Leona walked into the bar and ordered herself a bottle of firewhiskey. She walked over to the table and sat down sipping her drink nervously hoping she wouldn't be spotted by any of her friends. the last few days had been very nerveraking and uncomfortable. She hummed to the music playing an the jukebox and waited

Damien then walked into the room not noticeing leona, damien spotted a near by mirror and looked into it, seeing his face badly brused and his nose "Dam it!" Damien shouted for a second and then kept his voice down. Damien just staird at the mirror. not believeing the mess his face was in.

Leona saw Damien from out of the corner of her eye, "over here," she said softly wondering if he'd hear her. She was wearing a silk green dress that went down to her knees and a pair of longer white capris. She sat there nervous and continued her drink.

"Leona?" Damien walked over to the bar and sat down on a stool, "Can i get you anything mate?" the guy behind the bar asked. "Yeah sounds stupid, but you dont have an ice pack do you for my face? and two of the same of what shes drinking please"

whilst damien waited for the ice pack and the drinks damien said "Wow your looking smashing today" Damien said trying not to smile. as when ever he smiled his face would hurt pritty bad.

"Thanks," Leo said brushing her long bangs away and inspecting is bludgeoned face, "the swelling's going down," said in a comforting tone trying to make him feel better. The bartender returned with the ice pack Damien had wanted and she gingerly pressed it to his for head. "Here," she said "go a head and hold it,"

"Cheers" Damien said whilst holding the ice pack on his face, the bartender brought the drinks, damien pushed one over to leona

"Hows your father thease days damien? the smashing man" The bartender asked. "I couldent care less about him him why ask?" Damien asked looking at the bartender.

"Well its just, i thought he would of told you, hes coming to hogwarts tommorow to see you, your teachers, and wants to get to know your friends"

Damien droped his ice pack in worry "What time is he coming?!" Damien asked. "No idea just be prepared lad, hes not happy" he said. the bartender moved away....

"I may need two ice packs now mate" damien said to the bartender holding the one ice pack on his head.

Leona sighed, "great more drama," she thought. "If you want i can take care of him for you," she said half laughing but feeling her stomach drop. She was adverse to all types of beatings unless she was the one doing it. She also was under the impression that this night was going to go badly, but she was duty bound to show up

"Its okay honest.. . he will just er want a private word with me like the olden days" damien said drinking his drink in one go. damien would only ever do that if he was worried. ' just great' damien thought.

Leona nodded sharing his sense of 'happiness' and finished her drink, she then ordered a diet coke determined to pace herself and stay slightly sober. "So I'm here, what do you want to do?" She asked Damien while she waited for her drink

"Hmmm" Damien looked around and saw the juke box and the mini wizard dance floor. Damien smirked, his chance had been blown before. so maby he could get a dance out of leona. damien went over to the jukebox and put a coin in and selected a song

"May i have this dance with you leona?" Damien asked holding out his hand.

Leona nodded feeling that she pretty much had to. He went through a lot in the past few days he needed a break and if it involved a dance, so be it. She took his hand and walked over to the dance floor with him grateful that her friends hadn't shown up to make trouble or point and laugh. She wondered just how a good of a dancer he was for Leo was proficient in the waltz swing and most Latin dances

Damien took her to the dance floor and placed his hand on her hip and they started danceing. whilst rotating in a nice circle. damien had professonal dance classes before he attended hogwarts. he smiled at her. "like i say words can stay forever" Damien pointed his wand at the jukebox and the song started again but this time whilst danceing he started to sing the song to her. (you no the words lol) whilst he sang the words out to her, he had a smile on his face.

Leona blushed guys singing to her always made her uncomfortable no matter how talented, or lack there of, they were. She was actually an incredible singer her self and only her bar mates and all of Japan knew that. She did a twirl and noticed that he almost seemed to know what he was doing.

Damien lifted his arm up in the air, waiting for her to twirl again. "How are you feeling?" Damien asked smileing. damien allways enjoyed his dance classes. but never really got to use his talent.

"Um okay," she said quickly and casually then twirled, whenever people asked that question she always responded that way, she hardly talked about her feelings because when she did, she REALLY talked about them to the point of annoyance. "How about you?" She said making eye contact for a second then quickly breaking it.

Damien smiled "Well never better" Damien used eyecontact and broke it aswell. then titanic played. "Opps must be a coinceidence" he laughed a little. and then started to dance slower to the titanic music.

Leo laughed nervously as the song began playing. She loved the movie Titanic and had/is some what of a guru on the subject of the infamous disaster. She slowly and cautiously moved in closer to him using it as an excuse to lower her weary head. She began humming the song feeling like a nerd for liking it.

Damien humed it aswell funnily as he wasnt the best at singing titanic never even mind humming it. Damien also moved in closer. "One true...time i hold you.." Damien mutturd the singing words, as he secretly loved the song...

"You know," she said softly, "I've never met a straight man who loved 'My Heart Will Go On,' " she teased not really knowing what else to say and continued dancing and feeling that there was something wrong with all this.

The Song slowly ended and they de-parted. "Thanks for the dance" Damien smiled. everyone started clapping around them. Damien laughed a little. "Were so loved" Damien joked and sat back down.

"Yeah loved by drunks," a dream come true she laughed and went back to the bar. Leona began drinking her coke fervently because she was feeling flushed and thirsty. A jazzy tune began playing and Leo tapped her feet around some to entertain herself/

"Sorry about lastnight by the way, i thought dream was you, i made a right fool off myself" Damien said in an annoyed voice thinking of his dam true failour yesterday, thinking that he blew it completely. he really did care about leona. all he could think about is how he really faild to do what she asked.

