Yeah, I complained about rap lyrics itself in another topic...but this extends beyond the lyrical content...the SONG in its entirity is what I wanna talk about...is it just me, or has the majority of the music become either somethin' made 20 years ago remixed...or somethin' really weak with only three notes in it?
What happened to those songs that could make you dance...yeah, Lil Jon was talkin' about drippin boy parts, BUT THE MUSIC HAD YOU!
Now, stuff like the Stunner Shades song is more popular...and I'm sorry, but I don't like the slow music with retardedly LOW LOW voice talkin' slow as hell -.-
You can't dance to that crap...or share feelings of glee or whatever...cause it's way too slow for glee -.-
I don't NORMALLY like T.I. but I favor his music from the King album over most now cause its at least halfway fun!

You're just listening to the wrong genres. The Killers, Elton John, Rock Kills Kid, John Mayer and Keane, to name a few, all have new stuff out that rocks.

regular radio is a horrible place to find new music for ANY genre. i haven't listened to a commercial fm station for years.
satallite radio & independent internet stations are better places to look for music since they're like 10 million times more likely to play unproven artists, or unpopular/little-known tracks by more famous ones.

commertials are too long and they play the same song after 5 other ones. thats why i go for internet radio
