All three events are captured at the same time and place, including the sunset and the beach and visitors; and it's beautiful. The comet is McNaught's comet, visible now in the southern hemisphere. The location is Perth, just north of Hillary's Marina. And the reason for the fireworks is that it was taken on Australia Day.

The pictures IS photoshopped, the one who took it never made a secret of it? ~_?
But all the events themself are real, they just didn't happen at the exact same moment.
I mean, just look at the people. some of them are kinda "ghosty" which means they weren't at the same place when the photos were taken.
