:: Rogue blew his whistle as the groups divided into their assigned are. He called all of the Elementists over to the next clearing, a very good distance away from the other groups. He whipped out his wand and conjured up a huge blanket for the students to sit on. The sun was shinning brightly, it was perfect for what he had prepared. Plus, they were surrounded by a few trees, giving them nice shade. ::

"Take a seat everyone," he said in a loud voice. He looked at his clipboard to review his notes. "Okay. Elementist. A very complicated, yet refreshing power. I would classify myself as more of an Elementist, I suppose .. .but anyways.

"Each of you hae some control over one of the elements. That being water, fire, earth or air, the elements are very powerful. The more you practice your power and more expereinced and more tricks you will be able to do. For example, look at me. I have the ability to control ice."

:: He put the clipboard down and focused, imagining a streek of frost in the shape of himself. Balling his hand together, he blew, opening his hands. Starting from the ground, a exact replica of himself formed. ::

"As I've practiced, I've developed more tricks wtih this power, including icing my enemeis so that they are frozen for a short period of time. With time and as you grow older, you all will be able to all sort of things with your own power. So, right now, I want you to go around and each of you tell me what Elemental power have. Tell me if you've ever used your power, what it was like and then I want you to demonstrate using your power."

OOC: Remember, you're a Level 1 Elementist, so post realistically! You're aren't all powerful.

"I have the power to control wind" Remy said in a loud voice. "I have only used this power once or twice so i am still kinda nervous using it." Remy concentrated hard but nothing happened, he felt embarrased as if everyone was pointing at him and laughing for his lack of power. He felt his cheeks getting redder, himself getting angrier suddely a small tornado appeared shakin the trees violently also throwing the headmaster to the ground. Seeing that Remy gasped in suprise, the wind dissapearing "Sorry sir didn't mean for that to happen" he said sheepishly

Luna

After Remy's slightly frightening demostration came Luna's turn.
"I've got the power to control water." she said smiling. "I've tried using it a couple times, and it works alright, most of the time, though it's still not very precise or good or anything." she blushed.
"Here." she said opening her water bottle and putting it on the grass beside her. She then put her hand near the bottom and drew it up, water coming out the top in a fountain. With her other shaking hand she made an uneven water ball, some of the excess water splashing around. Not being able to hold and balance it in the air anymore, she tossed it to the side, accidently hitting Professor Rogue's shoes. "Oops... sorry!" she smiled guiltily.

Jason got up from his seat. "Fire ALLLLLLL the WAY!" and said putting some woods together. "I May have used it a few times on a person......" He pointed his handed at the pile of wood. Smoke started. But no fire. He pointed his whole handd at the woods other that just a figner. His eyes looked like they got smaller. Insted of the pile of wood setting on fire, His seat blusted out in flames. He covered his hand in his jacket. his seat was nothing but ash now. "DANG IT!"

Professor Rogue - Chaperon

Rogue picked himself up from the ground. "Yeah I'd say you need practice," he said. "Well at least you know what triggers it. I take it that your trigger is anger? Interesting. The thing that you need to do is to channel that emotion and focus on it. That will hopefully give you more control over it. Here . .. try to create some wind, not too much, just a little."

Rogue moved over to Luna who had just scirted water on his shoes with her power. This was getting messy! "Okay . . . .anyway, that's good. Water is a very good element to control. How much can you actually control? Have you ever tried larger amounts?"

While Luna pondered over his question, Rogue moved over to Jason. The young wizard had tried to set a few blocks of wood on fire, but instead caused his seat to flame up. "For one thing . . . you need better aim. Concentrate only the the item you're trying to fire up. Here. . ." He picked up the wood and said, "Try again. Try to se the wood on fire."

Remembering the young wizards aim, Rogue set the wood on the ground.

