[Dan ran up the stairs and into the owlery with Leo close behind. He had finally found his mom Jenna!]

Leona followed behind him, she noticed that he seemed unusualy happy about something. One never really appreciates how many steps there are to the owlry until you have to run up them. "What's going on? I thought we were just mailing a letter?"

occ: everytime we leave a location we don't have to make a new thread, just cheat and stay in the same one! :)

OOC: Yeah...But there aren't enough topics and it's more fun this way...We'll end up RPing with eachother in our own little spots...I think it's cool!

[Dan smiled.] "We are!"

occ: last one i promise...you need to watch the length of your posts it's really hard to reply to post when they're one line or less, and other people might get upset with you..

Leona continued running up towards the owlry but she was getting tired. When she finally made it up there it was empty besides the few owls that didn't want to go hunting. In the very back she saw a hooded figure just standing there. Leona got midly nervous. That's not possible, she thought.

[Dan smiled at the hooded man and walked over to him.] "So...Your back are you?" [Dan said.]

[The man took down his hood and smiled a most menacing smile.] "Yes. I am. And this time I'm not leaving."

[Dan looked at Leo.] "Do NOT take out your wand." [He whispered to her.]

"D-don't take out my wand?" She asked weakly "Then what pray tell should I do?" she asked not eve sure if the man was a good or bad guy. She decided to trust him. her gulliable folly winning yet again.

"Just stay back...He's OK as long as he doesn't see a wand." [Dan assured her.]

"So Daniel...What brings you here? I thought you were a Durmstrang man."

[Dan's eyes pierced in the light.] "Well, I was trying to get away from you! I guess it didn't work.!" [Dan saw Leo's face get tense when he said that.]

"Humor! Spunky isn't it?" [The man asked.]

[Dan shrugged then turned back to Leo.] "Leo...you can speak if you wish too."

"Well with your permission," she said slightly snarky "who are you? What do you want?" She asked quickly wondering how the hell someone from outside of hogwarts could get to the owlry. She lookeed around weighing her options should the worst happen.

[Dan rolled his eyes.]

"I am Professor Treetree. I don't work at the schools. And I am here...for Daniel and a Miss Leona Peppercorn." [The man said as he stepped forwards.]

[Dan didn't understand.] "You want Leo? I mean...Leona?"

"Come again?" She asked confused "What did I do? I never steped one toe outt line, I don't know what you're talking about mister" she says crossing her arms. "This night just keeps getting wierder and wierder," she taps her foot in confusion.

"Oh...You haven't gotten your letter yet?" [The Treetree looked as confused as Dan and Leo did.] "Well, it should be coming any minute know."

[Dan looked at Leo and shrugged. He didin't understand.]

"Hey, I don't know about you, but I'm a student at Hogwarts, I'm not going anywhere," she snapped still not trusting the guy. Oh great, she thought
I've spent too much time with Dream, I'm turning into her. She coudn't help it though, this guy was rubbing her in all the wrong ways

"Leo...It's not about leaving." [Dan said.] "It's about gaining."

"Oh Wait...Your Miss Leona Peppercorn?" [The man shot a horrible look at Daniel.] "You otta be ashamed of yourself Daniel!"

"WOULD SOMEBODY PLEASE TELL ME WHAT IN THE NAME OF MERLIN WHAT'S GOING ON! I feel like im taking crazy pills!" She shouted whating to scream even more. She hated being out of the loop and began to tap her foot even more trying to control her need to give another outburst.

[Dan gave her a hug to control her.] "It'll all be explained, in a matter of minutes."

"Mina!!! The blasted bird must have gone off coarse. Here is your Letter!" [The man handed Leo her letter and pulled Dan to the other side of the room.]

The letter said

You will be one of the first to try out a new wand. There will only be two people getting this new type of wand and they will have to battle...Hard.
This wand was made for a certain person but must be tested against the other wand prototype. For further detail, ask your new enemy who will your new enemy will be told to you by Treetree. Thank you.

Leo's eyes bugged "You gotta be joking," this reaked of fraud if anything did, "so who, may I ask is going to be my enemy," she did the finger qutations aound the enemy part. This was getting rediculous and if she didn't get answers soon there was going to be hell to pay.

