it was a clear but cold night and regan couldent get to sleep she hopped out of bed and slipped her feet in to her fluffy pink slippers and stood by her beg she wore her PJs, a pair of thin black shorty shorts nad a ping singlet that said "talk to the hand the face dosnt want to know" written in black lettering accross the chest. Regan gently pulled her hair in to a pony tail and from their in to a bun she then slipped on her pink and black silt dressing gown. Regan walked to her door and opened it quitely she waited a few moments befor stepping out in to the hallway and shutting the door with a soft click she began to walk slowly and quietly down the hall just then a prefect grabbed her arm "what are you doing,? your supposed to be in bed" vhe said in a harsh tone "get your hands off me" regan said in a sassy tone "i have a good minde to put you on detention for the rest of the term" the prefect growled Regan smiled and rolled her eyes "i have a good minde to put you on detention for the rest of the term" she said in mock tone, she then thought quickly what to do next acting quickly regan spun nad ran down the hall away from the prefect ducking and dodging her way around doors and suits of armor "hay stop come back here" the prefect yelled but regan was quick she was out of his sight and well on her way lickiddy split

You need to expand on a lot of the fields here Regan and your RP sample has to be written as if you were RPing. :)

For example with your history, explain where you grew up, if you have any sibblings, do you get along with your parents, etc. Try to make everything as descriptive as possible :)

I like how you added more, but we need a little more out of you Regan. Why dont you tell us about the first time you ever did magic and found out that you were a witch. And also what kind of reaction did you and your family have when you received your acceptance owl from Hogwarts? please also expand on your sample RPG. What were your feelings and thought when you got caught by the prefect? When you say that you explained, what did you actually say?
