Being a student here at the LC Wizardy Academy can be tough. But a few lucky students are awarded the title of Student Professors, that is, they are able to teach a magical class. They are still students, because they attend other classes, but at the same time they are a professor. Understand?

Are you interested in becoming a Student Professor? If so, fill out the form below. Keep in mind that not everyone who applies will get a position. Trust me, there will be plenty of jobs to go around in the future, so if you don't get this, look out for something later. Anywho, the list of avaiable classes are as follows:

We will start with these six classes first and see how it goes, then perhaps add more classes later.

Professor Angelark entered the room. She looked around at the students and smiled at them.

- "Welcome to Charms class. The objective of this class is to learn the basic spells known to wizard kind, spells to simplify our way of life. We will learn to bewitch objects, make them fly, make them smaller, cut things, make them bigger, change their colors, etc. First of all let us remember that we must never use a spell against a fellow student, that will result in detention or in worse cases...you will be expelled" - PRofessor Angelark said and with a flick of her wand a small crate opened, then several large feathers flew to each student and set themselves on the tables in front of them.

- "Now, I would like you all to practice this wrist movement that we will be using to learn the spell to make objects levitate, or in more simple words...fly, follow my wrist movement boys and girls" - Professor Angelark said as she did the famous swish ans flick for the Wingardium Leviosa spell. All students followed.

- "Very good class, now we will repeat the incantation. Repeat after me: Wingardium Leviosa" - PRofessor Angelark said and wrote the incantation with a chalk on her board, all students repeated it at least three times.

- "Very good class, now use the swish and flick and recite the incantation as you do so" - Professor Angelark said and they all started trying it. Professor Dumais started to walk around the class room to watch the students perform the spell, just to make sure they were doing it correctly, then it was a young Gryffindor who managed to get the incantation right, his feather flew to the ceiling.

- "Very well done young man, ten points for Gryffindor" - Professor Angelark said.

Why you should be chosen: I am knowledgeable about animals from having studied them. I also can connect some of the animals to regular everyday animals that are seen. I have also taught the class on another site before.

Extremely Detailed Quality Sample Lesson: My lessons are questions and answered type lessons. One that I would do would be on the Hippocampus I would ask what a Hippocampus is, where it originated from, what muggles use the term for etc

How much time do you spend on the LC: Im on everyday and I only go too school four hours so im here the rest of the time.
Class Desired: Potions
Why you should be chosen: Because I have alot of time on my hands and I have taught potions before. Even though my time on the LC has been limited I have much expierence on Teaching classes and as a Professer I promise to be fair and Loyal too my position.
Extremely Detailed Quality Sample Lesson:

Danial walks into the Dungeons making his way too his classroom he opened the door with great anticipation. "Welcome students to your first lesson of Potions I am your Professor, you may call me Danial or Professor or MR. Tavian whatever makes you feel most comfortable". Danial said as he paced back and forth from the room. "Our first lesson will be on how too create a Shrinking Potion". "We will create one as well". Danial concluded as he pulled out a box of ingredients. "Here we have a chopped daisy roots, skinned shrivelfig, sliced caterpillar, one rat spleen, dash of leech juice. Danial added as he motioned for the students too come forward. "Don’t worry there is enough for everyone". (Danial said as he brushed the hair from his eyes)

Ooc: ok here is the instructions, follow these and you should be all right, I will award points for each one done correctly.

1. Boil cauldron at exactly 200 degrees Fahrenheit

2. Chop the daisy roots very careful and evenly, if poorly done can make the potion a dud. (Then set them aside)

3. Add a bit of rat spleen then a light touch of leech juice. (Remember that too much of either of these will cause the potion to turn bright orange instead of the acid green it is supposed to be.}

4. then stir counterclockwise twice.

5. Then carefully add the daisy roots then I shall take a look at your potion after you have completed and I will award points if it is done properly, you can bottle your potion at end of class.


Conclusion: Ok after I teached that I will go around and let everyone roleplay making the potion by the instructions. After everyone had done so I will go around and take a grade of everyones potion. Then if they want to I will let them bottle some of there potion up to take to their dormitries, I will also asign homework at the end of class which won't be mandatory but can earn the student points for their house and so on.

Why you should be chosen: I should be chosen as the CoMC teacher because I know quite a bit about the class, and could teach it well, and have fun, interesting classes.

Ormand stood near a tree, at the very end of the Forbidden Forest, with a large table set up, and what looked like many sticks with arms and legs, and beside it what looked like a pile of tiny, wriggling balls of wood. Ormand stood, watching the class until most of them had shown up and stood around him, waiting for their Care of Magical Creatures lesson, the first of the year.

"I am Ormand Burkhard, and in this class you will address me as Professor Burkhard, does everyone understand?" Ormand waited with a small scowl on his face until most of the students had nodded or verbally agreed with him.

"Good. Now, who can tell me what these creatures here on the table are, that resemble sticks? It is known as a tree-guardian." Ormand said, referring to the creatures on the table with a sweeping gesture with one of his hands.

Students will RP answering the question.

"Right, 5 house points to ??? (I assume, that we will be giving house points in the classes, that will affect the grand total?) Now, who can tell me what Bowtruckles eat?" Ormand asked the class, moving his eyes around to see the students in all areas of the class.

