Ari was tired after her morning classes, but it was to bad they weren't over yet. As she ate slowly while looking down at her school book reading, Luness flew down in a big heap. Ari smiled so big it had hurt, but she had missed her Luness. She hadn't seen her since she sent her first letter home. Ari stroke her owl while she untied her new and first letter from home. Ari started to read it and could tell right away it was from her father, who she was closest to. He told her of how he missed her, and then after the third sentence Ari gasped at the news she had just read of her mother.

Emilie carefully up the icy stairs of the owlery, letter in hand. She pulled her jacket tighter as the wind blew around her. She walked in and sealed her letter as she looked around for a school owl that looked up for a long trip. She spun around when she heard someone gasp and saw Ari on the other side of the room. "Hey Ari. What's up?" she asked, seeing the letter in Ari's hand and wondering if it was bad news or good news.

Ari was a little startled by hearing Emilie, but she was so shocked she didn't show it. Emilie asked Ari then what was up, probably because of the face Ari was now wearing. It was a mix between shocked and weirded out. "Well, believe it or not my mom is having a baby! I will finally be a sister!" She beamed at Emilie as though she had just have her big bucks.

"Wow that's fantastic! I bet you're excited!" she said, handing her letter to one of the school owls before walking to where Ari stood. "If you ever need any 'sibling help' lemme know." she said, "I have tons of experience." she said, thinking about her five other siblings.

Ari was thankful for the help offered from her good friend Emilie. "I will more than likely take you up on that offer. I am a only child and usual I am not even around other "kids". I am going to be a bad sister ain't I!" Ari then started to panick a little.

"Oh, no! I'm sure you'll be a great sister!" she said soothingly, "It's really not that hard. I can promise you that as soon as this kid can walk, the only thing they'll do is follow you everywhere" she said, "At first, it'll drive you crazy, but you'll get used to it." she said with a smile.

As Ari listened to what Emilie told her she smiled and just hoped she was right about her being a good sister. Ari had no experience in that department and really questioned herself. Emilie's words of wisdom really did help though, she told about how the little one would follow you around and it would drive you nuts! Ari laughed at that statment, because she knew she would be getting angry at some points of the kids life. " I hope you are right Em. I know nothing of being a role model or sister, but maybe it'll grow on me. I just hope I can be the kind of older sister where the kid looks up to you and thinks you are the cool one ya know." Ari smiled a little worried smile before finding a confy spot and sitting down on the blanket she made appear."You may sit to if ya want," Ari offered Emilie.

"Why thank you." said Emilie as she sat down on the blanket next to Ari and wrapped her arms around her knees. "And of course I'm right. It's really not hard at all. You just have to have some tolerance and patience." she said, "And if they pester you to much, just tell 'em to bugger off and they probably will." she said shrugging.

As Emilie decided to join Ari on the blanket Ari made a pack of her favorite Muggle candy appear, M&Ms. She poped one into her mouth and let it melted as she listened to what Emilie told her. Ari was suprised as Emilie made being a sister seem so easy. "I think I will be more of a let down than you though Emilie," said Ari thinking back to even when she tried babysitting for the first time.

"Well, only time will tell." she said, "Have you had bad experiences with little kids or something?." she asked, watching as Ari ate some M&M's. "Can I have some?" she asked giving Ari the most pathetic puppy face she could pull off and holding out her hand.

Sitting on the bottom steps of the Owerly, Cassie finished the final sentances of the letter, to her dad.

She climbed the stairs to the Owlery sealing the letter. "LIMERON!" sshe yelled ans a white owl with lime green tips flew down. She saw two other girls in the tower and walked over. "Hi! Wats up?" she asked thw owl perched on her shoulder.

[color=#FF0099]As Emilie talked and then asked for some M&Ms, Ari listened intently just incase she was getting some good tips on sistering. Looking down at her M&Ms ari said," Yea here you go." Ari poured them into her hand when Emilie asked her if she had had any bad experiences with kids before. "Well," began Ari," I dropped a baby once." Ari turned away in shame. "I was only 5 yrs old myself though." Then there came a girl who was also Ari's friend named Cassie. She asked what was up, but Ari didn't feel that much up to speaking so she waved her wand and it spoke," Ari is having a brother or sister soon!"