[The man stepped out from infront of Dan.] "I see you've already met. Dan wasn't supposed to speak to anybody..."

"I thought that my enemy would be male!!!" [Dan screamed.]

"Oh you gotta be ******* me," she said annoyed "I'm not gonna fight him, get bent," she said. She then turned to Dan, "So what's wrong with fighting a girl?" She asked inquisitivly raising an eyebrow.

"Nothing...I was just told before that I would be fighting a man. That's all." [Dan said.]

"That was the point...Now Dan...Please give me your wand and I will give you this one VWR Corp would want you to test it."

"Give them to us for a moment first...I just want to see what they can do." [Dan said.]

"That is fair here Daniel." [The man handed Dan the Test wand.]

[Dan held in his hand a metal wand, it felt perfect but Dan wanted to keep his own...He didn't want to work for Voldemort.] "Avada Kadavra!" [Dan pointed VWR's wand at Treetree and he was dead.] "Sorry it had to end like that Treetree."

"Oh my gosh!" She shouted "You killed him!" She suddenly started feeling faint. Her throat chaked up and her eyes widened. She felt like she was dying very slowly. "What's going on?" She gasped falling to her knees.

[Dan looked at the wand some more then flicked it at Leo. Now she looked fine...She was scared looking...But fine.] "Yes Leo...I had too kill him. That's what THEY wanted. VWR corp...Otherwise known as Voldemort, Will, Rise, Corporation. They are trying to save Voldemort and Treetree, was their best shot at it. If that makes scence."

"that's an awful wand!" she said rubbing her neck, "you gotta get rid of it," she said slowly getting up, "what made them think that you were going to join them in the first place? Are they retarded or just stupid," she half chuckled and calming down a bit.

"My Birth Father..................Promised Them..." [Dan said.] "But I won't do it...I'll Kill my Father If I have to...I won't Be included in VWR Corp!"

"Well that wasn't a nice thing for your father to volunteer them, I never even heard of this corp before, so I don't know how I got involved in all this, but rest assured, I'll rip the throats out of anyone that trys to take you away from hogwarts and the side of, good, well goodER in general."

[Daniel smiled at Leo...] "Just wait till you meet Leelona...She's like your dopelganger or something!" [He smiled again.] "Yeah...Maybe you were just chosen..."

"I have a doppleganger?" She asked in disbelief "Did I die and go to hell because everythings become so confusing and bizarre, next you'll tell me that I'm not even human," she laughed nervously, "I am human, right?"

"Ummm....I'm not at liberty to discuss that...Just Kidding Leo!" [Dan smiled and waited for Leelona to arrive...Because she was bound to.]

"Oh God," Leo said nearly having a panic attack suddenly in a bright pink cloud Leelona showed up "Ohiyo!" she smiled and said in her best japanese. she was oddly chipper and was dressed like she came from japan, but she was obviously british like Leona. "I'm Leelona, but you can call me Lee," she said. Leona was not liking this at all, she didn't seem evil, which made it all the worse.

[Dan nodded.] "Leo...Meet Lee." [Dan just smiled at the two...almost the only difference was the way they dressed and the ends of their hair. Other than that they were identical.] "Lee...Leo...And I am still Dan!" [He rolled his eyes...Lee was the most annoying of them all...And the most persisstant.]

OCC: I know im complaining again but you really got to watch this 'spamming' because it makings it difficult for me to write things then we all get in trouble, and i don't want to spend majority of my time here getting harrassed and im sure you feel the same way, so make stuff up, say what's going on in your head. think of some action for the characters to do.....I really hate being yelled at so help me help you by helping me. got it? good...

BIC: Leelona looked at the dead body of her former teacher, instead of getting angry she just giggled, like a japanese school girl *like gogo from kill bill* "Oh, my," she said, "some one's been naughty," she added "So who killed him?" she asked pulling out a hot pink wand covered in tight black bands, She flicked it at Leona's neck "I bet it was you," she said. Leona having been bothered for the last time, pushed her off and wiped out own wand, "You have 3 seconds to leave before I go all sorts of ape **** on you," Leona said wanting to knock her out of the owlery.

