I saw it, it was ok, dialage was horrid, fights were obvoius, everythiung else was an eh.

well, this certainly was a b-movie to a tee. it's an ok flick to watch, prolly only once.

the dialoge is tollerable, yet won't win any awards.
fighting scenes were "eh" at best. at least they weren't too "tiresome" to watch.

character development has a huge flaw, an i hav no idea how the hell could they mess up HELENA!!! geezus, were gonna have an angry helena-mob pretty soon after watching this.
Edit: tina was da bomb! the best character portrayal hands down! :D kudos to actress jamie presley.

the only thing that i can give kudos to was the purpose of the tournament. it's a belivable concept, which helps this film a few notches.

all in all, if your a fan of, you may want to take a few minutes an see if you can stomach the flick, otherwise just stay away.

overall, this gets a 2, yet since i did laugh more than once while watching, i'll give it a 2 1/2 for comedic value.

Also, the story for me was alright, it was beleiveable with the thing with the glasses and Victor and that, it just turned it upside down and horrid.

I'm not gonna comment on the content of the movie, it was fun to watch. Thank god I didn't pay 11 bucks to see it in a theater though.

Unfortunately, there is no subtitle :hmm: but it's approximately understandable for a french like me XD
I saw just few minute for the moment...Kasumi is a princess, not really a ninja.... strange.

This movie was horrid the first time I watched it, but I did enjoy laughing at how badly put together it was.

I'm pretty sure the second time won't be as fun, so their may not be a second time.

The best part of the movie was Liu Kang's cameo.

And, at this point, I still don't know what was worse between this and the Street Fighter movie. We should make a poll...I should make a poll! :D

EDIT: Actually, let's have a bit of fun while I'm in here. Should be interesting getting Xion all riled up again. hehehe

-Tina's a wrestler, but the only time she wrestles is in her fight with her dad. But before and after that it was all martial arts. NOONE NOTICED THAT, THOUGH, BECAUSE OF HOW WELL THIS MOVIE WAS PUT TOGETHER.

-Helena is NOT a cheery teenage girl! Why is she ROLLERBLADING ACROSS THE ISLAND?!

-How is HAYABUSA getting roughed up by Kasumi?!!?!?!?!?! AND WHY IS HE PLEADING FOR FORGIVENESS?! Wrong. Kasumi didn't even make it in the gotdamn Ninja Gaiden game; spare me.

-Why was Jann-Lee stumbling everywhere in his ONLY fight?! HOW OFF IS THAT?!

-How was Hayate and his clothes in perfect fighting condition after over a year of being trapped in a 4x4' room!? AND WTF WAS THAT CHEESY FIGHTING STYLE HE WAS DOING?! AND WHY WAS HIS HAIR CUT SO LO!?

-THEN HE GETS BEAT UP BY A GEEK THAT CAN FIGHT BECAUSE OF MAGICAL SUNGLASSES?!

-And that TERRIBLE fight between Zack and Tina....oh God, don't make me go dig up that screenshot I posted in that old thread.

This movie was terrible. And it's amazing how so many of these flaws get excused. >_<

did street fighter ever make u laugh? we should base it on this aspect. :)

I was too young too remember too clearly. It's sad; I stayed away from taht movie even as a child. :p

I do remember the cheesy hadouken like it was yesterday. XD