"THAT IS SOOOO COOL!" she exclaimed! "I have a little brother. Although sometimes I really really wish I didnt. he is so annoying occaisonally." She laughed. "But since you are normal it should be fine" she smiled at her. "Im Cassie By the Way!"

Emilie took the M&M's and placed them one by one in her mouth. Letting each dissolve before eating another. She looked up when another girl that she'd seen around the castle came in. "Hi, I think I've seen you around before. I'm Emilie." she said.

Ari wished she could be that happy when she told them the news as they were just being sisters. "I don't know if it's good news or not. I just don't want to let this little guy down ya know." Ari then noticing there wasn't anymore M&Ms made even more appear and offered Cassie a sitting place with M&Ms.

"Same...I know I have seen you around but I guess I have not even see you in like three months" She greeted them. Reaching into her pockte and taking out a giant pack of Sour Patch Kids and popped a green one in her mouth. She opened the packet and offered it around to everyone. "I love these things. I am slightly masochistic and eat like 20 million of these thingd at the same time just for the kick"

Ari listened to the two of them talk and agreed that she also hadn't seen Cassie around in a while. Cassie then took and ate some sour patch kids along with offering some to her and Emilie. "Oh, I'm fine, I got my M&Ms here." Ari then asked Cassie and Emilie if they had ever wished they were an only child?

"heh!" Cassie laughed it loud. "I wish that A LOT! When I was four I put him in a trashcan and hoped the garbage man would take him." she explained giggling. "but I really do pretend to love him...nah we have fun together but he is a bit of a mommy's boy" she said laughing

Emilie shook her head when Cassie offered her some Sour Patch Kids, "No thanks. I'm good." she said. She turned back to Ari when she asked if they'd ever wished they were an only child. "Oh I wish that all the time!" she said, "All five of them drive me up the wall, even though one of 'em doesn't live with us anymore, she still drives me crazy when she comes to visit with her hubby." she said, rolling her eyes.

"Mine is younger and I only have one" she added grabbing three and popping them in her motuh all at once, puckering at the sourness. "Thank God.... but he is prety cool. I am gonna train him to be a mini me! How awesome would it be to have like two me's in the world, all would go to disaster" she stated with a large laugh as she ate more sourpatch,

Ari listened to the two talk about their sibilings and it made her feel tons better about her situation. She hoped though she would be as cool as they were, their families must love them very much. Ari Then turned full facing the two girls and watched Cassie's face go funny, and Ari started to giggle. "Ya'll know what we need some beans that sound." Ari then pointed her wand and out came a pack. Poping one into her mouth, she sounded off as a dolphin. "Thanks you guys ya'll are helping, but how do you keep from droping a baby?" Ari also decided to ask them too if they would like some "magic beans" as she called um at times.

"OOH Hit me up with one of those" she said taking one. Popping it in her mouth she chewed it slowly and then opended her mouth to speak to them. Instead a loud COUGAR roar burst out. SHe then began gto burst oput laughing. "Okay those are some flippin aweseome magic beans and I think Emilie should have one"

Ari laughed as she gave Cassie one, and she then started to roar. Ari getting herself back together, agreed with Cassie that Emilie should indeed have one too. Smiling Ari handed the bag over to her. :)

"If you insisit." said Emilie, taking the bag from Ari. She closed her eyes and picked out a magic bean. She popped it into her mouth and chewed. She opened her mouth to talk and instead made monkey sounds. She burst out laughing, "Wow those are great!" she laughed.

Cassie burst out laughing as she heard Emilie making the monkey sounds. "I totally want another" she said giggling. Reaching into the bag again she closed her eyes, pulled out another one and popped it into her mouth. She chewed slightly, grimaced then opended her mouth. An owl hoot burst out of her mouth and she was suddenly swarmed with affectionate owls. They knocked her off her seat and she began to laugh hysterically.

