(Danial walked into the Defense against the Dark Arts room where professer Rougue had told him too meet. Danial had told Rougue that he needed too speak to him on a private matter. But he knew rougue knew Danial better than that. He knew Danial was out too kill him but dident take him seriously considering it was just in his first year. But he could be underestimated, Would he even show up or would Danial wake up the next morning expelled from hogwarts? Danial thought too himself waiting for rougue at the front of the desks with his wand drawn)

Professor Rogue- Headmaster

Professor Rogue walked up the stairs, wondering what in the world the young Slytherin wanted. This had better be good seeing as the headmaster was a very busy man. He opened the Defense of the Dark Arts doors and saw the young wizards standing before him with his wand drawn out.

"What's this?" Rogue asked in surprise. "You wanted to meet me for something....and you do this? Explain!"

"Im here too rid of your soul". (Danial said lamely at professer rougue, becomeing at lost of words he replied) "Ummm im here too take your life too uhg". "You have met your Death". (Danial said pointing his wand at rougue looking rather silly seeing as he was much smaller in size) "Locomotor Mortis".!!!!! (Danial yelled without warning seeing with a bit of a rush as the spell flew from his wand tip)

Professor Rogue - Headmaster

::Rogue moved just in time so that the spell did not hit him.::

"Am I supposed to be impressed?" he asked the silly Slytherin. "So lemme get this straight. You sent me an owl sayin that you wanted to "meet" with me about something, only to attack me?"

::He didn't wait for an answer becuase this boy was going down.::

"That's going to be a very costly mistake," he said with a smirk. "Now dance! Tarantallegra!"

"Protego!!!! (Danial said blocking the spell with great energy slightly tripping but catching himself as he thrusted forward to sheild himself) "I dance for none". (Danial said trying to sound confident but he knew it was a poor attempt) *flicks wand* " Petrificus Totalus"!!! (Danial yelled once more as he did a back flip and landed feet first onto one of the long tables of the classroom)

Professor Rogue - Headmaster

::Rogue felt his entire body go rigid and he knew that this pain would not be pleasant. His very bones ached as he grimaced in pain. He could no longer stand and fell to his knees, his hands clasping the floor. Who did this wizard thinkn he was? And a first year no less! He just got here! ::

::Rogue tried to catch his breathe and looked up at the young Slytherin.::

"Y-y-you, wi-i-il p-pay," he stuttered, and then held up one finger. "As soon as I catch my breath."

Slytherin Yr 1
"Wow imagine". (Danial laughed in an amused but none-beleiveing voice at what he had just done) "Wow what sould i do next"? (Danial added with a jeer flicking his wand once more. decideing it is time to go threw his wishes of killing him but there was something holding him back as he ploted) "This is too easy". (Danial said aloud) "I cant just kill you this is mad". (Danial added once more confused and dumfounded at the mess he had just caused) "Avaaada avv avv". (Danial tryed too mutter weakly but couldent bring himself to do it) *sigh* "Finite Incantatem". (Danial muttered aloud giveing professer rougue ability too move again, regretting the moment he did it) "I wanna see my opponent at last halfway threw a duel". (Danial added jeerfully too make himself come off as tough but he new that last move made him look soft, but he would soon make up for it)

Danial then continued waiting for Proffessor too arise ignoreing the girl in the corner curseing at him. "I sould have killed ths guy when i had the chance". (Danial thought as he gave a nervous twitch as he awaited his doom)
