Nothing to be sorry for, and thanks for trying to update, but that's not quite what I meant. :P There's a format we use for the vaults which makes it easier in the long run for not only yourself but for me when I audit to keep track of how much money you make. I'll give you the format now and I'll use all of your posts in here as the example. Just remember to do it this way for each individual post from now on, please. You dont have to do the parts that are in ( ) though. :)

Current Post Count = 234
Old Balance = $150.00 (Beginner's Package)
Posting Deposit = $117.00 ($0.50 per post)
Purchases = $81.00 (Wand and Animagus Registration)
New Balance = $186.00

At the bottom of that format you would paste a copy of whatever receipts you had that equal out how much you put into your purchase amount. Does that make sense?

Sorry again, it does make perfect sense - I really shouldn't try and do maths when I'm disgustingly hung over! It all gets very messy...

Perfect! Now in the future you only put the deposit amount has however much the difference is for your post count between your last update and your new update! So I'll give you an example on that as well. Let's say you have another 100 posts by the time you update again, and you havent bought anything.

Current Post Count = 338
Old Balance = $188.00
Posting Deposit = $50.00
Purchases = $0.00
New Balance = $238.00
