um...do the tin whistle or the recorder count? everyone can play them! Besides that i can only play a little bit of violin, piano and guitar but not much on either i get too frustrated learning stuff! :rolleyes:

My sister took up guitar last year and then quit after about 3 or 4 lessons, and I got the guitar!! So I'd love to be able to play it!!

I play the flute. and i used to take piano lessons, and i can still play but i only play like once a month if im really bored. and i can also sort of play the bass guitar. my brother has a bass and i go and take it and try to learn songs and stuff. i need to take lessons though.

LoL, I just remembered, in year 3 I started to take clarinet lessons, but then we moved so I couldnt take lessons anymore. The only song I can play on it is 'Hot Cross Buns' LoL.!!

I used to play the recorder too. We had to play it in 5th grade. And I am in chorus. I like to sing.

I can kinda play the piano. My mom is a pianist/ piano teacher so i sorta have to learn. I love to but can't sing! Which is why i take voice lessons with my mommy! In 5th grade we had to learn to play the recorder too, but i think i forgot already. I wasn't too bad tho. Now I'm 100% about ballet! Well, maybe 5% about me gpa!

I've been playing piano for a long time, and I also love to sing. I was in high school choir for four years, and now i'm in college choir. And - I really wish I could play the guitar! Or maybe the drums...somebody was giving me a lesson the other day, and it was pretty fun! :)

I wanna play the guitar soooooo badly!! But there's only one problem: I don't have a GUITAR!!! :( Which kinda makes things difficult, huh? :lol: Drums would be fun too though!!

we just finished up our GMEA (Georgia Music Educators Association) Large Group Performance where you get judged on how well you play and stuff. And now we are working on songs for our Spring Concert. We haven't really picked any songs, but our band director has given us four songs just to see how we do. the songs are:

-The Girl From Impanema (It's an easy song, cuz you basically just repeat over and over again. But it is kinda boring and no one in my band likes playing it, so we probably won't end up playing this one)
-Pirates of the Caribbean (I LOVE this! It is awesome. I love POTC and the music is just wonderful. Everyone like sit,so we will probably play this)
-The Incredibles Main Theme (It's okay. I like it, but the music isnt that catchy or anything. We might play it)
-25 or 6 to 4 (A song by the band Chicago. It is really easy and our band director just wanted to see how we did on it, but he s going to see how the 7th grade plays it, cuz it is too easy for us 8th graders. But it's a cool song)

Our Large Group Performance music was like all classical and stuff, not really fun. The three songs were called: Flying Tigers, In the Shining of the Stars, and Northpointe Fantasy

Our high school band did a POTC song last year, it was awesome! defiantely some good music!

I play the Piano and Violin I enjoy playing The Piano because when i hear a song i can play it by ear and not with Notes. Thank god because those things are hard to read Lol>

Theres nothing wrong with being a guy and playing the Piano, Bach Mozart, Betoven obviously didn't care, its a good musical instrument to learn to play, Fur Elise, Chopsticks, Entertainer... all classic songs that can be put with a major twist.

I play the flute, Pic, and a little percussion, guitar and piano. I'm also doing marching band in the fall. Our band director is the coolest. He took our marching band, and took from being to worst in the state to being number one in the state and number one in northern cal as well. And I know plenty of guys who play Piano. I actually think guys are better at it the girls, no clue why, but thats just what I've heard listening.

Yeah, there is nothin wrong with guys playing the piano, I know several guys who play it and they're not gay so, just have fun with and don't think about what other people say or anything! :)