[Dan rolled his eyes...The perspective of having to deal with a fight between two who are so alike...And so persistant...Was running through his mind.] "I did it!" [He said. Then he took out the Test wand for the second time.] "Because he tried to make me use this...On her." [Dan pointed to Leo. He too was sick of people. Especially Lee.] "What are you going to do about it?" [Daniel asked as he saw Lee's eyes dart from Leo, to Dan, to the wand and stare at the wand.]

"What about her? Does she have one of his wands?" [Lee said 'his' as if she was in love...It was sickening really.]

Leo heard Lee's comment "Hell no!" She replied back. Making a fist with her left hand "So why don't you leave before you end up looking like TeaTreat over there," she said purposly mispronouncing his name, "so how about it Sayonara outta here!" Leo demanded.

[Dan saw Leo make a fist and saw Lee's smile fade. He wondered what Lee was going to say.] "No she doesn't have one...And once I figure out how to destroy this one...I won't eithier." [Daniel said. He switched his sight from Lee to Leo then back and foreward until someone said something.]

[Lee frowned.] "Oh...So you two aren't fans then! Fine....I'm fine with that." [She said but she wasn't convincing.] "So...Which of you are going to come with me?" [Lee asked as she eyed Leo.]

[Dan shook his head.] "NO! We aren't! And neithier of us are going to agree to came with you..." [He stared Lee down until she finally looked over to Leo.]

"How about you Pepperhead?" [Lee insulted Leo and Dan knew Leo wouldn't stand for that. He was forced to prepare for the worst.]

"Oh don't look at me, you crazy wench," Leo spat back at her. Lee giggled and approached her, "but you're so pretty to look at she said. And put her wand at Leo's throught and pulled on her air forcing Leo to look at Lee. Her eyes sparkled maliciously as Lee kissed her doppleganer on the lips finding it all quite amusing. Leo however did not and puched Lee in the stomach and headed to the opposite side of the Owelry, "You crazy lesbian, whatever you are!" Leo shouted as she ran into someone. A woman, quite older than Leo whom seemed quite familiar.

[Dan watched Lee kiss Leo and hated it. Some guys might have liked it but Dan wasn't that type. Then Dan saw Leo punch her and almost laughed. It was funny how fast she fell. Dan turned around as Leo did and noticed that there was a woman there. He was about to tell Leo when she bumped into the woman.] "Ok...I guess you know." [Dan sai under his breath.]

Lee breathless got up an was ready to kill Leo but saw the woman in the back and ran away like a coward. "Not good!" she said, then looked at Leo, "I'll get you later my precious," she snarled evily and in a whisp of smoke she left. Leo greatful for the departure of Lee stood up slowly still trying to process what happend.

[Dan was happy that Lee had fled the scene. But who was the woman? He didn't know...Maybe a teacher that he hadn't met? No...He would have at least SEEN her. Daniel had no clue who she was...He went to help Leo up but saw that she had already stood. So he went over and whispered in Leo's ear.] "Who is that?" [He whispered to Leo...He truely didn't know.]

"I can't believe you don't recognize your own mother," she said to Dan, pulling down the hood she was wearing. "Although it has been some time since I saw you last," she smiled warmly. "who is this young woman Daniel?" She asked motioning to Leona. Leona sudden;y felt embarrassed for carelessly running into her.

[Dan said nothing.] "OK...What?" [He didn't understand...And it wasn't because he was stupid...] "I-I don't know if I believe that...I-I think you may just be someone who followed us from the...Place...we were at last." [Dan didn't say the name of the place...He wanted to see if the woman would know where they were before...If she did...Then she was committing a lie. If not...Then he might consider believing. Dan looked at Leo and shrugged.]

"What are you going on about dear?" The woman asked baffled. She wondered why her son wasn't believing a word she was saying, "I am your mother and I'm willing to do whatever it takes to prove that," she said begging to feel sad. Leo looked at her and piped up, "she's either a REALLY good liar," she said, "or she's really your mom," she finished wanting to believ in the latter.