Remy

Remy heard the professor ask him to create some wind. He closed his eyes and tried to think of something taht had angered him. He thought of the day he had seen Drake kiss Dream and he felt his blood boiling "Oh no" he thought too much anger. He calmed down and tried thinkin of something else. He remembered having one of his shots at the goal blocked by his sister at the recent quidditch match they had played and he felt angry at being cheated out of his chance at immortality he instantly knew it was just the right amount of anger. Anger that was directed at himself for not being able to score more points. He directed that anger downward as he felt a slight breeze suddenly appear "Cool" he thought to himself "I must have the rest of my classmates looking on in amazement" suddenly he felt something on his head opening his eyes he was amazed to see he was floating in the air. (apparently he had unknowingly focused his wind around his legs causing him to slowly rise up in the air) suddenly scared he lost his concentration as the wind that was holding him up dissapeared. He quickly grabbed a branch and dangled above the heads of his fellow students and the headmaster "umm professor i can't reach my wand could you help me get down plz" he begged

Jason thought about what the Prof. said. He closed his eyes, And thought of Fire, and big large Fire. He opened his Eyes. With his hand to his side. A Smal Orange fire started to grow from his palm. His eyes look as if that got like a cats. And lefted his hand toward the woods and the Logs started to smoke. He Started to think harder on the wood. But only Smoke came from the logs. He stopped think and put his hand down.

Richela was at the edge of a clearing she had lookied for in hope to find out were the lessons were. She still hadn't made up her mind whether or not she wanted to reveal her power so she hid behind a tree. She watched as Remy, Luna, and Jase showed their powers. Well atleast theirs came wanted unlike hers. They seemed fine with her mistakes but when it came to this Richela wasn't sure if she could allow mistakes. She had killed a person after all. Finally Richela took a deep breath and quietly walked into the clearing and sat down on the corner of the blanket. Finally in a clear in loud voice ignoring everything that was going around her she said, "My element is lightning." Richela listed all the things she rather be doing and focused on a spot still inside the clearing since she didn't want to catch a tree on fire. She bit her lip and tried to imagine lightning appear. Of-course if didn't work, god forbid that her power should work when she actually wanted it to. Biting her lip she thought of what Rogue had told Remy about channeling her emotions. Well this itself is starting to piss me off, she thought to herself. Richela finally focused on the time Jess had been about to kill her. All of a sudden her blood started to boil as she practacally heard her voice and a small click went off in her head. All of a sudden a flash a lightning struck but not in the spot she had picked, two inches in front of her. The shock of that made a small scream escape her mouth. Why did she have to be the only one scared of her own bloody powers?

Remy

Remy saw Jason display his power then stop "Keep going Jason you can do it" he shouted encouraginly from high up. He then saw Richela walk up and conjure up some lightning the tree he was in shook badly and he fell. He quickly took his wand out of his pocket but before he could say anything....

Jason heard Remys encorgued, and tryed again. He closed his eyes and thouhgt of nothing but fire.....Fire.....fire. He tought to himself. He opened his eyes. He pointed to the woods with a open hand. His hand started to hsake just a little. The woods smoked. Then Red and orange lights came from within the woods, then FIRE Rose. Jason was so happy that he lose his focuse off the wood, "Yea" His hand pointed to a small tree right beside some stone, and it caught on fire. "Umm....... May i should use fire where there are alot of trees...." He put his hand down.

Professor Rogue - Chaperon

Professor Rogue returned from his very urgent bussiness at the castle. "Sorry guys," he said and went over with the students with what they needed to do.

Each of them had demonstrated their elemental power. Rogue
looked at Remy, who was dangling in the tree. Jason had undoubtly, missed his target and caused the tree limb Remy was on to catch on fire. He raised his hand. A sleek of ice erupted from the palm of his hand, putting the fire out at once.

Rogue whipped out his wand and waved it, and Remy came floating down fromt he tree lilmb. "That wasn't bad for a first try!" Rogue said to him, padding the young wizard on the shoulders. "You defaintly have some work to do but nice job so far."

"Jason, same thing to do. Try focusing on your target! But at least yo got your power to work!"

"Now Richlea, dear, dear Richlea. Talk to me about your power? Lighting? Wow that's some pretty powerful stuff. How are you handling this power?"

Luna

"Larger amounts? What do you want me to do? Bring the whole Pacific Ocean over here?!" she said a little frustrated. "Sorry," she mumbled "Actually, I have tried doing some stuff at the lake. It worked ok-ish." she blushed.

