We are still on strike!

But we decided to give a little Christmas to gift to some of you. We will be doing a TOTAL of 6 banners in this thread. That will be 3 for EACH of us. Who ever posts their requests in here first will be the 6 that get the banners. After those six are done, no one else should even bother asking because we are going to say no, and probably feel really badly about it. So please dont put us in that position.

Here are the rules:
1) Do NOT bug the graphic artist about when they will be done completing your banner.
2) You must keep the banner in your siggy for a minimum of TWO weeks. There's nothing that makes an artist feel crummier than working hard on a banner for someone and they don't even put it up in their banner or keep it up for very long.
3) You must give the artist credit in your siggy for your banner.
4) You must provide us with a picture that is medium to large sized.
5) You give us the picture that you want used, and the text that you want it to say, but other than that you have NO say how the banner looks. We're artists guys. We need to be able to do our own thing. If you want it your way, then go and make it.

We are now taking requests. If you have a preference on the artist, then say so but remember that each of us will only be doing 3 each.

After half-an hour I found this, and I feel like one of those mad mothers who rushes into the store at 5 am in the morning, pushing over the other people to get her sons gift, a WII.

Well I don't know how to use a banner but if anyone of you could do one for me and tell me how to use it I would be so happy. I also don't know how to send you a pic for it, but if you could just use your heart and make it the way you think I look I promise that I will use it for at least a couple of monthes. If I love it beyond beleave I will keep it as loog as I am here. I know that nomatter what I will like it a lot for the banners I have seen are sooooo good. If you wish you could use one of the dresses that I have in one of the post. so you all know there are at least three, but the one I used as Umbridge I really don't like.

OMG! No offense Emma and Jojo but I've been DYING for Alfie to ask for a banner and I've never done one for her! Alfie can I use Jane Seymour as your character? Pretty pretty pretty please??????? It will be made with her in a dress she's already in, but I'll try to find one that matches that kind of style. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE say yes!!!!! It will be so prettyful!

Dream sure you can, but I must admit I don't know who Jane Seymour is.

The fact is I don't know the names of most Actors or Actresses, so if you think that she would look the way you think I would look I have no problem with it.

I know you only have the things I write to give you a clue.

Dream I would like to speak against anyone anyone using Jim in a banner. I would never get anything done. And neither would you. :tongue:

Uhm... Well I'm really confused about this and honestly this is how it's going to go. In the rules we said to supply the pic that we're to use and the text. I see a few people in here havent given a pic. I accepted Alfie for personal reasons and because she said to use anyone. For the rest of you who said that you had a pic in mind but did not follow the rules and post it, then I'm sorry but you will be bumped to the back of the line so to speak, and you will need to repost this time with the pics as requested. Please NO ONE ELSE post in here if the six requests are filled. Sil, Emma, and Jo-If you are seriously requesting a banner from us, please put in a link to a pic that you want us to use. Sil, since we've never done a banner for your character and you might not know exactly how to pick out a pic for us, you can tell us who to use and we'll find the pic for you.

As of right now, our official requests are Melie, Alfie, Alexa and Scarlett. That means two openings are still available, but only for the people who follow the guidelines in their request.

Thanks, Dream. Honestly right now I am quite satisfied with just the shop banner. I haven't really even thought of a character banner. If I do, you and Scarlett can both be assured it won't be Jim. Among other reasons, he'd practically kill me in herbology class. :P

OH I dont think I would mind as much as Remy might. He seems to be a bit jealous of Jim, and I'd hate to see him take that anger out on you. :P

wow I cant believe i foud this post and there are still openings! Well i would like a banner with laughing people on it and the words Laugh like no one's watching I dont care what the picture looks like as long as it is smileing people.

If this isnt the right format, then I would like to say that it is nice of you to make these for people even when you are on strike! Thanks!

Here are Alexa and Alfie's banners. :) Melie you need to give me a pic to use. Alfie in order to use the banner, use your mouse to right click on the banner and a box will pop up. Click on Properties and another box will pop up. You'll see the URL address of the image. Copy the URL and then go to your signature controls. In your signature you'll use [ IMG] (paste URL address here) [/IMG]. (Also take out the space in the first [IMG].