Students will answer in RP, the two answers I will be looking for are Wood Lice, and Fairy Eggs.

"Alright, good. 5 house points to (House) and (House). (Depending on what house the students that answer correctly are from) Now, who can tell me what about the Bowtruckle is good for them to easily dig wood lice from trees?"

Students will answer, the Claws, preferrable the claws that resemble a woodpeckers beak.

"Right, 5 House Points to (House). Now, right here, I have a nice pile of wood lice, and I would like you all to come up, and take a Bowtruckle, and some wood lice, and feed it, you may have some difficulties, I advise you to wear your dragon hide gloves, their claws can be sharp. Now, everyone, come on up and grab a Bowtruckle and some lice." Ormand said, watching as the students moved to the front of the table and took some wood lice and a Bowtruckle each.

Students will now RP taking and feeding their bowtruckles.

"Ok, that is enough, you may all now return your Bowtruckle and any left over wood lice to the table. Your homework, is this, to be handed in to me, due in two weeks time." Ormand tapped a blackboard with his wand, which was not there before, he had obviously just conjoured it.

1. What are the two favorite foods of the Bowtruckle?

2. What is a Bowtruckle also known as?

3. What part of the Bowtruckle is best adapted to gather wood lice from a tree?

4. Give me a nice long RP of feeding a Bowtruckle, and label the parts of the Bowtruckle that you know of, as if drawing a picture of it, and labeling the parts. This should be done in RP form mainly, holding the Bowtruckle still, feeding it wood lice to keep it content, etc.


The homework will be completed and PM'ed to me by the students.

Why you should be chosen: I am a great teacher and I would do a really nice job. Although I may need help i the beginning I would be able to do lessons pretty much on my own.

"Hello my name is Belle Woods and I am your transfigurations teacher" Belle says as she walks toward the desk in the front of the class room. when she gets there she turns around and says. "My job is to teach you how to trasfigure things that may come to great use."

"Today we are going to learn how to change shoes into weapons" She takes out a wand and asks "Does anybody know the spell?" she asks looking around the room.

You may go to work" She then sits at her desk and rp's to the students questions. Belle looks up at the clock then says "Alright class dissmissed and don't forget on the 1 roll of parchament

Why you should be chosen: I believe I should be chosen because I am very responsible cough, have a deep love for all living creatures, also know plenty of information about these creatures (not to mention haveing a few friends on the Forbidden Forest) and you have to admit I would make an interesting teacher.
Extremely Detailed Quality Sample Lesson:

Shonk sat on a large wooden log at the edge of the Forbidden Forest tapping her foot with impatience, next to her, hidden by a large red curtain, stood a large bird cage. Students could be so irresponisble sometimes, being late to her class, who did they think they were? Noticing a few trudging down towards her she decided she would not worry about it too much this time though; after all it was their first lesson.

Standing as the class approaches Shonk grins at everyone, however she only recieves nervous looks.

"Good Morning Class, you are all a little late but we will let it slip this time. My name is Shonk, so yeas you can all call me that. Today we will discuss what diffrent types of creatures you lot would like to learn about, within limits obviously, but I have also brought in just a little something for today", Shonk says idicating the cage next to her.

"So anyone want to have a guess at what it is?"

"Nope, soory there guys but you are all wrong", she says with a grin as she moves towards the cage. "It's a Fwooper!", she shouts as she reveals a large bird with beautiful lime green plumage.

"Now has anyone here heard of a Fwooper before and what can they tell me about them?"

"What no one?", Shonk asks looking around at the students with a berwildered face. Maybe she should have started with those boring old flobber worms.

"A Fwooper is am African bird and, as you might be able to tell, they are envied for their wide range in rather vivid plumadge. They can come in all colours from pink to, obviously, lime green."

Grinning as the students peered over each others head to get a closer look at the Fwooper Shonk announced, "You might not want to get too close. He isn't in the bets mood, being under a silencing charm and all"

Mandrake? I didn't bring earmuffs. Bezoar? No that's care of magical creatures and potions!* A student came in wearing the Ravenclaw school robes.
"Umm hello there. Today, we are going to learn umm. Actually, lets start with introductions. My name is Professor Talon," said Talon nervously. He added a little chuckle and a smile.
"On second thought," Talon took out a piece of wood, "we will learn about yew trees today. These trees have a magical property that increases the use of magic. That is why they are actually used in wands but even babies won't chew on them. Why? Please tell me the physical properties of a yew or describe them. Extremely Detailed Quality Sample Lesson: Professor Lupin sat at her desk, grading papers as she watched the students come in. This was going to be an interesting lesson, she thought. Professor Lupin stood and walked around to the front of her desk once all of the students were in attendance.
"Meridae, Brooke, Jane (just examples), you all receive 5 points for being the first in attendance." After gracing each student with a wide smile, she continued, "Today, as it is my first time with you all, we will be testing your abilities. I would like each of you to come up and transfigure this hedghog," she gestured behind her with a hand, "into a teacup." As the students lined up, the new professor allowed herself a smile. This was going much better than she had expected.

Why you should be chosen:I've always loved the stars and all of the constellations. I've studied books and loved watching comets and eclipses! Plus I love to teach people. And horoscope are cool.
