Emilie walked slowly from the Great Hall back to her dorm. She'd had a cough all week, but it was worse now than ever. She thought that maybe if she went to lie down for a little while she'd feel better. As she reached the second floor she covered her mouth and had a short coughing episode. Then, suddenly she couldn't inhale or exhale properly. She sat down on the floor and began gasping for air. She had a tight, uncomfortable feeling in her chest. Shaking from head to toe she reached into her pocket for her inhaler but it wasn't there. She knew she had to get to the hospital wing. She was barely able to breathe and as she stood up her head began spinning. She clutched the wall to steady herself and took a few shakey steps in the direction of the hospital. She could feel herself letting go, slipping off the ledge she'd been holding onto. She fell down, the cold floor against her cheek. She slipped into unconsciousness.

It had been Remy's turn to patrol the halls and he was not a very happy snake. He hoped no one was going to do anything to get on his nerves today when he turned to corner and he saw emilie's body on the floor unconscious. He tried to shake her to wake her up but he was prepared to take her to the nurse if she didnt wake up soon. He scanned the area hoping to see if someone else was responsible or had seen anything.

Emilie felt trapped. Something was crushing her. The tightness in her chest wasn't getting any better. She wasn't getting any oxygen. She someone gently shaking her, and she forced her eyes open. Gasping and coughing so hard, tears were running down her face. Through the tears she was able to recognize Remy. "Can't. Breathe." she gasped desperately.

Remy heard emilie's voice say she couldn't breath and he nodded his head as he picked her up in his arms. He knew a few spells to clear someones throat if they were choking but it didn't look like emilie had anything stuck in her throat and he didn't want to do anything foolish and hurt her more. He began heading towards the hospital wing as fast as he could go.

Emilie felt the floor disappear from beneath her as Remy picked her up. She was fighting so hard to stay conscious. She knew that if she slipped into unconsciousness again, she might not wake back up. She tried to inhale and exhale through her nose and managed to take in a shaky breath, which was immediately followed by a coughing fit.

As Alfie was making one last look around the hospital wing to make sure everything was in order she heard someone coughing, it was a cough that Alfie knew well. Running to the door as she opened it Alfie saw remy carring Emilie.

Emilie was coughing like mad and as Alfie said, "put her in the bed over there."

Reaching into her pocket Alfie pulled out a rub that she keep there for when she needed it. "Those dumb muggle doctors always use staroids to hope people breath with Emilie problems. They just make a person fat, this will help without the side effects of making one get bigger. I must admit that it works but I just really don't like the side effects."

Alfie put the rub on Emilie's neck and then pulled the covers up over her nose. "She will be breathing right in no time."

As Alfie waited she put a boiling cup of tea near Emilie's bed then placed some rub near her nose. "Emilie if you can hear me try to breath. You will cough a couple of times but that is normal, beleave me you must try."

Alfie waited to hear Emilie try to breath.

Ooc: the rub I am saying that I am putting on you Emilie is a real rub I make for my self and it works.

Emilie wasn't quite aware of what was happening. One minute Remy was carrying her through the halls, the next she was in the hospital. She was aware of Nurse Alfie putting a rub on her and asking her to breathe. When she tried the first time she gasped and coughed. She tried again with the same effect. The third time she was able to take a slow, shakey breath.

Remy set emilie on the bed and stood back as he let alfie do her stuff. He saw emilie begin coughing and he walked a bit closer to see if she was doing any better. He came to her side and he looked down at her and whispered "hey are you feeling any better" he asked her his voice full of concern.

Emilie took a few more slow breaths. She looked up when Remy came over and asked her if she was feeling better. "A little bit. Stupid Asthma. It must've known I forgot my inhaler." she said quietly, "Thanks Remy. You pretty much just saved my life." she said, giving him a small smile.

Emma walked up to the Hospital Wing, looking around anxiously until she spotted Emilie in bed. Calmly, she rushed over "Hey whats wrong?" she said more to Alfie eventhough she was looking at Emilie.

Emilie looked up when she heard the doors to the Hospital Wing open again. She looked around and saw Emma come in. She gave her a weak smile. "Hey." she said, her throat was sore from coughing. "How'd you know I was here?" she asked.

Alexa had been exploring the halls and decided to stop by the hospital wing. After all, its probably a good idea to know where it was for future reference. She saw a small crowd of people around a bedside, one of them was Emma, but she couldn't tell who was in the bed. She walked up, hoping whoever it was was OK. She glimpsed into the bed and saw that it was Emilie, and she looked very pale. Alexa's heart jumped as she hurried closer to the bed. "Emilie? You ok? What happened?" She asked looking around wondering what exactly was going on.

Henry was walking by the hosptial room 2 and heard someone coughing and people talking. Henry decided to walk in and saw his cousin Alexa and his sister Emilie. He noticed that Emilie was the one in bed. He then said, "oh no Emilie what's the matter? What happened? You sound and look awful..... not to be mean. I'm so glad you came here and didn't die instead."

"Okay everyone you can stay and talk to Emilie. but don't say anything that will make it where she has to talk."

Alfie then handed Emilie paper so she could write her answers if she felt like there was something she just had to say.

"Here drink this potion it will make your throat feel better."
