We should have one for the LC . . . like full of memorable things and such.

Like when we have ahd the LC award things and when the LC won it's own rewards and just other little fun facts things because I'm bored and yeah . . . Sorta like an achieve for old important or popular threads that people were really into or something. Just because it's fun to read over a lot of old stuff . . . i do it a lot when I'm bored . . . im rambbling her but whatever!

I really love this idea! I would love to hear about interesting things that happened before I became a member, and love read interesting stuff that is happening now. I love it! Coolness Shonk!

I agree thats a really cool idea Shonk, the problem is, who's gonna take their time to remember what happened a long time ago on LC or who's gonna take the time to check every single thread and jot it down.. Where would we post it?

You bring up some good points Mari, things we do need to consider. But I'm guessing that since Shonks and Dana both love the idea that at last them two will be on board. Right guys! :P

I love the idea, I think once this is completed, that this could go under "Site History" on the website.

I would say that anyone can help. If we're trying to rememer something, post your ideas and what you remember about the event.

We could use this thread to organize what we want in it before we start a brand new one a bit more organized. But we could start from the very beginning, when the LC opened in November 2004. We could have headings and you could just post what you remember about that time. We've had so many activites and things, it would be great. Something like this:

2004
blah blah blah

2005
The first Qudditch match: What I loved about this was how everyone got involved. If I recall the first match was Gryffindor vs. Slytherin.....


Something like that. Unless anyone else has any other ideas on how we could approach this.

as far as whose going to read up on old threads well i read old ones when i dont have a place ot post or just want to read. its a lot better than tv sometimes as lots of old threads are really awesome and great sources of inspiration. I don't know much about the time before i was here but lots has happened in the last year that i'd be glad to share with everyone

I think the ideas cool and I'd be willing to help. But I mean, WHAT exactly would be put in History? People who joined that year? Topics? What?

Sounds like an interesting idea and a good way to...-er- recap? Not sure that's the word but maybe just appriciate the things that go on.

Well honestly I hadn't actually thought of what exactly I could see of being put into it. I just thought it would be fun.

Just full of facts and such that could interest people . . . and have an omniescent narrators view of what happened in some of the bigger more exciting RPG's that were around at the time . . . also who won the IH challenges and the likes of that! Records of past prefects and TA and stuff . . . I don't really know exactly.

Well It sounds interesting and honestly might help in having me not so confused on a lot of levels. I'm usually slow to see big things. Ha, yea I'm stupid. It might be because I'm new but I think I miss a lot of stuff....

Its a great idea.. YOu can have it like a year book too like the people who joined what year what they did how far they got. I know in the old threads it will have the year they got to. SO if anyone who doesnt get on much has gotten high up in posts that could be on there too. LC awards are a deffinate, also we should have what the first dances were like. When changes were made like puttingin a Hogs Head and that kind of thing....
