Monster Mash is a long standing Halloween staple.

Also, Noch' na lïsoy gore (Night on Bald Mountain). The Stokowski arrangement would probably be the easiest one. It was the one from Disney's Fantaisia.

Other than that, just about anything by Black Sabbath, Rob Zombie, or Ministry definitely carries a Halloween-ish theme, although it might be hard to dance to, as well as 'keep clean.'
