Finally here it is:
One night Ryu is chased and attacked by assasins, after defeat them he finds a I.D. card from the "Friedman" company, the next day Dr. Ned Friedman anounces the cure for cancer, but maybe Dr. Friedman has been developed experiments on humans using Bio-Technology and maybe it has something to do with the "evil gods", but when Irene is kidnapped, Ryu takes the role of the Dragon Ninja again...
To watch it u will need the next programs:
Winrar, to unrar the archive.
Hacha, to "paste" the files. HACHA
(hacha comes with the .cm extension, change it to .rar)

Hacha is in spanish, so here is a little "faq", run it:
search for the word "Pegar" a click on it, now click on the big blue square (next to it u will find the word "Archivo:") chose your file, the NGO.rar.0, now click the button with the "Unir Archivos" caption, and thats all.

ok, this ova is based on the first 3 gaidens so, thats why Ryu looks like that.
