OOC: This is a continuation thread from our latest Gryffy Quidditch Practice. The backstory so you understand, Alfie is that in our last pratice, Mari had chipped a totth badly enough to where her speech was affected. She had never gotten it taken care of so I sent her to the nurse to get it fixed. While she was there, the nurse (You or your assistant, you pick.) gave her 2 spoonfuls of a potion that would grow back her tooth and the nurse told Mari it would take a half an hour to finish. Well Mari didn't want to wait so while the nurse wasn't looking, Mari grabbed the potion and guzzled it. She came back to practice and now has teeth that are laonger than her chin and are still growing. Dream doesn't know that Mari took more than she was supposed to yet, so Dream is furious with the nurse. :P

This is Mari's last post in Quidditch Practice:
Mari scowled when Dream came over and pulled her arm roughly, "OW! Dream!!"
She heard Dream yell at her and curse the nurse. Mari felt a pang of guilt. She had been the one who drank more than she should've. Maybe waiting 30 minutes was beter than this.
"Uhh.. Dream..." Mari admitted embarrassed as they walked back toward the school.

BIC: Dream was marching furiously toward the school while dragging Mari along with her. Just when they were about to reach the Hospital Wing, she heard Mari trying to speak to her. Dream looked over at her and realised how hard she was holding Mari's arm. She immediately loosened her grip. "I'm so sorry, Mari. I'm just so freaking angry at that nurse right now. I can't believe her! To be in charge of the health of students, and do something like this! Her license should be revoked and she should lose her job!" she said furiously, her temper in full steam now. They had reached the Hospital now, so Dream threw open the doors and nailed the nurse with a furious glare. "How dare you do this to her! Look at her! How could you?" she demanded hotly.

Alfie told Mari that she would have to check her records to make sure that mari wouldn't have any trouble with the potion to make Mari's tooth grow back right.

Not wanting to harm anyone Alfie found the records on Mari, read them and when she ha returned Alfie noticed that Mari had gone. Going over to the potion alfie soon found that the bottle was empty, "Merlin's beard, what has the child done?"

Frantic Alfie yelled for a house elf to go and find Mari. As Alfie waited for the elf to return, Dream came into the hospital wing and started yelling at Alfie.

"Wait just a minute," Alfie yelled as she took out her wand and put both the girls in a full bodybind.

"Look here Miss Mari, why did you take all that potion, look at you, you are a mess and now it will take longer for me to fix it." Alfie was beside herself.

"Dream I didn't do this that, that, that girl needs attention now, " Alfie said as she grabbed Mari and placed her in a bed then gave her a potion to make her get sick.

"This will not be fun at all, I have a lot of work to do. You may stay if you wish to help, but don't you dare yell at me again, I will not stand for that."

Alfie knew that she would have to shrink Mari's teeth but she wanted to make sure that no one ever took any potion without letting Alfie put the right amount into the glass for them.

Dream glared murderously at Alfie as she put her into a fullbody bind. She was stunned to hear that Mari had done this to herself and hadn't told Dream. "You better take this hex off me right now if you know what's good for you Nurse Alfie. She didn't tell me that she did it to herself. It's my job to take care of my housemate and my teammates and I had no way of knowing that she had done that. However I was not even coming towards you, therefore you had NO RIGHT to put a hex on me. if you do not take it off of me right now, I will make sure that you pay for your actions." she said evilly.

Alfie looked at Dream and said, "young lady you are very unpredictable and when you are mad sometimes you don't hear very quickly so I did have every right. I will release you when you calm down. I do not like to be threatened"

Alfie had been at the school long enough to feel that she didn't have to be this scared rabbit any more when she was in her element besides Alfie felt hat she was only protecting herself, seeings she was not allowing herself to feel others emotions at this time. She was to tired and didn't think she could handle the others feeling.

Dream had given Alfie the only warning that she was going to give her. Alfie did NOT have the right to go around cursing people because she was afraid of what they MIGHT do before they had ever made a single move to do anything. It was against the magical rules at Hogwarts, and indeed of the Ministry of Magic. Dream had gone to the hospital to get Mari fixed and instead the nurse had attacked her! Dream fixed her eyes at the window and within seconds it crashed open from the outside as hundreds of birds flew inside. Then flew in Dream's pet mini-dragon, firelizard and mini-hippogriff. Dream's long red hair was whipping around her body from the wind that the hundreds of wings has created as she directed her animals with what needed to be done. Her mini-dragon flew in front of Alfie's face and started blowing smoke out of her nose, getting ready to burn the flesh off Alfie's face if necessary. She was growling in rage as she hovered in front of Alfie. Dream's mini-hippogriff flew over to Alfie's hand and snatched her wand out of it. With a single bite, the wand was snapped in two and the curse that Alfie had placed on Dream was broken. Dream immediately spun into action, planting her fist in Alfie's face. Then she turned back to Mari. "You are suspended from Quidditch until further notice for this stunt. You can stay or go, I dont care. But I'm out of here. Dont you ever do that to me again, Alfie." she stormed furiously as she threw the two pieces of Alfie's wand on the ground after her mini-hippogriff dropped them into her hands.

"Well if Dream thinks that I should stand here and allow her emtions to threaten me she is dead wrong. As for you, why on earth didn't you tell Dream what you did?"

Alfie was mad, Dream didn't know how it felt to feel others rage. Alfie still had not gotten to where she was feeling others emotions at the right level, many times it came accross as much worse then it reallt was and so Alfie just acted accordingly.

Alfie then took her wand and shook hrer head. "Well you will have to stay here for a few days cause we have to do this the hard was and that is how long it takes to return your teeth to the right size."

Giving Mari a potion that would do the trick if given a little at a time Alfie said, "you will need to take this once every hour, but only after you check the size of your teeth. I have to go to Diagon Alley to get a new wand, I should be back before your next dose."

Alfie then went to the door and left.

An hour later Alfie returned with a new wand. It was not made of the same stuff as her other one but it seamed to work better then the other so she had no real complaints.

Alfie then looked at Mari's teeth and gave her another dose of potion, "I am not going to do this the easly way so that you will remember to always let those that know what they are doing do their job."

Alfie then sent an owl to Dreamy telling her why she had felt so threatened.

Mari was about to tell Dream that she had done it but Dream didn't seem to listen. They reached the hospital wing and watched as Alfie and Dream argued. Mari's mouth dropped open when Dream said she was suspended.
"Suspended?!?!" Mari watched Dream leave in a fit of rage and Mari felt tears budding at her eyes.
She looked down at the ground and listened to Alfie scold her and Mari drank the potion Alfie gave her.
She sat quietly in the infirmary until Alfie returned later.
"I'm sorry Alfie, I just thought it would grow quicker," Mari sniffled and wiped tears on her sleeve when Alfie returned, "I wanted to tell Dream but she wasn't listening and..."
She looked up at the cieling, "how long do you think I'll be suspended?"

Alfie listened as Mari said she was sorry. "Dream is like that that is way I put her in a full bodybind. I figured that it was a lot easier then to try and yell over her to make her hear and sometimes that doesn't work."

Alfie then checked Mari's teeth again and handed a mirror so that Mari could have a look. "So we got them down to a point then you can talk again without hurting yourself. How close are we to them being the right size?"

Alfie could hardly wait ot find out so that she could send Mari back to her classes and all the other things that she had to do. "As for as how long Dream would keep you Suspended I have no idea. We will just have to wait and see. I think it best that you be on your best behavier so that maybe Dream will make it short."
