Seath has shaggy brown hair, down over his eyes. He tries not to smile a lot, but when he does, his whole face lights up. He excels in school and has always made top student. His tricks with the wand are endless, and his knowledge of books extends for miles. He tends to be a loner, making exceptions to those who he can, and does, truly call friends. As an only child, most children think that Seath is the kind of person that sticks up his nose and walks down the hall looking at you from those dark silvery blue eyes. Only they do not know that as a child, his parents had beat him, and treated him badly to the point where he moved out and moved to a friends house, where he now attends Hogwarts, in the noble house Slytherin.

The name Fintan cannot not be traced back very far, as his father changed the spelling of it. It used to be Findaricktan. His ancestors hail from all over the world, mostly from Europe though.


Scenario:
You are sneaking out of your Common Room at night and a Prefect grabs your arm. They want to know why you are out of your bed after curfew and threaten to report you/take house points. Post this scenario from your characters point of view and beware of GodModing the Prefect's actions. This is to get an idea of how your character reacts and to get you considering their thought processes. You do not have to escape, simply react to the scene realistically. You may create a valid reason/excuse if your character is not the type to break rules (illness, note from headmaster, etc..)

My Respone:
As Seath was going out of the Common Room, he felt a cold hand rest on his shoulder. He heard an even colder voice behind him "Trying to sneak out again, Fintan?"
Seath whirled around to see who it was that had ahold of him, though he already knew who it was. It was the bloody worst Prefect that the life of this school had seen, or so he thought. The face of Edward C. Smithton was a light with a sneer.
Edward opened his mouth and said "Sneaking out to see your girlfriend? Huh? Oh wait, you don't have one do you? Must suck, that?"
Seath smiled back at Edward and said "Perhaps you should just let me go, because you know how it goes. The other night i saw you snogging with your girlfriend, while you were supposed to be on watch. I wonder what the Headmaster might have to stay about that? Perhaps he will hand the Prefect duties to someone else.. You don't want that do you?"
Edwards face went slack and during this speech, his hand had slipped from Seath's shoulder, freeing him to go on his way, away from the common room.