She tried to think of a place to get a larger amount of water while the others practiced. The headmaster had gone somewhere and returned before she finally came up wwith a way.
"This is farfetched... hope it works." she said to herself, trembling a bit.
"Accio water!" she pronounced clearly sticking both her hands out straight in front of her. Somewhere far away there was a low rumbled and a loud 'swoosh' and she could see a giant sized wave coming straight thru the forest, weaving thru the trees and only uprooting a few of them. Quickly she pulled her wand out of her leg-holster (OoC: I just have to have one!!!) And nearly screamed "Finite Incantatem!"
At this, the wave stopped growing, and with her left hand she tried to keep the water back as she stuck the wand back in its place. The water quivered a bit, but did not move. "Wow" she smiled to herself.
Now using both her hands, she brought them up, and the mass of water slowly and unwillingly rose of the gorund, she moved her borws together in frustration and it moved faster upward. "That's more like it!" Now Looking up into the sky, she began to crilce her arms, clockwise, and all the water twirled into a large, voluminous ball. She was now beaming.
"One... Two... Three!" she counted excitedly. And on three released her arms out to the sides, her fingers shaking feverently.
As she did so, the ball of water broke up and fell to the ground in a long, but very small drizzle.
"YES! YAY!!!" she couldn't contain her excitement. She loved it when it drizzled like this, and everything was sure to dry soon, with all this sun.

Remy

"Thanx professor i will try harder next time" Remy said as he watched the professor. Hearing a noise he turned around and saw a huge wave of water coming towards him he covered his face with his hands expecting the water to hit him but he saw as Luna made it go up and then made it drizle down. "Wow that was amazing Luna" Remy shouted as he looked up- the rain falling gently onto his face. He continued looking up and saw the most amazing rainbow he had ever seen.

Richela startd to think about a reply to Professor Rogue's question but a noise from behind startled her. A wave was coming. She watched in jealousy as the water started to drizzle down. That was keeping her power in control but what about herself? Turning back to Professor Rogue hoping no one had seen the glint of jealousy in her eyes and she slowly said, "How am I handling this power? Let's see I killed an innocent family when I was 10. And umm now 13, it still comes whenever the hell it wants to so I'd say badly!" Richela hadn't meant to sound so bitter or angry but anyhow it was the truth.

Remy

Remy walked up to Richela and said "I don't know what happened when you were 10 years old but i am sure whatever happened it was an accident. and as for not being able to control your power take a look around almost everyone is having difficulty with their individual powers so don't fret much. I am sure taht when we leave from here we will be in full control of our powers or at least better than what we are now" he said with a smile

Richela looked at Remy and smiled back. He was trying to help sure, but she was holding back tears. It was the exact reason she couldn't control her powers that she killed a whole family of innocent people. And this was worse, there were millions of other people here that were her friends....what if there was another mistake. "An accident? I hated her, Remy," Richela said softly and then she felt like holding back tears was the most she could do at the moment. Click. A flash of lightning went of and her head turned towards it. But this it didn't stop Click And again and again it went off in the field around them like some sort of electrical storm. No, I have to control this. How? Doesn't matter how just stop it!" Click She didn't notice this by now but her face was now streaming with tears. No, I have to stop this before it hits a tree...or worse one of my friends. Cli-Stop. And just like that everything stopped. Except her. She wasn't aware of how insane she looked. She was rocking back in forth her head in her hands crying.

Remy

Remy saw the lightning going off all arond him. He knew this was no ordinary storm and taht Richela was the one causing it. He calmly told her to calm down but she was in another place cause she hardly heard him or if she did she didn't make a sign that she did. the flashes of lightning were getting closer and closer until just when he thought they were gonna cause some serious trouble they all of a sudden stopped. Remy looked at Richela who had her head in her hands crying, He knelt down beside her and put his arms around her. "Richela it's gonna be alright" he said as he held her tightly.

Richela made herself stop crying but still held her face in her hands. Good job, Richela, you just made a spectacle of yourself. And then she realized Remy's arms were around her and her head snapped up. She didn't want to be rude but she was starting to feel uncomfortable. Richela grinned at him and said, "Thanks, I'm fine now." Hoping that convinced she was alright he would let go. She wasn't all rgiht of-course, but that was besides the point.

Remy

Remy quickly got up and smiled at Richela he thought that he had actually helped her out and he felt good inside. He turned to look at the professor to see if he had any other lessons for them

Aiden had been in the great hall talking like always with dream and forgot that there was that meeting thing going on. He ran up behind Rogue "Sorry Im late there was this cat that was bit by a snake and uhh I had to suck the posion out and then I was like wow so yeah..." Aiden said hoping his lame excuse worked.