"Don't worry about it," she said blushing, "you tried, that's what counts," she said trying to get rid of the events in her head, but it wasn't that hard for she was incapacitated most of the day due to that corset that as it turned out was laced to tightly. "I wouldn't have remembered even if you did 'succeed' she said putting up the finger quotations.

"Afesto" the bartender bowed down. it was damiens dad. Afeso saw Damien and a lady.

Afesto walked over with his black robe. and black long hair and deep golden eyes.

"Well, Well Well, Whos this lady Damien? your friend?" Afeso and everyone in the bar laughed. Damien tried not to use eye contact with his father.

Leona looked at him annoyed, "hello,it is Sir, isn't it, it's really quite hard to tell with that effeminate hair cut," she said and continued to drink. Well all the fighting that had been going on lately Leo wasn't going to be so surprised if she found herself in a brawl herself

Afesto laughed, Damien smirked at him. Afesto grabed damien by the ear and smacked his head againts the bar. "Happy!! are we?!!" Afesto pulled Damiens head back and smacked it on the bar side again? "Pardon are you feeling happy damien? i really cant hear" Damien replied "Yea.hh infact mo.re then happy.. in love" Afesto let go and started wipeing his hands on his robes.

"Eww, In love? with who might i ask?" Afesto started laughing. "even if you were in love, your stupid. worthless. and cant even get yourself a bluddy rightous girlfriend" He laughed and so did a few in the bar.

"Awwww" Afesto smiled.

Leona rolled her eyes and smirked, "Oh thank God!," she said standing up the quick roundhouse kicked him to the ground.n "I thought I was never gonna have an opportunity to kick some ass," she said stamping her spiked heel on his throat. "How about you knock of your **** and go home before I get nasty." She said annoyed

Two Dementors grabed Leona and healt her againts the wall. but not doing any soul sucking.

Afesto floated up back on his feet and pointed his wand at damien "Crucio!" Damien started to scream in pain on the floor moveing really hard as the pain was so bad it fealt like being stabed by a knife several times. "Ahh!!" Damien yelloed.

"Like seeing him punished? Leona?, since i know your feelings, i feed off feelings, and now your going to watch damien die" he smirked and pointed his wand at damien again getting prepared to do the Avada Kedevra spell on damien.

"Grr, dammit! Get off me you freaks!" She said in a girly tone. Leona grinned having more than one trick left in her bag. Quickly she turned into her animagus form knowing full well dementors can't even sense animals. As the lioness Leo she leaped into action and took Damien's father down by his throat biting into it hard to mortally wound him. Her eyes narrowed and turned hard.

"Ahhurgh!!!" Afesto Yelled in pain. the dementors flew off. "Get back here!" Afesto ordered. "Stop! Stop! UauRGH!" Afesto said in pain as leona was on him biteing his neck. Damien got up and laughed. damien got afestos wand and pointed it at him.

Leona didn't smirk enjoying his fear but hoped that if and once she let go he would leave and wouldn't coming back for a long time. She relinquished her and stepped back hoping he would get the point, for Leo was a warn only once cat.

"Everything you gain. love, friendship, damien will be lost, i promisse" Afesto stood up and looked at Leona and smiled and vanished. Damien looked at the ground wondering if he was right, what if he wasnt lieing.

Leona turned back into her human form. "Is isn't as powerful as all that," she said in a huff, "here i was expecting a challenge," she said in a bored tone than look at Damien, "you alright?" She asked him expecting that she might need to be concerned.

Damien was just looking to the ground ' everyone you love, your friends, everything will be lost ' the words kept scroleing through damiens head. damien stormed out the pub and began walking down the street. not knowing what to think or do. he loved leona alot, but what if he wasnt strong enough to stop the ones he loves from pain, or death. he was just to weak. no wonder no body would want him.

Leona watched as Damien left in the pub, "what in the world is going through his head?" She wondered and followed him out, "what's going on?" She asked him concerned, really concerned he seemed to be teetering on the mad end of his personality spectrum. It took a moment to process his body language but finally she understood. "Hey, don't worry about it she said," gingerly touching his shoulders "I can handle myself," she said almost telling him how she spent her summer vacations as a vigilante fighting off muggle thieves and dark wizards alike. She was really quite the spell caster, animagus and general ass kicker when it came right down to it, she just played it off because she didn't like having to show it off.

"Yeah, but its er the mans job to protect the people he cares for isnt it?. . and maby hes right, maby i just cant do anything right" Damien said whilst having a tear coming out off one of eyes and started walking off again, as he didnt want to show his emotional state.

"Once upon a time maybe," she said in a huff, "but it'd be nice for a change," she teased not knowing what else to do feeling sorta uncomfortable, "cheer up, okay," she said nodding and getting anxious.

Damien looked at her, " Yeah i guess, " Damien said looking at the sky. and back down at leona. "Tell me something i dont know" Damien huffed and mutterd.

"Well," she started "You're attempted gesture was really sweet," she said being kind, "even if you said it to Dream and it went horrible awry," she said in a fake pout and stepped closer, "and i definitely consider going out with you again," she said in a nod. "As long as it's something fun," she added at the end.

Damien looked at a sign near by "Hmm Hun, er what are you doing tommrow except from teaching?" Damien wondered smirking.
