Term 4 begins with a new active, clubs! This is a great way to show community spirit and have some fun doing it too! Here is a list of a few rules you should think about:

  • Clubs should have reguarly scheduled meetings, which will consists of their own thread. There you discuss any type of bussiness, ideas, etc. you may have.
  • The Club Leader should keep a record of all the members in their club. Do this by making a list of members in the first post of every meeting.
  • Club Leaders should keep in regular contact with members in the club, letting them know when you have a meeting, etc. PMs, e-mails and messenger ID's are a good way to keep in contact with your member.
  • You are encouraed to start as many threads in your club forum you as you need. That includes polls if you need it.
  • Each club should organize some type of activity every now and then. Make sure you clear the date and time of your activity by posting in the Calendar Schedule thread.
  • Each club should also have Spirit Weeks. Show your club pride in your signature, current mood, avatar, etc. Promote your club by organizing club events that would also bring in new members. Again, dates for Spirit Weeks should be cleared by me in the Calendar Schedule thread.