Ari laughed as her friends ate the Magic beans and started to speak animal sounds. Then, her friend Cassie had been swormed with owls and knocked off her seat. Ari busted out laughing as she tried to shoo the owls away from her firend, but she wasn't having much luck since she couldn't stop laughing. Finally, when she got herself together, she got the owls away. Smiling back at Emilie and Cassie she took a bean also. When she spoke out came a loud hissing train. Ari's face went to smiling to what appeared to be a sour face.

"Aww....the wittle Ravenclaw got the big bad snake." she joked finally getting back up on her seat. "If it makes you feel any better yu make a really good Snake" she said before clucthing her stomach and bursting out into hysterical laughter

Ari finally able to speak after the steam and hising told Cass who thought she had sounded like a snake,"I was supose to have been a train!" Ari laughed at Cass then adding a ,"Didn't I sound like one?" :P

"....Train...like that thing with a caboose. I thought they went CHOO CHOO" she said a confused daze coming upon her face. "I grew in the Wiz world with minor muggle influences that are major parts of my life, Trains are not one of them though,'"

Ari laughed at her friend Cass, who thought she had sounded like a snake. Ari then poped in another and handed the bag over to the middle for either one of the others to get one. This time she sounded off as a dog. She barked and growled in little funny ways to make the others laugh. She had to admit this had turned into a fun little party of their own.

Cassie reached her hand into the bag and pulled out an oddly shaped one. Popping it into her mouth she chewed then began to speak. Of course, the sound og bagpipes began playing and Cassie attempted to tr and speak a tune. Once it finally wore off she burst out laughing. "That was the symphony of Cassidyaya"

Ari laughed as Cass sounded off as a music note. It was the first time for her hearing this one. When she finally stopped Cass also laughed pretty hard at herself. "So, let me ask do any of you guys ever have bathroom times with your brothers or sisters? That's really going to gross me out!" Ari made a nasty face trying not to think too hard on it. :wacko:

"Is Bathroom times an American thing cause I really do not know what it is but if it means sharing a bathroom with your sibling but no Ev and I dont share a bathroom" she said laughing. "Am I right becuase I do not understand what yu are talking about otherwise.,"

Ari laughed as Cass thought she meant having to share a bathroom with a brother or sister. When she finally gained her self-control Ari tried to explain,"What I meant was uh do you ever have to change any diapers!"Ari then busted out laughing again at the mistake made.

"Ohhh....gotcha.No my brother is 8 so I got non of that. Thank goodness" she said laughing slightly. "Okay laugh at the Australian we get it" she giggled slightly. She attached her letter to the owl and sent it off watching her fly away. "Bye Limeron"

When Emilie heard Cassie start making symphony sounds she burst out laughing. "I've never heard that before!" she laughed. She heard Ari ask about bathroom time and laughed again when Cassie asked if it was an American thing. "I'm not sure if it's strictly American, Cassie. Though you're giving us Australians a bad rap if you don't know how to change a diaper. It's really not that bad. Just hold your nose." she said turning back to Ari.

"I've really never had to change one before, I am sorry I am so stupid" she said pretending to cry. "I'm from Sydney. What part of Australia are you from" she asked smiling.

"Oh you're not stupid, well not really stupid." Emilie teased, giving Cassie a playful shove. "I'm from Sydney to! I didn't know you lived there." she said. "I'll come drop by your place next summer. Or you can drop by at mine, though I don't know if you'd want to hang around all my family. Just between us, they're all a little crazy." she said smiling.

"I'm usually at the beach day and night and night and day" she said laughing. "I do not think I have ever seen you there so I assume you are not a surfie or if you are I have never seen you on the beach." she said shaking her hair out.

"I hang out at the beach sometimes. Usually just to soak up some sun though. I'm not much of a surfie." she explained. "We should go hang out there sometime over the summer, it'd be fun. My mom owns a little beach shop and it's boring to sit on the roof and spit at strangers all by myself." she said grinning.