Remy:Slytherine's Official Future

Remy looked at aiden and wondered if maybe a bolt of stray lightning had accidentaly hit him. "Yo aiden were in the rocky mountains" he laughed as he pointed to the trees and huge mountains in the background. "were all here practicing our elemental powers, why don't you show all of us what you can do" He smiled and waited to see just what kind of power aiden had as he had a feeling it was gonna be just as cool as aiden was

Aiden flashed remy a grin. "I know that silly, I got here using a portkey and I ran the rest of the way and its was a mountain cat and a anaconda." Aiden said trying to get hsi story straight. "So uhh yeah about that see theres a problem... I cant exactly just do thatcause Im not sure how it works." he muttered the last part. "All I know si that when I get angry it works when Im sad it sorta works, so yeah how about I just sit here now and enjoy the sun and watch uhh the birds." he said sitting down on the ground and looking up at the sky.

Remy:Slytherine's Official Future

"Hmm sad or mad" he laughed, "seems like your just like most all of us here just try and see if you can make it work i'd really like to see you do what ever it is you do, um by the way what is it exactly that you do?" Remy asked while he felt the burning sun across his neck.

Richela turned around to see Aiden come in and felt relieved that there was an excuse to forget her little display of lightning. Richela grinned and said, "Nuh uh it doesn't work that way, everyone has to show they're powers! Channel them or if you want I can help you get mad."

"Okay ready?" Aiden asked. He then lifted his arms and then dropped them to his side. "Okay not working oh well how about we see what remy can do I wanna see then maybe I might see if it works again." Aiden said talking alot again.

Remy:Slytherine's Official Future

Remy knew he didn't have the control over his power that he wanted but he knew he was here to practice and practice he was gonna do until he could control hsi elemental power with ease. "you guys may want to step back a bit" he smiled as he grabbed a small toothpick out of his robe. Closing his eyes and concentrating hard he felt a huge anger building up inside of himself stopping he decided to try something new, he began thinking of how lucky he was to have such amazing freinds and he felt a joy inside himself that was amazing, suddenly he felt a strong wind building up and he concentrated on making it come closer and closer until it was a small compacted wind that he was controllling. releasing the toothpick he saw it float inside his miny typhoon, abrubtly forcing the wind straight ahead he forced the toothpick to hurl itself into a giant oak. Remy walked up to it and grinned as he saw that he had sent the toothpick clear through the oak and had it imbed itself into the one behind it. "pretty cool huh" he said as he fainted from exhaustion

Aiden stared in amazement at at remys power. He wished he could do soemthing like that, but he noticed Remy looking faint was a the only word that came to mind. Then all of a sudden he saw Remy pass out. "Remy!" aiden yelled jumping up and running over to remy to see if he was all right.

Remy:Slytherine's Official Future

After a few seconds Remy opened up his eyes to find his good freind aiden standing over him his face full of concern. "Huh? what's up, Aiden" he smiled and attempted to get up. Suddenly the place began to spin and he got on one knee "whoa i guess i must have used more energy than i thought i did" Remy laughed as he lay on his back. "im gonna rest my eyes for a few seconds real fast" he said as he closed his eyes.[/I]

Aiden smiled as he saw Remy open his eyes and let him know he was okay "Thank heavens I thought somehting worse had happened.' he mummbled before standing up and trying out his powers since remy looked a bit hot. Aiden gently raised his hands over remys body and concentrated and tried to imagine soemthing annoying. He thought about how he never compared to someone how he was alwyas number two in his family. Without thinking the air temperture dropped down around them Aiden stoppped concetrating and looked around. "I am so sorry." He said "I did not mean to do that." he mumbled looking at the ice on his hands and some one the ground.

Professor Rogue - Headmaster

Rogue, who had been attending to bussiness at school swooped in, making a grand return. He had to go to the other groups, but he made the Elementist group his first stop.

"Hmm, still having trouble I see?" he said to the group in general. "No problem that is to be expected." He looked and saw Aiden. "Hmm, better late than never?" he said to the young wizard. "Try focusing on something that makes you REALLY angry, though no everyone's trigger is anger, I suspect and I know I'm right, that YOUR trigger is anger. So focus on that. Like how you're second string in your family," he said, hoping to get a rise out of him.

Aiden looked up and glared at the headmaster. "You know what Ill show you you whose second best." Aiden said now furious at the headmaster. Aidens blood then started to run cold and sat and concentrated with all his will power and managed to make a ice flower in the palm of hsi hands like he hyad seen on that muggle movie. "Ha." Aiden said triumph in his eyes before passing out next to remy.

