Title: Sweet 16 ACTUALLY sweet?
Description: box office line up babeh

Sexeh Kitteh - August 24, 2006 02:07 AM (GMT)
All my life, I've been looking at these people that talk about "Sweet 16" like they're freakin' idiots >.>
Until I've gotten SO close to it (mines is Saturday, but that's not the point), I didn't really think about it much. This one day that marks the 16th year since I was born is gonna open up some new stuff for me...dating for one.
Yeah, I haven't been able to date because my mom is REALLY strict about me with boys...and guess what...just because I live though this ONE upcoming day, I can go out with dudes (when I say dudes I mean the one I like >.<).

I been lookin for a job...and my dad says my working age is 16...I'll be able to get a job and drive around in a minute...

Now, back to the whole dating thing...I'm a movie fanatic and I like to celebrate with movies and food...I TOLD YA THIS WAS GONNA HAVE A POINT EVENTUALLY!--and here it is >.<

The box office line up for my birthday weekend has become absolutely PACKED in the months leading up to it and on the 25th a kuso-load of movies come out. Let's just name a few, shall we?
  • Idlewild -- Outkast...can't wait to see it actually, looks cool, and the people are brown >.< (It's a joke I got from others...SOME people's only motivation to watch a movie, no matter HOW bad it is is because it has black people in it)
  • Beerfest -- This looks like its gonna be dumb as all get out...but I wanna see it...maybe I can laugh at how dumb people are >.>
  • How To Eat Fried Worms -- ewwwwwww >.>
  • DOA: Dead or Alive -- I'm sure we've all voiced our opinions about THAT one...>.>
  • Invincible -- Football movie...I rather enjoy those ^^

Along with whatever little trailers I've see on TV and forgotten about right now AND the week old movies that've already been released...the question is, what to see?

how to eat fried worms is a pretty good children's book :o

are you going to watch one of the opening movies, or are you seeing something that's already been released on your birthday?

@ janejana -- yeah, I know, I remember it vaguely from my younger elementary school days...I'm not sure...I may just slip into 2 or 3 movies, but I haven't been to the movies in a while so I've gotten behind on my movie watching

@ l_n_t -- >.>

@Mills -- I want a party ._.

Ask mommy why turning 16 is so special for a girl... Now o.o;;

You might get a little freaked out but you'll understand why.

I'm confused and too broke to go see a movie ;_;
