mmmm..." she kissed him for a long time, then stopped and smiled at him.

Khai grinned. "I dunno. I mean their representtation of Sydney is amazing. " he said tucking a strand of hair and tuckinh it around her ear. "You look amazing today" he said

"why thankyou..." she said to him softly.
"And so do you..." she said slowly, putting little effort into being sexy.(am i allowed to say that?^)

Khai grinned. "You should totally visit one day. have a bonfire, teach ya how to surf, meet some of my friends. Oh adn you have to try the Sydney bridge." he said grinnning

Sabrina smiled at him. "oh and YOU have to try the Statue of Liberty! and the montauk bridge." she giggled. "would you rather go to New York or North Carolina? orboth?" she asked. those were both of her homes.

Khai laughed. "Are you kidding me. Its cold there and I do not deal wirh the cold. Although I would enjoy New York" Khai said laughing. He shook the snow out of his hair and grinned.

"Well..." sabrina reasoned, "New York is colder then north carolina right now. In NC, we had sunny days all summer and when i went home for winter break there was still sun, and there's never any snow.." she said to Khai. "It's much warmer in North Carolina."

Henry was walking outside in the snow and then he saw a sign that read, "Welcome to the winter festival." Henry decided to enter into the winter festival. He walked over to a bench and sat down, he then put his ice skates on. Henry sat there for a second and then walked onto the ice. Henry saw Sabrina and Khai on the ice and he said to them, "Hey guys! What's happening?!"

Khai nodded listening to her. Suddnely a new boy appeared on the rink. "hi." he said skating up to him and shaking his hand. "I'm Khai. Hufflepuff" he said introducing himself.

Sabrina uncomfortably huffed when she saw Henry.
She skated over to Khai and pulled him away from henry. "C'mon Khai, let's keep skating..." she felt a menacing growl deep inside of her...
growing.

after she and Khai were well away from henry and OUT OF EARSHOT she whispered to Khai, "i don't like HIM.." she angrily spoke.
"He hurt Nakruto and Cassie... and he insulted her. I don't want to DEAL with him right now..." she looked up at Khai with a worried face.
"He's NOT a nice person Khai..." she said, trying to convince him. She gripped his arm and skated over to the other side of the ice with him.

Khai looked at her and muttered under his breath. "Sometimes she deserves it" he said. "I really dont know, I never judge people on what others say only how they react to me" he said smiling at her.

"He used the Cruciatus curse on her Khai...this is WAY more serious than Cassie 'deserving it'." she looked at him, suddenly angry that he wasn't taking her seriously.
"That is an unforgivable curse Khai. I don't want to be near him, or he might do it again..." she said,

Khai laughed. "please he probably could not even do it good enough to hurt her badly. She needs a smack in the head every now and then" he said rolling his eyes. "Trust me now that I'm around he won't hurt you"

"OK.." she agreed, she couldn't resist his eyes or smile

Khai smirked. "heh....no one can" he said giving her his smothering glance. "So Miss B...so you speak any other langauges" he asked raising an eyebrow. "Like any TV shows"

"what do you mean, my querida(means my darling in spanish)?" she purred and kissed his neck.

Khai laughed. "I am guessing you mean yes. I speak Russian and Italian. We were forced to take it with a ...vaiety of other activities to increase our surfing abilities" he said grinning at her.

"well i am part italian, maltese, irish, and german, but i speak spanish and american or english. and i know a few select words in certain languages." she said, smiling.

Khai grinned at her. "Cool. That sound really awesome." he said. he began to laugh remembering his fathers list of ""neccesary"" training ideas to get them both into top surfing ability and shape.

"I am into muggle sports as well. Do you know what ultimate frisbee is?" Sabrina asked with curiousity.

Khai laughed and looked at her. "No...I can honestly say I havent. I've heard some beach frisbee and I gotta say I suck. Besides the mandatory activities...surfing is really my life. Well and beach sports" he said laughing.

"Well, you ever watch football or play rugby?"
she aske,d hoping she could easily explain this...

Khai grinned, "Erm....i've played beach rugby. Its the tackling one right" he said, his blue eyes clouded with confusion. He skated slightly faster then slowed down testing the speed.

"well, basically ultimate frisbee is where you are trying to pass the disk down the field but you can't takle anyone. It requires a lot of running and is quite fun. it's like american football, but with no tackling and you can't run with the disk." she grinned, hoping he understood.
"that is my favorite sport, along with football, well, girls football that is." she said.

Khai laughed. "I play beach volleyball asd well. I;ve got a mean spike" he said laughing. "And night surfing. Pitch black Waters and rough waves" he said imagining it in his mind. "Bloody Ace"