Professor Rogue - Headmaster

Rogue laughed at the boys foolish attempt to outdo him. "Ha! Y-y-you think y-y-you've done something?" Rogue grinned, he bent over, trying to stop himself from laughing so hard. "Okay, okay," he said, taking a deep breath. "Aiden, you can't out-do me! I'm older and more experinced and therefor am better than you," he said, looking Aiden dead in the eyes.

Aien looked up at the headmaster. "You know I dont know why I even bother with you. I looked up to you at one point but all you have ever done is made me feel horrible about myelf. So I hope your happy... all you have done is made me wanna die I have cried because of you and now this well I hope this makes you happy. Your better than me you alwyas have been always will be. Happy?" aiden said tears in his eyes before standing up and walking off hurt.

Remy:Slytherine's Official Future

Remy ran up to aiden and put his arms around him "hey buddy don't you see what is happening? Rogue only said those things to get you angry enough to use your power he knows first hand how cool it is to be an elementist and he wants us to be the best we can be. so now that your plenty angry i was wondering about something" he said as he focused his eyes on aiden's feet. taking out his wand he shouted expelliarmus and then he sent a wind around aidens feet levitating him high into the air "i can't hold you up there forever so your gonna have to get yourself down" he laughed as he let go of him and sent him plummeting down to the ground

Aiden had smiled a bit when remy was comforting him btu then he heard him shoot out a spell and blast him into the air. Aiden looked down at Remy "I thought you were my friend?" Aiden yelled looking at remy before he started plumeting to the ground. Aiden put his hands out in front of him since he was scared that he was gonna die. Just as he was about 8 feet off the ground ice shot from his hands not a lot but enough to make a slide that got him to the ground safely. "As soo n as he stood up he glared at remy and punched him in the shoulder hard. "Your lucky I like you as a friend or I would hurt you so bad right now. You just wait I can get into your tent." Aiden said before snatching his wand and storming over to richela glaring at thw two people he really strongly disliked at the moment.

Remy:Slytherine's Official Future

Remy saw as aiden made a ice slide as he was falling down and used it to slide safely down. "that was freakin awesome" Remy laughed as aiden came up to him and hit him on his shoulder, "i knew you had it in ya". He rubbed his shoulder and said "your welcome to my tent anytime buddy" as he kicked the dirt with his shoe and waited to see what else was gonna happen

"Whoops" Alara cried. "I must be in the wrong place" as she saw someone holding a flower made of ice. Better get away while I can, she thought.

Mark had been sat on one of the hills in the distance, watching the events unfold. He was really impressed by what he had seen; Lightning storms, tidal waves, tornadoes and ice slides, they all seemed to have a better grasp of their skills than he had managed so far. He sat on the top of the hill practising pulling all of the moisture out of the air around him, untill it was concentrated in one ball of water infront of his eyes. Then moving the water around with the wave of a hand, he was actually getting good at this, but had never tried him ability on something large like the lake in the background.
'Thats what im here for!' he thought to himself as he tried to build up the courage to go and join in with the group. He sat for a little while, draining more and more moisture out of the air untill the ball of water infront of him was as large as a small car. "OK, time to go" he said to himself as he walked down the hill towards the rest of them, the large ball of water hovering just beside him.

Dai Button
Dai blinked on sight of her house-mate Mark, as he walked down the hill toward the training clearing with a great blob of water hovering before him and a sense of shakey confidence in his step. Half bounding from a side trail, the one which came from the landing area in these mountains, Dai jogged out to Mark's side to join him on the way down to the clearing. Forgoing greetings, Dai simply turned to the wizard and asked, “Your an elementalist too, are you? I hadn't known. I'd have dragged along with you, mate, if I had. Wouldn't have gotten lost finding the landing zone out back. Horrible sense of direction and all. Never mind that though, your a water Ele, I see.”

Mark heard Dai ask him if he was a water elementist. "Nah, im not an elementist, this is just my good friend watery Bob" he joked with a smile. "So what element have you got?" he asked as they continued down the hill towards the clearing full of training elementists. "Ive been sat for a while watching, you should see some of the things they've been doin! i cant wait to try my skills out properly!!" he said with a slightly michevous glint in his eye
