Okay. I know admitting this is bad, but the entire honors American Lit class didn't read the book we were to be tested on. Bad on our part right. Right. We get to class and caught a lucky break. The teacher isn't here and the sub can't find the quiz. FRIGGIN AWESOME!!! We all rejoice at our fortune, high fives erupt around the room.

However, there is ONE person who feels the need to take this test. I mean, really, she couldn't wait another day for it -- oh no. She had to fail the test NOW. So, she walks up to the desk and asks the teacher where the tests are -- as if they are indeed her favorite part of the class -- and when she hears "I don't know I can't find them." She goes on a quest around the desk to locate the tests. She finds them and they are passed out.

As she begins passing them out she notices all of the students hopelessly struggling to make a dent in the reading. As students get sheets and whatnot they want to know what the hell happened and what little arseface helped the sub find a test everyone would surely fail. When asked who told the teacher about the test no one was ready to take, little Miss Wants To Take The Test Now replies that she doesn't know and that she was just instructed to pass the tests around.

Now me, I got real pissed at this point. Not only did I have to take a test -- she was pretty much walking around lying to everybody about how SHE came to the desk and how SHE pointed out what was possibly our test. To quote little Miss Loves Tests She'll Fail simply shrugs and goes "She just told me to pass it out".

I'm alot louder than I like to be sometimes -- unfortunately this was one of those times. When somebody next to me asked if I knew who said something as I sit within earshot of the desk I replied that the girl passing out papers did loudly...VERY loudly. This is why I hate how loud I am. Not only did the entire class go quiet -- the sub proceeds to HELP the girl lie and say that she found the test on her own. I didn't want to argue with both of the lying bastards -- I just let it go.

I saw the whole thing, I realize that it was the sub's decision to pass it out as she was being a lazy whore and didn't care what it really was. However, I also know that had little Miss Needs The Test Now not come over there and actually looked for the tests we would have had time to catch up on a ridiculously long dialectical journal that we could PASS rather than take a test we all either barely passed or failed. (and because we missed out on our journals, guess what, we'll FAIL that too!)

So, yeah, I'm angry. Actually, it's not because of the test. I do well enough in that class to bomb a test and still make a high A -- my grade isn't what I'm worried about. The fact that not only did this lady tell a flat out lie, she destroyed any creditablility I've had with her bad ass English, and that she expects me to just believe that she's not a lazy whore who not only walks out on the class and condones constant lies and half-truths simply because she's the teacher.

She and little Miss Test are buddies as well, another reason that she acted like I was trying to rally the class to jump the girl. All I was doing was addressing a question -- just a little too loudly for my own good is all -- and she totally jumped into my sentence and tried to TELL me what I heard and saw. She tried to tell me that my near perfect hearing and 20/30 vision are off at less than 2 feet away from them.

Fortunately for me I'm not one of those hotheads who can't stop talkin' cause I'd have cussed her out -- teacher or not. I hate when people lie about simple things like that it grinds the hell out of my beans. All the girl had to do was quit with the half-truth thing and say that she did indeed FIND the paper for the lady just out of being nice. I don't mind her being nice to the foreign lady -- that's all fine and dandy. But for her to tell 5 different stories across the room and to be backed by the arseface of a sub totally was just...too much for me. (I don't think I've posted anything else here about that particular sub, but I've never liked her and we've never gotten along great.)

looks like little miss tests couldn't handle the peer pressure of being pointed out, so that's why she lied including the sub.

IMO, not finding the tests was a "grace" period for you and your class and honestly, she should've seen the same scenario. there's usually always one out of the group that's a sore thumb, and being recorrected on what you saw and heard was retarded on both her and the sub's part.

i'm so glad i'm not in school anymore......issues such as this really irk my nerves.

To many ppl are like that and it also pisses me off, but I have a word for it-incompitance. Its the single most aggrevating thing in the world and frankly some people should just die for it.

An incompitant section leader ruined marching band for me, and band is ussualy fun.

That's the name of the ghetto school in the "hood" that's my school I SHOULD be going to. It's known for having BRUTAL fights and kids getting shot. You can imagine why I don't wanna go back just because some old lady is a lying little whore

lol, only if their quizes are worth over 50% of their grades. homework only makes a percentage of, which can be nixed pertaining to how her instructor calculates the grading average of each student.
