Perhaps these are elements of a DoA or NG game? One looks like Ayane and Kasumi talking to each other across the globe(online play), another looks like cutting Kasumi's hair, one pic with short hair and another with long(customizable hairstyles). Another looks like Time Attack. As for the small pic pointing to the big pic, Perhaps it's referring to kasumi growing, either a child growing, or, more than likely, her bust growing.

What doesn't make sense is this "Track" thing. Perhaps these are tracks to the events, like the music that plays when you beat time attack?

I've been puzzled for days on this one. Finally an image that might have some info.

Hmm... *looks at the string of letters on the arrow sign.*

It looks like it's supposed to decode to "Dead or Alive Alpha".

A quick Google gives a YouTube video link named "Dead or Alive Alpha Publicidad" and a URL
http://www.deadoralivealpha.tk/.

When I went to the URL, all it showed me was a framed page with a .tk web domain
advert in the top frame and at least one blank image with a link in the bottom, and
a pop-up advert.

Perhaps the site's not ready for primetime? I use Firefox, though I don't know if that
would make a difference.

The video on the other hand looks like some sort of trailer. The end of the video
shows "deadoralive alpha" in a font similar to the one on the sign.

It's the launch of a DOA website, it has to be. I viewed the HTML source of the
bottom frame, and found a link to this URL--

It's a Spanish DOA forum. Look at the banner at the top, and the icons down the left
side. Look familiar? "11 julio" translates as 11 July or July 11, 17 days from June 24.
Clicking on it took me back to the website URL listed with the YouTube video.
