A snow white owl with lime green wing tips was clutching tightly to the shoulder of a small brunette girl hummng some random song. Sh was on her way up to the owlery to send a letter to her dad. "I think he is in headquarters" she whispered giggling slightly at her own joke relating to her dad. "I cant remember who sings this song" she saaid still humming it under her breath. She finally made t to the Owerly. Dancing along to avoid the droppings she located a stool inhte corner. "Ah ha" she said settling her self on it. Prayingt he owl off her shoulder she ook out a quill, ink andparchment. Dipping the quill in her greeen ink she began to write.

School started...whopee! Sorry about the sarcasm. England is rather strange place and all the yankees....oops sorry. They are very nice though. But here is the real tear jerker...WHY DIDN'T YOU TELL ME THAT THERE WAS NOT AN OCEAN HERE! I am dying. I made a new friend...I think. Her name is Cassie as well and is from HeadQuarters. God I keep makign that joke. Now I know that you must be fuming and wondering what house is she in.Well how do I put this?
She paused biting the end of her quill not knowing what to write next.

Emma ran up the steps to the Owlery, stopping in right after her morning run. Spotting Cassie..she waved at her.."Hey Cassie..I see you are sending a letter too!" Emma said with a smile..walking over to her owl. "Here take this to the family..this first letter goes to the twins, second letter goes to father!" she said and handed the letters to her owl, and watched as the owl flew away.

"G'Day Emma" she greeted the girl fomr the train nicely. She bit the end of her quill again sttemptig to figure out what to say. "Tryign to write a letter to my dad...no idea what to write" she watched as Emma sent a pretty bird with two letters. "Twins....are they your siblings"

Emma smiled.."Yea, there my younger twin sisters, they live in a seperate house than my dad. You see.." she said stepping a little closer to her friend, so she didn't have to shout.."My mom died a year ago and she was basically the real thing that kept the family together. We have a house in France which is my Mom's and we have a house in England which is my Dad's. Both of my parents worked in St. Mungo's so we were all supposed to live in England to see each other, but once my mom died..my dad sent all of us to France." she said looking up and blushing a bit.."Dont get me wrong, we all love each other..it's just that my dad is so busy with work he doesnt have time to see us. So thats why the twin's letter is going to France, and my dad's letter is going to England!" she said with a smile.."You said you dont know what to send your dad?? Have you told him what house you are in..or what the school is like and what you are learning?" she asked politely..."No parent should be embarrassed with what house their child is in..I mean they should be proud you got into this school and are doing so well!"

"its not my dad I'm worried about" she laughed. "So really. You live in France. I think I visited there once...or was that turkey...or possible both. I know what it's like to have two houses. My mom cant stand the California region with all the touristy stuff and my dad can't stand all the lingo is Oz so I have a house in both LA and Sydney. We have to force him to come becuase both me and my bro liev there" she said. "It;s my brother I am worried about. In 3 yaers he will be comignt o this school and I worry about him" she said She looekd down at her letter.

I"M A......*drumroll*....SLYTHERIN! Mom owes you 10 bucks! I always knew I was going to be verrry mischevious. How is everyone? Limeron and Waves are great but my puppy misses you. I've made a few friedns already. Well I have to get going

She looiked to the top of the owlery. "LIMERON!" she called and the snow white owl with greetn tips soared down. "Headquarters" she said curtly attachign it on to the owl.

Emma smiled at the first year.."Why are you so worried about him..I have two twin sisters coming next year..who will probably be in Gryffindor!" she said with a grin.."I know for certain one will be, the other one could be in either Gryffindor or Ravenclaw! What house do you think your brother will be in?" she said sitting on a window sill next to Cassie.
